Oven light
STATIC FUNCTION
Use when all the food is on the same runner level.
Pre-heat the oven to the required c oo kin g
-
temperature and place the food in side as soon as the red thermostat indicator light switches off.
Ideally, the shelf should be on t he seco nd run ner
-
level when using the static function.
STATIC FUNCTION + FAN
Use this function when cooking on two different levels.
Oven preheating is not necessary (exc ept f or
-
pizzas and focaccia). Switch the position of the dish es in the oven 10
-
minutes before the end of c oo kin g ti me . Remove the cooked dish and, if necessary, continue
-
cooking the other one for as long as required.
GRILL FUNCTION
Use the grill function to cook small pieces of meat (steaks, sausages) and for making toasts.
The oven door must be closed during the
-
cooking cycle. Pre-heat the grill for about 5 minutes.
-
Arrange the meat on the grid with the drip tray
-
underneath. Pour water in the drip tray to cover the bottom to reduce smoke and fat spatters. Turn over the meat about half-way through
-
cooking time.
GRILL + FAN FUNCTION
Ideal for large joints, pork, chicken and roast beef.
The oven door must be closed during the
-
cooking cycle. Place the meat on the grid with t he drip tray
-
underneath. Pour water in the drip tray to cover the bottom to reduce smoke and fat spatters.
Turn over the meat about half-way through

cooking time.
DEFROST FUNCTION
Ideal for thawing frozen food to room temperature.
The food should be inserted in t he ov en in its

wrapping to prevent it from drying out
FAN + BOTTOM HEATING FUNCTION
This function is ideal for:
large fruitcakes
-
timbales
-
stuffed vegetables
-
pizza
-
poultry (more than 3 kg)

Oven preheating is not necessary (except for pizzas and focaccia).
FAN FUNCTION
Use this function when cooking food on more than one level (e.g.: fish, vegetables, pasta).
Choose foods that require the same co oki ng
-
temperature. Oven preheating is not necessary.
-
Remove the cooked dish and, if necessary,
-
continue cooking the other one for as long as required.
BOTTOM HEATING FUNCTION
Use:
To finish baking fruitcakes o r ch ee sec ake s.

To thicken sauces.

Use the lower heating function for the last 10 or 15 minutes of cooking time.
BOOSTER FUNCTION
For rapid oven preheating.
The booster function cuts out automatically when
-
the programmed temperature is reached and the appliance switches to the static cooking fu nctio n.
Use for meat, fish and poultry.`

SWITCHING THE OVEN ON
Turn the selector knob to the required symbol.
The oven light switches on.
Turn the thermostat knob clockwise to the required temperature.
The red thermostat indicator light switches on
.
MECHANICAL ANALOG CLOCK
HOW TO ADJUST THE REAL TIME
To adjust the time, press button (B) and turn anti-clockwise.
START OF COOKING TIME
Press button (A) and turn clockwise to the desired start of cooking time.
HOW TO PROGRAMME THE COOKING TIME
Turn button (B) anti-clockwise, without pressing, until the index faces the desired cooking time.
Turn the oven selector knob to the desired cooking function and select temperature (°C).
The oven stops at the end of cooking time.
Attention
without pressing it, to position to exclude the acoustic signal. Turning the knob to position the oven operates in manual cooking excluding the end of cooking time.
: At completion of cooking, turn button (B)
When the required temperature is reached, the red thermostat indicator light switches off.
End of cooking cycle:
Return the knobs to the OFF position (0 - •).
