INTEGRATED FRONT PANEL

1 Panel, front mounting

6 Screw, #8–18 x 1/2" low prole

6 Bumper, rubber

6 Screw, #8–32 x 3/8" hex head

1 Instructions

Front Panel Installation

1 Place the decorative panel face down on a protected

work surface.

2 Position the front mounting panel on the back of the

decorative panel (typically centered but will vary with
cabinet design).

3 Use the mounting panel as a template to mark the six

panel mounting locations shown in the illustration below.
Remove the mounting panel and use a 7/64" bit to drill six
pilot holes.

4 Place mounting panel onto the back of the decorative

panel and use the pre-drilled holes to re-align. Trace the
remaining circular holes and each set of upper and lower
oblong holes.

5 Remove mounting panel and use a

bore 1/4" deep holes in each circular hole location.

6 Remove the four screws from the front of the warming

drawer and discard the cardboard panel. Remove the
protective material from the mounting panel and insert
six rubber bumpers. The round side of the bumpers
should face the protected side. Refer to the illustration
below.

7 Install the mounting panel using six hex head screws.

Refer to the illustration below.

8 With the front mounting panel installed, align the pilot

holes on the decorative panel with the holes on the
mounting panel and attach using six low prole screws.
