DIGITAL DISPLAY
The display includes a 24-hour clock and indicator symbols.
MICROWAVE BUTTON Use to set the desired microwave power level.
ET DEFROST BUTTON

Use to select Jet Defrost function and select type of food to be defrosted.
STOP BUTTON Press to stop or reset any of the oven functions.
CONTROL PANEL

Use to select Fitness function and select food class.
J
Use to select Jet Menu function and select food class.
JET START BUTTON Use to start the cooking process or invoke the Jet Start function.
TOP TURNTABLE BUTTON
S
Use to stop the turntable. This function can only be used when cooking with microwaves function only. The button will not work with other functions.

LOCK BUTTON
Use to set the 24-hour clock.

Use to set the cooking time or weight.

PAUSE OR STOP COOKING
TO PAUSE COO KING : The cooking can be paused to check, turn or stir the food by opening the door. The setting will be maintained for 10 minutes.
TO CONTINUE COOKIN G : Close the door and press the Start button ONCE. The cooking is resumed from where it was paused. Pressing the Start button TWICE will in­crease the time by 30 seconds.

when the cooking is  nished. Press the STOP button or open the door to cancel the signal. NOTE: The oven will only hold the settings for 60 seconds if the door is opened and then closed after the cooking is  nished.

Jet Defrost can only be used for very fast defrosting of frozen food belonging to the categories listed here. Use manual defrost for other food or weights not listed.

FOR FOOD NOT LISTED IN THIS TABLE and if the weight is lesser or greater than recommended weight, you should follow the procedure for “Cook and reheat with microwaves” and choose 160 W when defrost­ing.

USE EVEN SIZES.
Cut the vegetables into even pieces. Allow to stand for 1 - 2 minutes, after cooking.
DISTRIBUTE FILLETS EVENLY on the steam grid. Interlace thin parts. Allow to stand for 1 - 2 minutes, after cooking.
USE EVENLY SIZED FILLETS and distribute them evenly on the steam grid. If you use frozen fillets, make sure the fillets are well de­frosted before steaming. Allow to stand for 3 - 5 minutes, after cooking.
CUT THE FRUIT IN EVENLY SIZED PIECES.
If the fruit is very ripe, to avoid overcooking, program a lower weight than the actual. Allow to stand for 2 - 3 minutes after cooking.
USE THIS FUNCTION TO cook various types of frozen foods.
THE OVEN WILL automatically select cooking method, time and power needed.
