3 - INSTALLATION
3.1. Hydraulic
Make sure that there is a BSP ¾” x 11,5 threaded tap exclusively for the Washer connection.
The water pressure in such tap shall be between 19,6 Kpa and 784,5 Kpa.
There must be also a device for water drainage, such as a Tub or an exclusive pipe with 5-cm diameter and a height between 85cm and 120cm.

3.2 Electric
The unit must be connected to an exclusive outlet (never use any extension wires or plugs). A 10A Thermal Circuit Breaker must also be used in each phase, besides the Earth Wire connection. Never change the Power Cord with a non-recommended component, neither eliminate grounding terminal.
Both of these actions may cause damages.

3.3 Installing the Unit
- Remove the Washer, the protective Styrofoam and the accessories from the package;
- Remove the Bottom Cover that is pressed on the Styrofoam base, subsequently, remove the Base. Never use the Washer with the Styrofoam base, lest it is damaged;
- Put the upper Styrofoam base on the top of Washer;
- Put a soft cloth on the floor (to avoid cabinet damages) and lay the
product with the front part towards to the floor;
- Remove the feet.
- Mount the Bottom Cover inside the cabinet.
Note: See the right position in the label attached to the part.

- Put the finger in the central hole and pull the Bottom Cover until align
with the cabinet bend.
- On the corner hole , pull it over the Cabinet as showed.
Do the same operation for the others corners;
- Align the cabinet and bottom cover Holes (1) and assemble the feet back (2);
- Release the outlet hose;
- Remove the protective plastic sheet that wraps the cabinet. This plastic sheet can parch with usage,
which makes its removal difficult afterwards;
- Fit the Inlet hose to the tap;

- Position the Washer in the desired site, leaving a 10 cm free space from the walls or other furniture or
devices;
- Level the Washer using the leveling feet;
4 – USER INSTRUCTIONS
4.1 – Panel Functions
Whenever the washer is connected to the electric power, panel lights are lit during 1/2 second and then turned off, that is, Electronic Control (PCB) is ON, but all electrical loads and LED’s are turned off. The power consumption is the lowest possible.
The Panel has following selections
ON/OFF Key
Turns on/off the Panel.

Whenever Washer is turned on using this key, Panel memory will have the following program options
- Super Wash
- Medium water level
However if the washer isn’t unplugged to the electric power, when the ON/OFF key is pressed the Panel will call the last program used.
Water Temperature Key
Defines Hot and Cold temperatures. The operation can be checked in the topic 5.5 – Inlet Valve.
The Led keep lighted, on the current Water temperature selection.

Water Level Key
Defines High and Medium levels by means of a Pressure Switch. The function of this component can be checked in the topic 5.4 – Pressure Switch. When the Led is lighted, the washer intend Medium level, therefore, it is light off , intend High level.
Select/Advance Program Key
This key define programs types as: Super Wash, Regular Wash, Fast Wash and Spin. Each touch on this Key select a different Program.
4.2 – Programs
In order to perform Washer programming, the Consumer has the option to select the adequate program for their use, that can perform as follows:
a) Water Level
At every touch on the Medium Water Level key a new Water level will be selected. When the Led is lighted, the washer intend Medium level, therefore, it is light off , High level will be in progress.
b) Rinse
This washer define rinses quantity automatically by the selection programs, as follows:

c) Washing Main Program selection
The washing programs available in this function are: Super Wash, Regular Wash and Fast Wash. Select the washing program for each appropriate use. Dirty level needs to be considered as follows:

4.2.1 Changing the program during the washing operation
To change the program during the washing operation, press the Select/Advance Key until the desired program.
The current program will be canceled and the new program will be assumed automatically.
4.3 Cloth filling
It is very important that water level cover all clothes completely; in order to assure this, customer can refer to volume indicated on the label fixed in the Lid or in User Guide.
