Packaged Air Conditioners and Heat Pumps
STAGE
Two-stage cooling feature operates at lower capacity during mild days, then full capacity during
harsher days. Because it idles down to a reduced capacity the Westinghouse packaged systems provide better comfort and perform quieter than a standard packaged system. Longer cycles improve air circulation, minimizing temperature swings to a couple of degrees, while reducing hot and cold spots. Fixed-
speed ECM direct-drive motor provides higher torque and operating speeds for improved air flow capacity.
Fan blade design combined with custom condenser fan orifice deliver quiet operation. The wire guard
coated with earth-friendly epoxy and hail mesh protect coil against flying debris.
The cabinet is finished with a Silicone-protective polyurethane coating that passed a 950 hour salt
spray test for harsher climates. It protects your unit from corrosion 50% more than standard outdoor finishes.
Westinghouse packaged heat pumps and air conditioners are built with proven components to
provide safe, clean and reliable comfort year-round. These units are designed with the most reliable compressors.
All packaged systems feature Anteater® or Anteater MC® Micro-Channel coils for increased resistance to
formicary corrosion, the number one cause of coil leaks.
While most heating and cooling systems are made of an indoor and outdoor section, a “packaged” system contains all the heating and cooling components required to heat and/or cool your home in one outdoor unit. Optional electric heat strips easily install to provide supplemental heat.

SEASONAL ENERGY EFFICIENCY RATIO
* Annual costs based on
36,000 Btu unit, 1500 cooling load hours, and .08/kwh. Actual costs may vary depending on climate conditions, energy rates and patterns of usage.
Reduce energy costs with a programmable thermostat. By programming the thermostat
to your schedule, you can reduce the operating costs.
