INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Before starting installation:

• Familiarize yourself with all the required hardware.

• Arrange all parts for easy access.

• Refer to the X13 assembly and operating manual for assembly safety and

operating instructions.

HYDRAULIC WINCH INSTALLATION

1. Unwind the cable from the manual winch spool and disconnect the cable from
the spool by loosening or removing the cable clamp and pulling the cable free
of the spool.

2. Disconnect the manual winch from the auger boot.

3. Move the lift arm cable guide to the position closer to the top of the arm.

4. Install the hydraulic winch, as shown in Figure 1.

5. Install the hydraulic winch valve, and PTO transport strap, as shown in
Figure 2.

6. Feed winch cable under the spool, and connect the winch cable to the spool
(3 wraps around the spool, secure with clamp and clamp hardware) as shown
in Figure 3.

7. Connect hydraulic hose between the control valve and the winch, as shown in
Figure 4.
