Washer not agitating, spinning, or not pumping water out
ISSUE:
Washer not agitating, spinning, or not pumping water out when testing the washer after installation.
RESOLUTION:
Check electrical connections at the motor, capacitor and pump. Push connector all the way into the housing. This can be done at the point of installation when the washer is tilted back to install the bottom insulation pad to resolve this issue.
CORRECTIVE ACTION:
®
1. Follow all installation instructions step by step, heeding the Safety warnings throughout.
2. Note step1 on next page for sound shield insulation.
3. PRIOR to continuing with step 2, check electrical connections at the motor, capacitor and pump. Push connector all the way into the housing. (Figure 1, next page).
4. Continue with step 2 in sound shield insulation, as shown on next page.
5. If Electrical connections are not checked, as noted above in Corrective Action number 3, and washer is not agitating, spinning, or not pumping water out when testing the washer after installation, please uninstall and check connections as noted above.
