Installation 2011 - 2012 Ram 1500:
First, mount the speaker to the
bracket. The SA315 is shipped
with two 1/4-20 X 1-1/4” Hex
Head Screws (A) (Figs. 1 & 2). A
short screw must be used in the
hole that does not
bracket so it will properly secure
the driver to the housing. The
longer screws included in the
mounting kit are necessary to go
through the mounting bracket,
the siren housing and into the
siren driver. If for any reason you
need to remove all 4 screws at once be sure to hold the driver
Sirens produce extremely loud emergency warning tones! Exposure to these tones without

proper and adequate hearing protection, could cause ear damage and/or hearing loss! The Occupational Safety &
Health Administration (www.osha.gov) provides information necessary to determine safe exposure times in
Occupational Noise Exposure Section 1910.95. Until you have determined the safe exposure times for your
specific application, operators and anyone else in the immediate vicinity should be required to wear an approved
hearing protection device. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS RECOMMENDATION COULD CAUSE HEARING LOSS!

vehicle near the bumper using 3 existing studs where the tow hook mounts to the frame (Fig. 3).
1. Remove the 3 nuts holding the tow hook in. Save the nuts for re-mounting the bracket (Fig. 3).
2. Mount the bracket to the
vehicle by re-installing two
of the vehicles nuts, adding
the 4 supplied 9/16 flatwashers
as shown in figure 4. Also, be sure to insert the third mounting stud into the top
hole in the bracket.
3. Re-install the third nut to the stud coming through the top of the bracket securing
the bracket to the vehicle (Fig. 5). NOTE: Figures 4 & 5 show the bracket
without the speaker for illustrative purposes. The speaker should be
mounted before installing the bracket.
4. Extend the WHITE (positive) and BLACK (negative) speaker wires to your siren
amplifier and refer to the amplifiers instructions for connections
This bracket mounts to either the left or right side front of the
vehicle near the bumper using 3 existing studs where the tow hook mounts to the frame (Fig. 3).
