A: This is normal for hot humid conditions, the pan might be full to half but should not spill if the refrigerating unit is installed correctly.
Q: What is the process for making ice cubes?
A: The ice making unit is controlled by an arm that sends out an ice making signal. When placed in the downward position it makes ice automatically while the up position disables it.
Q: What is the recommended cleaning schedule for the condenser coils?
A: Cleaning is to be done when the coils become dusty which could be every alternate month depending on the site conditions.
Q: In case noises are emanating from the refrigerator what should I do?
A: Always remember that new designs of refrigerators incorporate new noises which are normal sounds from the fan motor, a motor driven thermostat or even water running somewhere in the grain. If the new design is in doubt then items standing on top of or behind the refrigerator should be removed since they may be causing the noise.
