Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise
WARNUNG! Sämtliche Anweisungen sind zu lesen. Fehler bei der Einhaltung der nachstehend
aufgeführten Anweisungen können elektrischen Schlag, Brand und/oder
schwere Verletzungen verursachen.
a) Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsbereich sauber und gut beleuchtet. Unordnung oder
unbeleuchtete Arbeitsbereiche können zu Unfällen führen.
b) Arbeiten Sie mit dem Gerät nicht in explosionsgefährdeter Umgebung,
in der sich brennbare Flüssigkeiten, Gase oder Stäube benden.
Elektrowerkzeuge erzeugen Funken, die den Staub oder die Dämpfe entzünden können.
c) Halten Sie Kinder und andere Personen während der Benutzung des
Elektrowerkzeugs fern. Bei Ablenkung können Sie die Kontrolle über das Gerät verlieren.
d) Der Anschlussstecker des Gerätes muss in die Steckdose passen. Der Stecker
darf in keiner Weise verändert werden. Verwenden Sie keine Adapterstecker
gemeinsam mit schutzgeerdeten Geräten. Unveränderte Stecker und passende
Steckdosen verringern das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlages..
e) Vermeiden Sie Körperkontakt mit geerdeten Oberächen, wie von Rohren,
Heizungen, Herden und Kühlschränken. Es besteht ein erhöhtes Risiko durch
elektrischen Schlag, wenn Ihr Körper geerdet ist.
Sicherheitshinweise für Dampf-Tapetenablöser
Achtung! Bei Arbeiten mit heißem Dampf (min. 100 ° C) besteht die Gefahr schwerer
Verbrühungen.
Heißer Dampf und kochendes Wasser kann austreten, wenn das
Sicherheitsventil (5 A) aufgrund eines Überdrucks bei einer Fehlfunktion
des Geräts aktiviert wird.
Die Position während der Benutzung nur vorsichtig ändern. Die
Dampfeinheit, der Schlauch und die Dampfplatte können sehr hohe

Temperaturen aufweisen. Bei der Benutzung sollten immer geeignete
Schutzbekleidung/Handschuhe getragen werden. Beim Betrieb des Geräts
darf ausschließlich reines Wasser ohne Wirkstoe oder Additive verwendet
werden. Das Gerä nicht einschalten, wenn es leer ist.
Die Dampfplatte/Lanze keinesfalls auf Personen, Tiere oder temperaturempndliche
Gegenstände richten. Stets sicherstellen, dass das Gerät stabil in einer horizontalen
Position steht (auf dem Boden) (Abb. 6).
Das Gerät oder den Dampfschlauch nicht besteigen oder Gegenstände darauf ablegen.
Den Dampfschlauch keinesfalls verdrehen oder
abknicken, keinesfalls das Ventil sperren. Das Gerät ausschließlich am Gri tragen.
Keinesfalls am Dampfschlauch oder am Netzkabel ziehen.
Das Gerät keinesfalls in Flüssigkeiten eintauchen. Bei jedem Austausch des Zubehörs
für die Füllung/Nachfüllung oder Entleerung oder wenn das Dampfgerät nicht benutzt
wird (einschließlich Arbeitspausen) muss der Stecker des Netzkabels von der Steckdose
abgenommen werden. Keinesfalls zu viel Flüssigkeit in das Gerät einfüllen. Bei
Überbefüllung oder einem Fehler den Stecker des Netzkabels ziehen. Es dürfen
ausschließlich originale Ersatz- und Zubehörteile von WAGNER benutzt werden!
Vorsicht! Gefahr von Kurzschlüssen! Steckdosen und Schalter müssen abgedeckt
werden und sollten nicht mit dem Dampf in Berührung kommen. Bei Verwendung eines
Verlängerungskabels: max. Länge 10 m – der Kabelquerschnitt muss mindestens 3 x 1 mm²
betragen. Schäden vermeiden! Beim Arbeiten in der Nähe von Holz-/ Gips-
Unterlagen und beschichteten Materialien können diese durch Wärme oder Dampf
beschädigt werden. Abhilfe: Einen Hitze- /Dampfschild aus Pappe oder Metall benutzen.
Das Gerät schaltet im Falle der Überhitzung automatisch ab. Nach ca. 10 Minuten schaltet
sich das Gerät automatisch wieder ein. Die Dampfzeit beträgt ca. 70-80 Minuten. Das
Gerät keinesfalls unbeaufsichtigt lassen, wenn der Schalter sich auf On bendet. Das Gerät
nicht in der Nähe von Kindern und Tieren aufstellen. Der Behälter der Dampfeinheit darf
keinesfalls vollständig geleert werden.

