Description of function
To preheat the oven rapidly. When the set temperature is reached the function is automatically deactivated and an acoustic signal indicates automatic oven switching to the “Conventional” function. Ideal for cooking meat, fish and poultry.
Function suitable for cooking any type of dish. Preheat the oven to the required temperature and place the food in it when the acoustic signal indicates that the preset temperature has been reached.
For grilling steak, kebabs and sausages, and gratinating vegetables and toasting bread. The “ Grill” function can be adjusted from 1 to 5 to obtain different power levels. Preheat the oven for 3 - 5 min. During cooking the oven door must remain closed. When cooking meat, pour a little water into the drip-tray placed on the bottom shelf to reduce smoke and spattering of fat. It is advisable to turn the meat over during cooking
For grilling large pieces of meat (roast beef and other roasts). The “Turbo grill” function can be adjusted from 1 to 5 to obtain different power levels. Preheat the oven for 3 - 5 min.
