At a temperature of 95°C, this programme eliminates bacteria, ensuring sanitization of your laundry. The bacteria removal efficiency has been tested following a similar methodology to the NF EN 13697 standard of Nov. 2001.

Blankets made of synthetic fibres, bedcovers filled with polyester or other artificial fibres, sleeping bags, bathmats and similar items.

Curtains and delicate dresses, skirts, shirts and blouses.

Only woollens, labelled with the Woolmark and identified as machine washable. This programme (40°C) is tested and approved by The Woolmark Company for machine washable wool.

Textiles made of silk, linen, wool and viscose marked as “handwashable”.

If you select “Rinse hold” do not leave items to soak for too long. A very gentle spin is used in this programme.

Normally to heavily soiled and robust bed linen, table linen and underwear, towels, shirts etc. made of cotton and/or linen.

Offers highest economy in energy consumption by prolonged wash duration. Ideal to be run overnight to additionally profit from the more favourable energy rates. To avoid noise of spinning at night, select “Rinse hold” option and start spinning in the morning, or define programme start with “Start delay” accordingly.

In this programme spinning is gentle. Same as the spin cycle in the “Wool” programme.

Same as the last rinse and the final spin in the “Coloured” programme.

Use this programme to drain your washer or to drain and spin your wash load.

Delicate fabrics, handwashables and woolens should be drained with no spin or low spin speed to avoid fabric stress.

The wool cycle of this machine has been tested and approved by The Woolmark Company for the washing of Woolmark garments labelled as “machine wash” provided that the garments are washed according to the instructions on the garment label and those issued in this programme chart. M0805

Prewash cycle increases programme duration by approximately 15 min. Consumption values were measured in normalized conditions in compliance with Standard IEC/EN 60 456. Consumption data in the home may vary with respect to the values in the table in relation to the water supply pressure and temperature, the load and the type of wash.

The remaining time indicator can deviate from the values in the table, because it takes into account the operating conditions at that time. To reduce the water temperature, some cold water is added at the end of the main wash cycle, before the pump drains the water out.

Selecting any option or modifier, the indication lights up. If the combination of programme, options or modifiers is not possible, the indication lights switch off automatically and a signal sounds. “Eco” button

• Reduces creasing by increased water quantity and a very gentle spin.

“Rinse hold” button

• The laundry remains in the last rinse water without being spun:

• Adds a prewash cycle to the programme selected.

• Use only for heavily soiled loads (e.g. sand, granular dirt).

• Increases the cycle time by approx. 15 minutes.

• Do not use liquid detergent for the main wash when activating “Prewash”.

• Choose this option if you use an in-wash additive for stain removal (powder, for example Vanish).

• Optimizes the additive's efficiency to get better wash performance and stain removal.

• Select temperature of 30 or 40°C and use with maximum load.

• Add an appropriate amount of in-wash additive for stain removal (powder) to the prewash chamber.

• Appropriate for use of stain removers and bleaches on oxygen basis.

Chlorine or perborate bleaches must not be used!

SAVE YOUR FAVOURITE PROGRAMMES

If there is a programme setting which you use frequently, the washing machine offers the possibility to save one setting for each programme so that it can be used again by just pushing one button.

• Select the desired programme, temperature, spin speed and options/modifiers.

START DELAY

The “Start delay” allows to run the machine at the consumer’s convenience, for example at night when electricity is cheaper.

• Select programme, temperature and options/modifiers as desired.

• Press the “Start delay” button to select the delay time by 1 to 24 hours;

•Press and hold the countdown of the delay time begins. The light of the “Start delay” button will keep blinking until the programme starts.

• The time delay indication disappears when the programme starts and it is replaced by the remaining time.

To cancel the “Start delay”:

Turn on the tap and press and hold the

The programme sequence indicator on the display shows the sequence reached in the programme. After starting the programme, the indication runs from left to right through “Add garment”, prewash, wash, rinse, spin. When a programme sequence is finished, the corresponding symbol goes off. The display shows the remaining programme time. Due to variations in load and temperature of inlet water, the remaining time is newly calculated in certain programme phases. If this is the case, an animation appears on the display and the and the “6 Sense” symbol lights up.

ADD WASHING/DOOR LOCK

As soon as a programme starts, the “Door locked” symbol lights up on the display. You can interrupt the programme by pressing

- the light blinks. The “Door locked” symbol on the display goes off and you can open the door. In certain programme phases, the “Door locked” symbol remains lit to show that the door cannot be opened in the present programme phase, e.g. when the water level is too high or during spinning. As long as the “Add garment” symbol lights up on the display, you can add more washing: press door, add your washing, close the door and press