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Das Dampftapetenablöser ist ausschließlich für die Ablösung von Tapeten.
Um eine lange Lebensdauer des Dampftapetenablösers zu gewährleisten, sollten Sie Ihr
Gerät unverzüglich nach jedem Gebrauch gründlich reinigen.
VORSICHT! - Dampf kann lockeren, gebrochenen, porösen oder schlecht gebundenen
Putz ablösen. Vor Beginn der Arbeiten auf einem kleinen Bereich testen. Die
Dampfplatte nicht zu lange in einer Position halten und abnehmen, wenn der Putz zu
bröckeln beginnt.

SCHÜTZEN SIE IHR ZUHAUSE - Um Dampecken auf Teppichen und Möbeln zu
vermeiden, sollten Sie das Gerät auf einer harten achen Platte abstellen. Sicherstellen,
dass das Gerät nicht verrutscht oder kippt. Schutzfolien und Zeitungen sind nicht
geeignet.

Vorbereitung
Die abzulösenden Bereiche sorgfältig mit einem Lochwerkzeug oder
den Rand der Tapete mit einem Tapetenspachtel im Kreuzraster
bearbeiten.
Betrieb
Den Füllstopfen abnehmen und das Gerät bis zur Füllstandanzeige MAX mit sauberem
•
Wasser füllen. Den Stopfen wieder anbringen (Abb. 1+2).
Den Schlauch an die Gewindeanschlüsse des Durchlauferhitzers und der Dampfplatte
•
handfest anschrauben. Nicht zu stark anziehen (Abb. 3+4).
Das Netzkabel des Geräts an die Steckdose anschließen und das Gerät einschalten
•
(Abb. 5).
Beim Anschluss des Kabelsatzes sicherstellen, dass die Klappe vollständig
geönet ist und das vollständige Einstecken des Steckers nicht behindert. Auf
das nachstehende Diagramm Bezug nehmen. Berührt die Klappe die Rippen
des Kabelsatzes, besteht die Möglichkeit, dass der Kabelsatz nicht vollständig
in das Gerät eingesteckt werden kann.
Kabelsatz
Für die Erzeugung von Dampf kann ein Zeitraum von bis zu ca. 15 Min. erforderlich
•
sein. Dies hängt von der Menge und Temperatur des eingefüllten Wassers ab (Abb. 7).
Das Gerät sollte nicht unbeaufsichtigt gelassen werden. Kinder und Haustiere sollten
•
sich nicht im Raum aufhalten.
Kurz vor der kompletten Dampferzeugung tritt auf der Dampfplatte eine
•
Blasenbildung mit einer kleinen Menge Wasser auf.
Vorsicht. Vor der Ausgabe von Dampf kann heißes Wasser austreten.
•

Die Dampfplatte für einen Zeitraum von ca. 10 Sekunden ach auf die Tapete halten –
•
danach sollte diese sich mit einem Tapetenspachtel leicht ablösen lassen (Abb. 9).
Die erforderliche Dampfmenge ist je nach Tapetenart unterschiedlich. Mit dem
•
Dampfgerät arbeiten, bis der Wasserfüllstand niedrig ist. Dann das Gerät ausstecken
und für mindestens 2 minuten abkühlen lassen (Abb. 11).
Achtung! Vorsicht: Heiße Flüssigkeiten oder Dampf können zu Verbrennungen führen.
Gefahr von Verbrühungen! Dampf kann auch in kochend heiße Tröpfchen
kondensieren. Der Dampf sollte nicht auf elektrische Geräte gerichtet werden.
Die Verbrühungsgefahr wird auf dem Stopfen mit dem Symbol dargestellt.
Vorsicht Dampf - vor der Abnahme des Füllstopfens und der Nachfülleinheit.
Nach Abschluss der Arbeiten das Gerät vollständig abkühlen lassen und
entleeren.
Das Gerät sollte stets entleert gelagert werden. Vor dem
Aufschrauben des Füllstopfens sollte das Gerät stets mindestens 2
minuten abkühlen. Vorsicht! Gefahr von Verbrühungen! (Abb. 11).
Während der Aufheizphase kann heißes Wasser aus der Dampfplatte
austreten. Bei Arbeiten über Kopf kann heißes Wasser austreten.

