LIGHT COLOR MEANING
Green/Red/Green
Green LED is OFF
Activation/Reset.
Time: Coffee is fresh. There are 11 or more minutes remaining on the Quality Timer.
Volume: Dispenser contains more than 24 ounces of coffee.
Red
Time: The Quality Timer has expired.
Volume: The dispenser is empty.
Green/Red
Time: The Quality Timer is almost expired. There are 10 or less minutes remaining.
Volume: The dispenser is almost empty. There is approximately 12-24 ounces of coffee remaining.

Brewing coffee into an empty TFT Server
LED/LCD Display Activity:
• The LED lights will ash Green/Red/Green to indicate
activation or reset.
• As the server lls with coffee:
• The LED will ash Green/Red until the volume inside the
server exceeds 24 ounces.
• The number of Liquid Level Bars will increase as the
server lls with coffee.
• The Quality Timer will reset and display the remaining time on LCD.
The coffee is fresh and the TFT Server contains
more than 24 ounces of coffee
LED/LCD Display Activity:
• The Quality Timer will display the remaining time on the LCD.
• The volume of coffee in the server will be indicated by the
number of Liquid Level Bars displayed on the LCD.

The Quality Timer has expired
LED/LCD Display Activity:
• The Red LED light will ash every 6 seconds for one hour.
• The LCD will ash on and off for one hour.
• The Quality Timer will display 0:00 to indicate that the timer
has expired.
• The volume of coffee in the server will be indicated by the
number of Liquid Level Bars displayed on the LCD.
The TFT Server is empty
LED/LCD Display Activity:
• The Red LED light will ash every 6 seconds for any time
remaining on the Quality Timer and then for an additional hour.
• There will be no Liquid Level Bars displayed on the LCD,
indicating that the server is empty.
• The LCD will ash for one hour after the Quality Timer has
expired.
The Quality Timer has expired AND the TFT Server
is empty
LED/LCD Display Activity:
• The Red LED light will ash every 6 seconds for one hour.
• The LCD will ash on and off for one hour.
• The Quality Timer will display 0:00 to indicate that the timer
has expired.
• There will be no Liquid Level Bars displayed on the LCD,
indicating that the server is empty.
The Quality Timer is ALMOST expired (10 minutes
or less remaining)
LED/LCD Display Activity:
• The Green and Red LED lights will ash in a Green/Red
sequence every 6 seconds.
• The remaining time left on the Quality Timer will continue to
count down.
• The volume of coffee in the server will be indicated by the
number of Liquid Level Bars displayed on the LCD.
The TFT Server is ALMOST empty (approximately
12-24 ounces remaining)
LED/LCD Display Activity:
• The Green and Red LED lights will ash in a Green/Red
sequence every 6 seconds.
• There will be one Liquid Level Bar displayed on the LCD.
• If there is any time left on the Quality Timer, it will continue to
count down.

The Quality Timer is ALMOST expired and the TFT
Server is ALMOST empty
LED/LCD Display Activity:
• The Green and Red LED lights will ash in a Green/Red
sequence every 6 seconds.
• The remaining time left on the Quality Timer will continue to count down.
• There will be one Liquid Level Bar displayed on the LCD.
As long as the TFT Server senses coffee inside the server, the LCD will stay on and the Liquid Level
Bars will display on the screen.
WIPE THE TFT STEM CLEAN BEFORE EACH BREW CYCLE
Keeping the TFT stem free from coffee oil build-up ensures that accurate time and volume
information is displayed.
TFT DISPENSER CLEANING
Completely empty dispenser before cleaning.

Place dispenser with brew-thru FreshTrac

under the coffee brewer.
Remove the brew basket and place cleaning
3
products in the center of the brew basket and
replace (see product supplier information for
number of cleaning tablets needed).
Press the brew button to brew hot water and the

cleaning solution into the dispenser.
When the cycle is complete, leave the cleaning
5
solution in the dispenser for approximately 15
minutes.
Use a cleaning brush to remove coffee oil
6
build-up from inside the dispenser. Empty the
dispenser. Wipe off excess residue from TFT
stem.
Place under the brewer and run another brew
7
cycle with water only to rinse the dispenser.
Empty the dispenser and run one more brew
8
cycle with water only.

TFT COFFEE SERVER PRECAUTIONS
• Do not immerse coffee server in water.
• Do not place in dishwasher.
• Do not use harsh powders or cleaners
containing chlorine.
• Do not use a wire brush or pot scour to
clean inside liner.
Rinse and empty. Dry thoroughly.
