This manual contains important information regarding safety, the use and maintenance of your combi steamer.
Read the manual and keep it in an easily accessible place for future consultation.
1. Two or more people are required to install or move this appliance as it is heavy. Failure to do so can cause
physical injuries or damage to the product.
2. This appliance is designed solely for domestic use. Follow the cooking methods indicated in the instruction
manual. Do not operate the appliance for commercial use or other than its intended use.
3. Check that the voltage on the rating plate corresponds to the voltage in your home.
4. Ensure that the appliance is not damaged. Do not operate this appliance if it has a damaged mains cord or
plug, if it is not working properly, or if it has been damaged or dropped.
5. Do not immense the power cord or plug in water. Keep the cord away from hot surfaces Electrical shock, fire
or other hazards may result. Make sure the power cord is away from the hot surfaces of the oven to avoid
leakage, fire or other hazards may result.
6. This combi steamer is designed for free standing application. Do not install as built-in type.
7. The appliance is heavy and need to be placed on a firm rigid surface.
8. Keep at least 5cm distances between both sides of the appliance and the wall while at least 10cm distance
should be kept between the oven back and the wall.
9. Do not block the ventilation to avoid damage of the appliance.
10. Do not place anything on top of the appliance and keep at least 20cm distance with the top of closet.
11. Use the “Sterilization” program to disinfect the oven for 20minutes before using the appliance.
12. Manufacturer will not bear responsibility for any problems arising from incorrect use of the appliance.

PRECAUTIONS AND ADVICE
1. Do not heat or use flammable materials in or near the appliance. Fumes can create a fire hazard or explosion.
2. Do not use this appliance for drying cloth, paper, spices, herbs, wood, flowers, fruits or other flammable
objects as it may cause fire.
3. Do not overcook food. Fire could result.
4. DO NOT LEAVE THE OVEN UNATTENDED, especially when using paper, plastic or other combustible materials
in the cooking process. Paper can char or burn and some plastics can melt if used when heating foods. IF
MATERIAL INSIDE / OUTSIDE THE OVEN SHOULD IGNITE OR SMOKE IS OBSERVED, keep oven door closed
and turn the oven off. Disconnect the power cord or shut off power at the fuse or circuit breaker panel.
5. DO NOT USE corrosive chemicals or vapors in this appliance. This type of oven is specifically designed to heat
or cook food. It is not designed for industrial or laboratory use.
6. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, unless used under supervision of a person responsible for their safety.
7. WIPE OFF ANY RESIDUAL CONDENSATION that may be present in the cooled oven after cooking. Don’t
forget the cavity ceiling which is easily overlooked. Some foods require a completely dry oven for best result.
8. Use oven gloves to take food out of the appliance to avoid high temperature scald.
9. Do not use the cavity for any storage purposes.
10. After heating up baby food or liquids in a baby bottle or in a baby food jar, always stir and check the
temperature before serving. This will ensure that the heat is evenly distributed and the risk of scalding or
burns can be avoided.
11. After using the “Convection + Steam” or “Convection” program, wait about 5-10 minutes before continuing
to another program.
12. Do not touch the steamer door, window and door frame when using the “Convection + Steam” or
“Convection” program.

13. It is recommended to fill the water tank to the “MAX” mark with tap water and insert the water tank into the
appliance completely to ensure it is fixed in the right position.
14. IT IS IMPORTANT TO EMPTY THE WATER CONTAINER AFTER EACH USE. This is for hygienic reasons. It also
prevents condensate from building up inside the appliance.
15. Avoid opening the door of the appliance during use to prevent steam from leaking out.
16. Open the door carefully. Hot steam may escape quickly. If door has to be opened for food turning or other
reasons during cooking, avoid close contact near the oven door especially the face.
17. It is dangerous to fix the appliance by anyone except professionally qualified person.
18. If the oven door or door’s sealing ring is damaged, please stop using the appliance and call Whirlpool
customer service.
19. Accessible parts may become hot during use, young children should be kept away.
20. Do not touch the appliance, its power cord or plug with wet or damp hands or feet when it is plugged.
21. Do not attach any objects or hang things on the door or door handle as it will affect the opening of the door
and damage the door pastern.
22. Ensure only water is used in the water tank. No other liquids are allowed.

Example: To set the time to 13:20.
Steps:
1. In standby mode, press the【 】button once.
2. The hour digits flash, press the【>】button until 13:00. Press the【 】button to confirm.
3. The minute digits flash, press the【>】button until 13:20. Press the【 】button to confirm.
4. Time is set successfully.

Example: 20 minutes of steaming at 90°C.
Steps:
1. In standby mode, press the【>】button to the steam icon“”, which will flash. Press the 【】
button to confirm.
2. Press the【>】button to reflect 00:20. Press the【】button to confirm.
3. Press the【>】button to reflect cooking temperature 90°C. Press the【】button to confirm.
4. Make sure the water tank is filled with water. The general steam mode is set successfully.
Setting of grill mode
Example: 30 minutes of grilling at 150°C.
Steps:
1. In standby mode, press the 【>】button to the grill icon“ ”, which will flash. Press the【】button
to confirm.
2. Press the【>】button to reflect 00:30. Press the【】button to confirm.
3. Press the【>】button to reflect cooking temperature 150°C. Press the【】button to confirm.

Setting of convection mode
Example: 35 minutes of convection baking at 190°C.
Steps:
1. In standby mode, press the【>】button to the convection icon“”, which will flash. Press the【】
button to confirm.
2. Press the【>】button to reflect 00:35. Press the【】button to confirm.
3. Press the【>】button to reflect cooking temperature 190°C. Press the【】button to confirm.
4. The convection mode is set successfully.