Entkalken
Das Dampfgerät muss regelmäßig entkalkt werden, damit
es störungsfrei funktioniert. Je nach Wasserhärte muss der

Dampftapetenablöser nach ca. 10 – 15 Füllungen entkalkt
werden. Geräte, bei denen Defekte auf die mangelnde Entkalkung
zurückzuführen sind, sind von der Garantie ausgeschlossen!
Verwenden Sie ein Marken-Entkalkungsmittel. Beachten Sie die Gebrauchs-
•
anweisungen des Herstellers!
Mischen Sie das Entkalkungsmittel mit Wasser (Verhältnis 1:1).
•
Füllen Sie den Dampftapetenablöser mit ca. 2,5 Liter der Entkalkungslösung.
•
Schalten Sie den Dampftapetenablöser für ca. 10 Minuten ein.
•
Schalten Sie den Dampftapetenablöser aus und ziehen Sie den Netzstecker.
•
Lassen Sie die Entkalkungslösung für ca. 30 Minuten einweichen.
•
Dann den Dampftapetenablöser vollständig entleeren.
•
Das Gerät nachfolgend zwei oder drei Mal mit frischem Wasser gründlich durchspülen,
•
um alle Rückstände der Entkalkungslösung zu entfernen.

Das Gerät samt Zubehör und Verpackung sollte einer umweltgerechten
Wiederverwertung zugeführt werden. Geben Sie das Gerät bei der Entsorgung nicht in
den Hausmüll. Unterstützen Sie den Umweltschutz und bringen Sie deshalb Ihr Gerät
zu einer örtlichen Entsorgungsstelle oder erkundigen Sie sich im Fachhandel.
Farbreste und Lösungsmittel dürfen nicht in die Kanalisation, das Abusssystem
oder den Hausmüll geschüttet werden. Diese sind als Sondermüll separat zu
entsorgen. Beachten Sie dazu die Hinweise auf den Produktverpackungen.
Wichtiger Hinweis zur Produkthaftung!
Materialmengen-Einstellung zu niedrig, gültigen EU-Verordnung haftet der Hersteller

sich auf die kostenlose Behebung der Mängel, die nachweisbar auf die Verwendung
nicht einwandfreien Materials bei der Herstellung oder Montagefehler zurückzuführen
sind oder kostenlosen Ersatz der defekten Teile. Verwendung oder Inbetriebnahme,
sowie selbständig vorgenommene Montagen oder Reparaturen, die nicht in unserer
Bedienungsanleitung angegeben sind, schließen eine Garantieleistung aus. Dem

General Safety Instructions
CAUTION! Read all the instructions. Non-observance of the instructions below can cause
electric shock, re and/or serious personal injuries.
a) Keep your workplace clean and well lit. Disorderly or unlit workplaces may result
in accidents.
b) Never use the tool in hazardous areas that contain ammable liquids, gases
or dusts. Power tools generate sparks that can ignite the dust or vapours.
c) Keep children and other persons away when using the power tool. You can
lose control of the tool if you are distracted.
d) The tool plug must t into the socket-outlet. The plug may not be modied
in any form. Do not use adaptor plugs together with protective-earthed
tools. Unmodied plugs and suitable sockets reduce the risk of an electric shock.
e) Avoid physical contact with earthed surfaces such as pipes, heating
elements, stoves and refrigerators. The risk through electric shock increases if
your body is earthed.

