Please read this manual carefully
and keep it for reference. If you
hand over the cart to somebody
else, please also pass on this
manual.
INTENDED USE
The cart is to be exclusively used for
transporting loads up to a maximum
of 330.7 lbs (150 kg) total weight. It is
not suitable for transporting people
or unsecured loads. It is not intended for commercial use.

GENERAL SAFETY
INSTRUCTIONS
• Packaging is not a toy.
• Always stack your cart in such a
way that you are able to grip the
upper handle with your hands.
• For safety reasons, do not exceed
the maximum load of 330.7 lbs
(150 kg).
• Be sure to load the cart evenly for
safe operation – especially at the
sides.
• Keep the center of gravity of the
load as low as possible by placing
heavier items underneath lighter
ones.
• Please be sure that the load can't
slip or fall when being transported.
• For this purpose straps are recommended for securing loads.
• Please be careful that nobody is
standing in the way when negotiating steps or steep declines.
• Do not use the cart for transporting
people.
• Do not use the cart if damaged.
1. COMMISSIONING WHEEL ASSEMBLY
The four roller castors must be added
before usage. The self-locking nuts
(locknuts) ① prevent the screw fixtures
from loosening during "bumpy"
transportation. It is, therefore,
recommended to check that they are
secure from time to time and to make
any necessary adjustments ②.

2. UNFOLDING THE
FRAME HANDLE
In order to release the handle into
the horizontal position, the cart
frame should be pushed downwards
③. Two retaining springs bring the
frame into a resting position once
again. When in a vertical position
and when unfolded the handle
element and handle snaps audibly
into place ④.

3. RAISING THE FRAME
HANDLE
The handle area is covered with
foam material ⑤. A frame made of
offset sections locks and unlocks the
handle in the vertical as well as the
unfolded position ⑥. By pressing
down on the frame (see figure ⑤
and ⑥) you can raise or lower the
frame until it locks into place.

4. UNFOLDING THE
LOADING AREA
The loading area consists of two
encapsulated frame sections which
are inserted into each other at
intervals of every fifth length
section. The specially designed
cross-section permits heavy loads to
be carried – even when folded.
When folded the loading area is just
16.5Lx16.1W inches/ 42Lx41W cm.
When unfolded, however, it
increases by 50% to 24.8Lx 16.1W
inches/ 63Lx41W cm. A movable
clamp ⑦ prevents it from
unintentionally pulling apart in the
folded position.

IMPORTANT
INSTRUCTIONS
In order to guarantee a long and
fault free lifespan of the cart, it's
important to follow the instructions
below. After assembling the rollers,
please check that every screw joint is
secure.
Should it ever be necessary to loosen
one or more of the screw joints, the
locknuts must be replaced. Since the
inserting sections are covered in a
slight oil film upon delivery, cleaning
with solvents is to be avoided but
instead the oil film should be renewed from time to time. For such a
purpose a lint-free cloth should be
used with a little machine oil and
rubbed over the inner section.

Make your contribution to environmental protection. Dispose of
packaging and end-of-life equipment in line with legal regulations.

GENERALES DE
SEGURIDAD
• El embalaje no es un juguete.
• Apile la carretilla de tal forma que
pueda agarrar el mango superior con
las manos.
• Por motivos de seguridad, no
sobrepase la carga máxima de 330.7 lbs
(150 kg).
• Asegúrese de cargar la carretilla de
forma equilibrada para un
funcionamiento seguro, especialmente
en los lados.
• Mantenga el centro de gravedad de la
carga lo más bajo posible colocando los
bultos más pesados debajo de los más
ligeros.
• Asegúrese de que la carga no pueda
resbalarse o caerse durante el
transporte.
• Con ese fin, se recomienda usar correas
para asegurar la carga.
• Tenga cuidado de que nadie se
encuentre en su camino cuando se
acerque a escalones o desniveles
pronunciados.
• No use la carretilla para transportar
personas.
• No use la carretilla si está dañada.
1. PUESTA EN SERVICIO MONTAJE DE LAS
RUEDAS
Antes del uso se deben montar las cuatro
ruedas. Las tuercas autofijantes (tuercas
de seguridad) ① evitan que los pernos
roscados se aflojen durante el movimiento del transporte. Por tanto se recomienda comprobar ocasionalmente que estén
fijadas y realizar cualquier ajuste
necesario ②.

2. DESPLEGADO
DEL MANGO
Para soltar el mango a la posición
horizontal, se debe empujar la carretilla
hacia abajo ③. Dos muelles de retención
devuelven el marco a la posición de
reposo.
Cuando se encuentra en posición
vertical y desplegada, el marco del
mango y el mango encajan de forma
audible en su posición ④.

3. ELEVACIÓN DEL
MANGO
El mango está cubierto con material de
espuma ⑤. Un marco compuesto por
secciones acodadas bloquea y
desbloquea el mango en la posición
vertical y en la posición desplegada ⑥.
Empujando hacia abajo el marco (ver
figura ⑤ y ⑥) se lo puede subir o bajar
hasta que encaje en su posición.

4. DESPLEGADO DE LA
SUPERFICIE DE CARGA
La superficie de carga consta de dos
secciones de marco conectadas que se
ajustan en intervalos de una quinta parte
de la longitud de la superficie de carga.
El diseño especial de la sección
transversal permite transportar cargas
pesadas incluso con la carretilla plegada.
Cuando está plegada, la superficie de
carga es de tan solo 16.5Lx16.1An
pulgadas / 42Lx41An cm. Sin embargo,
al desplegarla, aumenta en un 50%
hasta alcanzar 24.8Lx16.1An pulgadas /
63Lx41An cm. Un gancho móvil ⑦ evita
que la carretilla se despliegue de forma
involuntaria.

IMPORTANTES
Para garantizar una larga vida útil de la
carretilla sin anomalías, es importante
seguir las instrucciones siguientes.
Después de montar las ruedas,
compruebe que todos los tornillos están
firmemente fijados.
En caso de que necesite aflojar uno o
más tornillos, se deberán sustituir las
tuercas de seguridad. Debido a que los
elementos insertables están cubiertos
con una ligera capa de aceite en el
momento de la entrega, se debe evitar
limpiar la carretilla con disolventes o, en
su defecto, se deberá volver a aplicar la
capa de aceite ocasionalmente. Para tal
fin, utilizar un paño que no desprenda
pelusas con un poco de aceite para
máquinas y frotar la sección interior.
DESECHO
Contribuya a la protección del medio
ambiente. Elimine el embalaje y el
equipo al final de su vida útil de acuerdo
con las disposiciones legales. Póngase
en contacto con las autoridades locales
para más información.
