GEMINI SYSTEMS – CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
DAILY CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING – Hot Surfaces. Avoid injury, allow the warmer deck to cool before cleaning.
1. Turn off unit at the power switch, behind the unit. Allow the brewer to cool.
2. Wipe exterior surfaces with a damp cloth, removing spills and debris.

To ensure the highest quality, best tasting coffee, your Gemini Satellite brewer must be cleaned daily after the last batch.
Regular cleaning and preventive maintenance is essential in keeping your coffee brewer looking and working like new.
CAUTION – Do not use cleansers, bleach liquids, powders or any other substance containing chlorine. These products promote corrosion and will pit the stainless steel. USE OF THESE PROD­UCTS WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.
4. Rinse and dry the brewcone and sprayhead area.
5. Drain drip trays of coffee. Wash the tray and screen with a mild detergent solution.
6. Dry the tray.
7. Turn on the unit at the front control panel.
WEEKLY CLEANING
2. Remove the sprayhead. a. Thoroughly clean and rinse both the sprayhead and the surrounding area. b. Clean the brewcone rails with a brush soaked with detergent. Rinse, then dry the area.
GEMINI SATELLITE BREWING SYSTEMS
8. Using a mild detergent, clean inside the Satellite with cloth or Scotch Brite pad. Remove coffee residue with mild detergent. Rinse with clear water and dry.
9. Turn on the unit at the power switch behind the unit.
3. Reattach the sprayhead.
5. Clean the seat cup. Inspect for cracks or tears. a. Clean with a mild detergent solution and rinse the parts. Dry all parts; then assemble.
6. Unscrew the gauge glass cap. a. Lift out the gauge glass tube. b. Clean the tube with a gauge glass brush (WC-3640). c. Clean the upper and lower washers.
7. Dry all parts and assemble.