Safety Instructions for Steam Wallpaper Strippers
Attention! When working with hot steam (min.100°C), there is a risk of serious
scalding. Hot steam and boiling water can emit when the safety valve (5 A)
is activated due to overpressure in incorrect operation of the unit.
Only change position during use, with care. The steam unit, hose and
steamplate can be very hot. Always wear suitable protective clothing /
gloves.
Operate the unit only with pure water without agents or additives. Do not
switch the unit on when empty.
Never point the steamplate / bar at people, animals or at objects sensitive to temperature.
Always ensure that the unit is standing securely in a horizontal position (on the oor)
(Fig. 6).
Do not stand on or place objects onto the unit or steam hose. Never over-twist or make
kinks in the steam hose, and never block the valve. Only carry the unit by its handle. Never
pull on the steam hose or supply cord.
Never submerge the unit in liquid. Every time the accessory is changed for lling / relling
and emptying or when the steam unit is not in use (including work pauses), pull the mains
plug out of the socket-outlet. Never overll the unit. Unplug the mains plug in the event of
overlling or a fault. Use only WAGNER original spare parts and accessories!
Caution! Danger of short-circuits! Cover socket-outlets and switches and do not subject
them to steam. When using an extension cable: max.10m long – the cord cross-section
must be at least 3 x 1 mm
bases and coated materials these can be impaired by heat or steam. Remedy: Use a heat
/ steam shield made of cardboard or metal. The unit switches o automatically in case of
overheating. After approx.10 minutes, the unit switches itself back on automatically.
The steam time is approximately 70-80 minutes. Never leave a unit unattended if switch is
on. Keep the unit away from children and animals. Never let the container steam until it is
completely empty.

. Avoid damage! When working in the vicinity of wood / gypsum
Intended use
The Steam Wallpaper Stripper is solely suited to removing wallpaper.
To ensure long life of the steam wallpaper stripper, clean your unit immediately and
thoroughly after each use.
CAUTION! - Steam can loosen weak, cracked, porous or poorly bonded plaster. Check
a small area before starting work. Do not hold the steamplate in one position too long
and stop if plaster starts to break.
PROTECT YOUR HOME- To prevent marks from steam on carpets and soft furnishings it

is recommended the unit be place on a hard at board. Ensure the unit will not slip or
tilt. Dust sheets and newspapers are not suitable.

Preparation
Gently score the areas to be stripped using a proprietary perforator
tool or the edge of a wall scraper in a criss-cross pattern.
Operation
Remove ller cap and ll unit with clean water to the MAX level line indicator. Replace
•
cap (Fig. 1+2).
Screw hose onto threaded outlets of boiler and steamplate, hand-tight is sucient.
•
Do not overtighten (Fig. 3+4).
Connect supply cord from unit to power socket-outlet and switch on (Fig. 5).
•
When connecting the cordset to the unit, make sure the ap is fully open and
does not prevent the plug being fully inserted. Refer to diagram below.
If the ap touches the ribs on the cordset it may prevent the cordset inserting
fully into the unit.

quantity and temperature (Fig. 7).
Do not leave unattended and keep children and pets out of the room.

Just before full steam production a small amount of bubbling and water will occur at
•
the steamplate.
Beware of hot water discharge prior to steam emission.
•
Hold the steamplate at against the wallpaper for approx. 10 seconds - from which
•
the paper should now easily come away using a wallpaper scraper (Fig. 9).
Some papers may need more steam than others. Operate steamer until water level is
•
low, then unplug unit and allow to cool for at least 2 minutes (Fig. 11).

Caution! Warning: Hot liquid or steam can burn. Danger of scalding. Steam may
also condense into boiling droplets. Steam should not be directed towards
electrical appliances. Danger of scalding appears on the cap as either symbol.
Beware of steam - before removing the ller cap and relling unit. When
nished, allow to cool completely and empty unit. Always store unit empty.
Before loosening the ller cap always allow the unit to cool down
for at least 2 minutes. Caution! Risk of scalding! (Fig. 11).
Heated water can leak from the steamplate during the heating-up
phase. Hot water can drip during overhead work.

