Oven light switching on.
• To bake fruit pies or cheesecakes.
•To thicken sauces. Use this function for the last 10 - 15 minutes of cooking.
• To cook any food
• Preheat the oven to the required cooking temperature and place the food inside as soon as the red thermostat indicator goes off
• It is advisable to use the second level.
• For grilling small pieces of meat (steak, kebabs, sausages) and for making toast.
• Preheat the oven for 3 - 5 min.
• When cooking meat, pour a little water in the drip-tray to reduce smoke and spattering of fat.
• Turn the meat over during grilling.
USING THE OVEN
• Turn the selector knob to the required function. The oven light switches on.
• Turn the thermostat knob clockwise to the required temperature. The red thermostat indicator lights up, and goes off when the set temperature is reached.
At the end of cooking:
• Turn the knob to 0.
