Powerline Command Repeater
Description: The PLC01 X10 Powerline Command Repeater increases the reliability of your X10 plug-in and wired-in products such as plug-in
lamp and appliance modules, wired-in wall switches, and plug-in controllers, by boosting and retransmitting their X10 PLC signals. Place the PLC
Repeater somewhere centrally located between the PLC transmitting module (transceiver, plug-in controller, etc.) and the PLC receiving units
(Lamp/Appliance module, Wall Switch module, etc.). In some instances you may need to experiment with the location, especially if using the
repeater to overcome line noise interference in particularly noisy environments.

Note: The outlet at the bottom of the repeater is pass-thru only and is not X10 controllable.
Specific Requirements: 120VAC, 5A.
Installation:
1. Find a suitable location, preferably centrally located between the transmitting and receiving units.
2. Plug the PLC Repeater into an AC outlet.
Testing The Repeater:
1. Send an X10 ON/OFF command from the transmitting unit. The LED on the PLC01 will blink twice for each command sent, indicating it has
received and retransmitted the command.