Regular descaling is key to your steamer functioning properly.
Depending on water hardness, descale the steam wallpaper stripper
i
after 10 – 15 lls. Units which are defective due to a lack of descaling
are excluded from the guarantee!
Use a standard proprietary descaling agent. Observe the manufacturer's instructions
•
for use!
Mix the descaling agent with water (ratio 1:1).
•
Fill the steam wallpaper stripper with around 2.5 litres of descaling solution.
•
Switch the steam wallpaper stripper on for 10 minutes.
•
Switch the steam wallpaper stripper o again and disconnect the mains plug.
•
Leave the descaling solution to work for 30 minutes.
•
Then fully empty the steam wallpaper stripper.
•
Thoroughly rinse the unit two to three times with clear water to remove all descaling
•
solution residue.
Storage
Store emptied, upright and dry.

environmentally friendly manner. Do not dispose of the tool with household
waste. Support environmental protection by taking the tool to a local
collection point or obtain information from a specialist retailer.
Leftover paint and solvents may shall be emptied into drains, the sewage
system or disposed of as household rubbish. It has to be disposed of
separately as special waste. Please pay special attention to the instructions
on the product packaging.

a tted plug. This is identied by the fuse holder in
the base of the plug. Please read the following safety
instructions before use.
1. If the tted plug is cut o from the supply cord then

2. NEVER under any circumstances use the appliance or supply cord without the fuse cover

d) La che mâle de l’appareil doit convenir pour la prise de courant. La che

Consignes de sécurité pour vapeur décapant
Attention! La vapeur chaude (min. 100°C) implique des risques de brûlure grave.En cas
de dysfonctionnement de l'appareil, il est possible que de la vapeur chaude
et de l'eau bouillante s'échappent lorsque l'on active la soupape de sécurité
(5 A).
En cas de changement de position de travail, il est impératif de faire preuve
de la plus grande prudence. L'appareil à vapeur, le exible et le plateau
à vapeur peuvent être bouillants. Toujours porter des vêtements de
protection/gants appropriés.
Toujours utiliser l'appareil avec de l'eau pure, sans additifs ou agents. Ne
jamais allumer l'appareil lorsqu'il est vide.
Ne jamais diriger le plateau à vapeur/lance vers soi, vers d'autres personnes,
vers des animaux ou des objets fragiles.
Toujours s'assurer que l'appareil repose stablement à l'horizontale (sur le sol) (Fig. 6).
Ne jamais monter ou déposer des objets sur l'appareil ou le exible à vapeur. Éviter de
tordre le exible à vapeur ou de faire nœuds et ne jamais bloquer la vanne. Toujours porter
l'appareil par sa poignée. Ne jamais tirer sur le exible à vapeur ou le cordon d'alimentation.
Ne jamais plonger l'appareil dans un liquide. À chaque changement de l'accessoire pour le
remplissage/la recharge et la vidange ou lorsque l'appareil à vapeur doit être rangé après
avoir été utilisé (mais aussi pendant les pauses), la che secteur doit être débranchée de la
prise de courant. Ne jamais trop dépasser la limite de remplissage de l'appareil. En cas de
remplissage excessif ou de défaut, la che doit être débranchée de la prise secteur. Utiliser
uniquement des pièces de rechange et des accessoires d‘origine WAGNER!
Attention! Risque de court-circuit! Recouvrir les prises de courant et les interrupteurs
pour les protéger contre la vapeur. En cas d'utilisation d'une rallonge: longueur max. de
10m – section transversale min. de 3 x 1 mm2.
Éviter de l'endommager! La chaleur ou la vapeur risque d'altérer les matières à base de
bois/gypse et les matériaux enrobés se trouvant à proximité de la zone de travail. Solution:
utiliser un bouclier thermique /écran de protection contre la vapeur en carton ou en métal.
En cas de surchaue, l'appareil s'arrête automatiquement. Environ 10 minutes plus tard,
l'appareil se remet en marche automatiquement.
L'appareil maintient la vapeur pendant 70 à 80 minutes. Ne jamais laisser l'appareil
sans surveillance lorsqu'il est en service. Ne jamais laisser des enfants ou des animaux
s'approcher de l'appareil. Ne jamais laisser l'appareil sans surveillance tant que le réservoir à
vapeur n'est pas totalement vide.