Example: 45 minutes of steaming at 200°C.
Steps:
1. In standby mode, press the 【>】button to the convection + steam icon“”, which will flash. Press the
【】button to confirm.
2. Press the【>】button to reflect 00:45. Press the【】button to confirm.
3. Press the【>】button to reflect cooking temperature 200°C. Press the【】button to confirm.
4. The convection + steam mode is set successfully.
Setting of preset function
Example: Time is 13:30 now. Need to preset 40 minutes of steaming at 100°C. Target to finish at 15:10.
Steps:
1. In standby mode, press the 【>】button to the steam icon“”. Press the【】button to confirm.
2. Press the 【 】button once.
3. Set the current time. The hour digits flash, press the【>】button to 13:00. Press the【 】button to confirm.
Hour is set. Then, the minute digits flash, press the【>】button to 13:30. Press the【 】button to confirm.
Minutes is set

4. Set the cooking time. Press the 【>】button to 40:00. Press the【 】button to confirm.
5. Set the ending time. The hour digits flash, press the【>】button to 15:00. Press the【 】button to confirm.
6. The minute digits flash, press the【>】button to 15:10. Press the【 】button to confirm.
7. Set the temperature. Press the【>】button to 100°C. Press the【 】button to confirm.
8. The preset function is set successfully.

Setting of sterilization function
Example: To disinfect tableware
Steps:
1. In standby mode, press the 【>】button to the sterilization icon“”, which will flash. Press the【】
button to confirm.
2. Press the 【】button twice to start this function.
3. The sterilization function is set successfully.
Setting of defrost function
Example: 15 minutes of defrosting.
Steps:
1. In standby mode, press the 【>】button to the defrost icon“”, which will flash. Press the【】
button to confirm.
2. Press the【>】button to reflect 00:15. Press the【】button to confirm.
3. Press the【】button again.
4. The defrost function is set successfully.

Function: To prevent children from using the oven without adult’s supervision.

C. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. CLEANING IS THE ONLY MAINTENANCE normally required.
2. FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE OVEN in a clean condition could lead to deterioration of the surface that could
adversely affect the life of the appliance and possibly result in a hazardous situation
3. The appliance must be disconnected from the power supply before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance.
4. Cleaning is required after each use, especially if spill over have occurs.
5. Do not use metal scoring pads, abrasive cleansers, steel-wool pads, gritty washcloths, etc, to clean which can
damage the control panel, baking and steaming pans, and interior and external or appliance surfaces. Use a
sponge or soft cloth with a mild detergent or a paper towel with spray glass cleaner, and make sure that
cavity (including bottom) is dried after each use.
6. SALTS ARE ABRASIVE and if deposited in the cooking compartment, rust could develop in places. Acid sauces
like ketchup, mustard or salted foods e.g. cured roasts, contain chloride and acids. These affect steel surfaces.

7. DO NOT ALLOW GREASE or food particles to build up around the door and door seal. Failure to keep the seal
clean may result in damage on the fronts or adjacent units, due to the door not closing properly during
operation.
8. Please empty the water drip tray after each use to prevent water overflow, splash and dirty the countertops.
(Black drip tray can be removed It is used to collect the condensation water from door opening after each
use).
9. It is important to empty the water container after each use.
10. Open the oven door for 10-15mins to air-dry the oven cavity and doorframe after each use.
11. If the oven cavity is very dirty, please use the “Sterilization” (110℃) program to disinfect the oven for 20
minutes to dissolve grease before cleaning. Please clean the oven, after cooling. Please repeat above steps if
there is any stubborn stain. Never USE METAL SCOURING PADS, ABRASIVE CLEANSERS, steel-wool pads,
gritty washcloths, etc. to clean oven.
12. Clean oven regularly, clean the oven at least once per month (If oven is frequently used, please clean oven
frequently)
i. Fill up the water tank.
ii. Add some lemon juice/ small amount of vinegar (about 10ml), insert the water tank into the appliance
completely to ensure it is put in the right position.
iii. Close the oven door.
iv. First press the Lamp Button, then press the Preset button together (about 25 seconds, water will be
flowed from steam outlet in the oven cavity.)
v. It is normal if you found some white powder in the water.
vi. Use the supplied sponge to clean water.
vii Repeat step (iv) if oven is very dirty
13. It is recommended to use tap water for cooking.

14. Water tank should be checked at least once per month. If necessary, take the water tank out horizontally and

put it back after cleaning.
15. If the appliance will not be used for long time, please disconnect the appliance from the power supply. Keep
the cavity clean and put it in an environment without corrosive gas.
16. Disconnect the appliance for lamp replacement. Use only parts supplied by manufacturer.
17. Use soft cloth or sponge to clean the food plate and oil collector plate. Do not use METAL SCOURING PADS,
ABRASIVE CLEANSERS, steel-wool pads, gritty washcloths, etc. to clean oven.
18. Oven cavity (top, side and bottom) should be cleaned and air-dry after each use, or cavity may be stained and
turn yellow. Stain can be removed with stainless steel cleanser (eg. Wpro Stainless Steel Cleanser)
1. Unscrew the 4 locking nuts on side of the rack in order to remove side racks.
2. Unscrew the 4 locking nuts at the corners of back panel to remove it.
3 .Wash and air-dried the side racks and back panels. Repeat step 1 & 2 to re-install side racks and back panel.
