Pack contents / parts
Congratulations on the purchase of your Workzone® Titanium 1100W Air Compressor. When you open your packaging, first remove all items and check there are no parts damaged or missing. If you find anything wrong, do not operate the product until the parts have been replaced or the fault has been rectified. Failure to do so could result in serious personal injury.
NOTE: First time users or inexperienced operators pay particular attention to the operation of the 1100W Air Compressor, including details of starting and stopping and correct use of the 1100W Air Compressor on pages 7-14, as well as the maintenance instructions on pages 15-16.
Intended use of the 1100W Air Compressor
NOTE: This product is for private domestic DIY use only.
It is not suitable for commercial, industrial or trade use. This 1100W Air Compressor is mainly used to generate compressed air for compressedair driven tools which can be driven with an air volume of up to approx. 180 l/min (e.g. tyre inflator, blow-out pistol and paint spray gun). Due to the limited air output it is not possible to use the compressor to drive tools with very high air consumption (for example orbital sanders, rod grinders and hammer screwdrivers). Use the tool and accessories only for intended applications.

carefully.
Intended Use
This Air Compressor is designed to generate compressed air for compressed-air driven tools which can be driven with an air volume of up to approx. 180 l/min (e.g. tyre inflator, blow-out pistol and paint spray gun). Due to the limited air output it is not possible to use the air compressor to drive tools with very high air consumption (for example orbital sanders, rod grinders and hammer screwdrivers).
The equipment is to be used only for its prescribed purpose. Any other use is deemed to be a case of misuse.
Preparation
Before you connect the equipment to the mains power supply make sure that the data on the rating plate are identical to the mains data.
● Install the air compressor near the point of consumption.
● Avoid long air lines and supply lines (extension cables).
● Make sure that the intake air is dry and dust free.
● Do not install the air compressor in a damp or wet room.
● The air compressor may only be used in suitable rooms (with good
ventilation and an ambient temperature from +5 °C to 40 °C). There must be no dust, acids, vapors, explosive gases or inflammable gases in the room.
● The air compressor is designed to be used in dry rooms. It is prohibited to use the compressor in areas where work is conducted with sprayed water.

WARNING! The pressure gauge on the air gun has not been officially calibrated! After inflating, check the air pressure with a
calibrated device.
WARNING! Before inflating the object, make sure that you
understand the allowable air pressure of the object being filled and the state of the object being filled (such as rubber aging, surface damage, etc.). Otherwise there is a safety risk!
WARNING! The pressure gauge displays the output air pressure
value when it is inflated, so be sure to check the air pressure value of pressure gauge constantly to see the air pressure of the object being filled! Otherwise there is a safety risk!
3. Using the air gun with pressure gauge as a blowing gun
You can use the blower adapter (15) as an air blow gun to clean dust out of hollow or hard to reach areas, such as vents in electrical items or between the keys on a computer keyboard. It is also useful for cleaning soiled equipment. Screw the blower adapter (15) in a clockwise direction on to the air gun outlet (22). (See Fig. K, L)