Utilisation prévue
La décolleuse de papier peint à vapeur doit exclusivement être utilisée pour décoller le
papier peint.
Pour garantir la durée de vie de la décolleuse de papier peint à vapeur, le dispositif doit
impérativement être nettoyé soigneusement après chaque utilisation.
ATTENTION! - Le plâtre de faible consistance, craquelé ou poreux peut se détacher à la
vapeur. Avant de commencer à travailler, il est indispensable d'eectuer des essais sur
une petite surface. La plaque à vapeur ne doit jamais être immobilisée trop longtemps à
une position et éloignée immédiatement si le plâtre commence à se ssurer.
PROTEGEZ VOTRE INTÉRIEUR - Pour éviter les traces de vapeur sur les tapis et tissus
d'ameublement, il est recommandé de toujours placer l'appareil sur une surface plane et
dure. Veillez à ce que l'appareil ne risque pas de s'incliner ou de tomber. Les plaquettes
de protection et les papiers journaux ne sont pas adaptés.
Préparatifs
Marquez soigneusement les zones à décaper en utilisant un outil
perforateur propriétaire ou le bord d'un grattoir mural en eectuant
des mouvements croisés.
Utilisation
Retirez le bouchon de remplissage et remplissez l'appareil d'eau propre jusqu'à
•
l'indicateur de niveau MAX. Replacez le bouchon (g. 1+2).
Vissez le exible sur les raccords letés de la chaudière et du plateau à vapeur en les
•
serrant à la main.
Ne serrez pas trop (Fig. 3+4).
Connectez le cordon d'alimentation à la prise de courant et allumez l'appareil (Fig. 5).
•
Lorsque vous connectez le cordon amovible à l'appareil, vériez que le volet
est totalement ouvert et qu'il n'empêche pas la che de pénétrer entièrement
dans la prise. Voir la gure ci-dessous.
Si le volet touche les nervures du cordon, il risque d'empêcher le cordon de
pénétrer complètement dans l'unité.

Câble réseau
La génération de la vapeur peut prendre jusqu'à 15 minutes (env.) - selon le niveau de
•
remplissage en eau et la température (Fig. 7).
Ne laissez jamais l'appareil sans surveillance et éloignez les enfants et les animaux de
•
la pièce.
Peu de temps que l'appareil n'atteigne le niveau maximal de production de vapeur,
•
une petite quantité de bulles et d'eau apparaît sur le plateau à vapeur.
Attention à l'eau chaude qui risque de s'écouler avant l'émission de la vapeur.
•
Maintenez le plateau à vapeur à plat contre le papier peint pendant env. 10 secondes -
•
vous devriez ensuite pouvoir le décoller facilement en utilisant un grattoir (Fig. 9).
Certains papiers nécessitent plus de vapeur que d'autres. Utilisez la vaporiseuse
•
jusqu'à la limite inférieure de niveau d'eau, puis débranchez l'appareil et laissez-le
refroidir pendant au minimum deux minutes (Fig. 11).
Attention! Avertissement: le liquide ou la vapeur chaude peuvent causer des brûlures.
Vous risquez de vous ébouillanter. La vapeur peut également se condenser
en gouttelettes bouillantes. Ne jamais diriger la vapeur vers des appareils
électriques. Le risque de brûlure est indiqué sur le bouchon par un symbole.
Attention à la vapeur - au retrait du bouchon de remplissage et au
remplissage de l'appareil. Lorsque le travail est achevé, l'appareil doit refroidir
intégralement et être totalement vidé. L'appareil ne doit être rangé que
lorsqu'il est complètement vide.
Câble réseau
Avant de desserrer le bouchon de remplissage, toujours laisser
l'appareil refroidir pendant au minimum 2 minutes. Attention!
Risque de brûlure! (Fig. 11).
L'eau chaude risque de s'échapper du plateau à vapeur pendant la
phase d'échauement. En cas de travaux en hauteur, de l'eau chaude
risque de s'écouler.

Détartrage
Un détartrage régulier est indispensable pour que votre vaporiseuse
fonctionne correctement. Selon la dureté de l'eau, la décolleuse de
i
papier peint à vapeur doit être détartrée tous les 10 à 15 remplissages.
Les composants dont le dysfonctionnement est dû à un manque de
détartrage sont exclus de la garantie!
Utilisez un détartrant standard propriétaire. Respectez les instructions d'utilisation
•
du fabricant!
•
Mélangez le détartrant avec de l'eau (1:1).
•
Remplissez la décolleuse de papier peint à vapeur avec env. 2,5 litres de solution
•
détartrante.
Mettez en marche la décolleuse de papier peint à vapeur pendant 10 minutes.
•
Arrêtez la décolleuse de papier peint à vapeur et débranchez la che.
•
Laissez la solution détartrante agir pendant 30 minutes.
•
Videz ensuite entièrement la décolleuse de papier peint à vapeur.
•
Rincez soigneusement l'appareil deux ou trois fois avec de l'eau pure pour éliminer tous
•
les restes de détartrant.
Entreposage
L'appareil doit toujours avoir été entièrement vidé et être parfaitement sec avant d'être
stocké à la verticale.

