FIRST TIME USE / PREMIÈRE UTILISATION
Make sure that the headset is charged, your phone turned on, with
the Bluetooth feature enabled.

Turn on the Wicked Omen and the LED will ash red and blue.

Select “Wicked Omen” to pair and once succesfully paired, the LED
will slowly ash blue.

TROUBLESHOOTING
1 Produc t does not turn on:
• 1a - Hold down power button for 3-5 seconds until LED turns on
• 1b - Make sure battery is charged. Charge battery for at least 30
minutes and power on again
2 Your Bluetooth device is unable to search for/locate/pair with Wicked
Audio Bluetooth product:
• 2a - Be sure your Bluetooth device has Bluetooth capabilities turned
on/activated
• 2b - Be sure your Wicked Audio product is in pairing mode (LED will be
ashing Red AND Blue)
• 2c - Delete/Forget/Unpair the Wicked Audio product from your
Bluetooth list on your device or other nearby devices and search again
• 2d - If still unable to search for/locate/pair with Wicked Audio
Bluetooth product, please restart your Bluetooth device and the Wicked
Audio product and search again
3 Disconnected after your Bluetooth device successfully
connected/paired with your Wicked Audio product:
• 3a - The Bluetooth signal has been blocked with an obstruction/exceeded Bluetooth range between your Bluetooth device and the Wicked
Audio product
• 3b - Check to see if the battery is at low power, charge if needed
4 Unable to connect/pair your desired Bluetooth device with your
Wicked Audio product after connecting your Wicked Audio product with
multiple Bluetooth devices:
• 4a - Your Wicked Audio product will attempt to connect/pair with last
Bluetooth device it paired with
• 4b - Turn off Bluetooth capabilities on other Bluetooth devices in your
vicinity that were recently paired to your Wicked Audio product. This will
allow your desired Bluetooth product to connect with your Wicked Audio
product.
• 4c - If still unable to pair with Wicked Audio Bluetooth product, please
restart your Bluetooth device and the Wicked Audio product and search again.
5 No sound when talking with someone on the phone using mic on
Wicked Audio product
• 5a - Make sure the Wicked Audio product is successfully paired with
your Bluetooth device
• 5b - Increase the volume of your Bluetooth device and/or Wicked Audio
product
6 No sound when playing music
• 6a - Increase the volume of your Bluetooth device and/or Wicked Audio
product
• 6b - Make sure the Wicked Audio is successfully paired with your
Bluetooth device
7 Unable to charge
• 7a - Wicked Audio product will have a solid Red LED when charging and
the LED will turn off when fully charged.
• 7b - Make sure the USB cable is connecting well with charger and the
micro USB cable is connecting well with your Bluetooth device

1 Le produit ne s'allume pas :
• 1a - Maintenez le bouton d'alimentation enfoncé de 3 à 5
secondes jusqu'à ce que la DEL s'allume.
2 Votre appareil Bluetooth ne parvient pas à chercher/localiser/se
jumeler avec le produit Wicked Audio Bluetooth :
• 2a – Assurez-vous que les fonctions Bluetooth de votre appareil
Bluetooth son ten marche/activées.
• 2b - Assurez-vous que votre produit Wicked Audio est au mode
de jumelage (la DEL clignote en rouge ET bleu).
• 2c - Supprimez/Oubliez/Déjumelez le produit Wicked Audio de
la liste Bluetooth sur votre appareil ou d'autres appareils à proximité
et effectuez une nouvelle recherche.
• 2d - Si vous ne parvenez toujours pas à chercher/localiser/jumeler avec le produit Bluetooth Wicked Audio, veuillez redémarrer
votre appareil Bluetooth et le produit Wicked Audio et effectuez une
nouvelle recherche.
3 Déconnexion après que votre appareil Bluetooth est correctement
connecté/jumelé à votre produit Wicked Audio :
• 3a - Le signal Bluetooth a été bloqué par une obstruction ou un
dépassement de la portée Bluetooth entre votre appareil Bluetooth
et le produit Wicked Audio.
• 3b - Vériez si le niveau de la batterie est faible, rechargez au besoin.
4 Impossible de connecter/jumeler avec votre appareil Bluetooth
désiré avec votre produit Wicked Audio après la connexion de votre
produit Wicked Audio à plusieurs appareils Bluetooth :
• 4a - Votre produit Wicked Audio tente de connecter/se jumeler
avec le dernier appareil Bluetooth auquel il était jumelé.
• 4b - Désactivez les fonctionnalités Bluetooth des autres
appareils Bluetooth avoisinants récemment jumelés à votre produit
Wicked Audio. Cela permettra à votre produit Bluetooth souhaité de
se connecter à votre produit Wicked Audio.
• 4c - Si vous ne parvenez toujours pas à jumeler avec le produit
Bluetooth Wicked Audio, redémarrez votre appareil Bluetooth et le
produit Wicked Audio et effectuez une nouvelle recherche.
5 Pas de son lorsque vous parlez avec quelqu'un au téléphone en
utilisant le micro du produit Wicked Audio :
• 5a - Assurez-vous que le produit Wicked Audio est
correctement jumelé avec votre appareil Bluetooth.
• 5b – Augmentez le volume de votre appareil Bluetooth et/ou
du produit Wicked Audio.
6 Pas de son pour l'écoute de musique :
• 6a - Augmentez le volume de votre appareil Bluetooth et/ou
du produit Wicked Audio.
• 6b - Assurez-vous que le produit Wicked Audio est
correctement jumelé avec votre appareil Bluetooth.
7 Recharge impossible :
• 7a - La DEL rouge continue sur le produit Wicked Audio indique
une recharge en cours et la DEL s'éteint lorsqu'il est entièrement
rechargé.
• 7b - Assurez-vous que le câble USB est bien connecté au
chargeur et que le câble micro USB est également bien connecté à
l'appareil Bluetooth.