Algemene veiligheidsaanwijzingen
LET OP! Lees alle aanwijzingen goed door. Fouten bij het opvolgen van hieronder

a) Houd de werkplek schoon en goed verlicht. Wanorde en niet verlichte
werkplekken kunnen tot ongevallen leiden.
b) Gebruik het apparaat niet in een explosiegevaarlijke omgeving met
brandbare vloeistoen, gassen of stof. Elektrisch gereedschap wekt vonken op
die stof of dampen kunnen ontsteken.
c) Houd kinderen en andere personen tijdens het gebruik van elektrisch
gereedschap op afstand. Wanneer u wordt afgeleid, kunt u de controle over het
apparaat verliezen.
d) De netstekker van het apparaat moet passen in de wandcontactdoos.
De stekker mag op geen enkele manier worden gewijzigd. Gebruik geen

Algemene veiligheidsinstructies voor behangstomer
LET OP! Bij het werken met hete stoom (min. 100°C) bestaat ernstig gevaar van
verbranding.
Verander bij gebruik alleen met grote zorg van positie. Het stoomapparaat,
de slang en stoomplaat kunnen erg heet zijn. Draag altijd gepaste
beschermende kleding/handschoenen.
Gebruik in het apparaat alleen kraanwater zonder toevoegingen. Schakel
het apparaat niet in als het leeg is.
Richt de stoomplaat/-stang nooit op mensen, dieren en warmtegevoelige voorwerpen.
Zorg dat het apparaat altijd stevig in een horizontale positie staat (op de vloer) (Afb. 6).
Ga niet op het apparaat of de stoomslang staan en zet er ook niets op. Draai de stoomslang
nooit te veel rond en maak er geen kink in, blokkeer ook nooit het ventiel. Draag het
apparaat alleen aan het handvat. Trek
nooit aan de stoomslang of het netsnoer. Dompel het apparaat nooit onder in vloeistof.
Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact als u een accessoire wilt vervangen, bij het (her)vullen en
legen of wanneer u het stoomapparaat niet gebruikt (denk ook aan pauzes). Het apparaat
niet overvullen. Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact bij overvullen of een fout. Gebruik
alleen originele WAGNER reserveonderdelen en accessoires!
Let op! Gevaar van kortsluiting! Dek stopcontacten en schakelaars af en stel ze niet bloot
aan stoom. Bij gebruik van een verlengkabel: max. 10 meter lang. De draad moet een
diameter hebben van minimaal 3 x 1 mm
hout-/gipswerk en gecoate materialen, houdt er dan rekening mee dat deze beïnvloed
kunnen worden door hitte of stoom. Oplossing: Gebruik een hitte- /stoomschild van karton
of metaal. In geval van oververhitting schakelt het apparaat automatisch uit. Na circa 10
minuten schakelt het apparaat zichzelf automatisch weer in. De stoomtijd is ongeveer 7080 minuten. Laat een ingeschakeld apparaat nooit onbeheerd achter. Houd het apparaat uit
de buurt van kinderen en dieren. Laat het apparaat nooit stomen totdat deze helemaal leeg is.

LET OP! - Stoom kan een losse, poreuze of slecht aangebrachte pleisterlaag losmaken.
Probeer eerst een klein gebied te bewerken voordat u aan de slag gaat. Houd de stoomplaat
niet te lang op dezelfde plek en stop als de pleisterlaag begint los te laten..
BESCHERM UW WONING - Om stoomvlekken op tapijten of zachte vloerbedekking te
voorkomen wordt aanbevolen om het apparaat op een stevige, platte plaat te zetten.
Controleer of het apparaat niet kan wegglijden of kantelen. Stoappen en kranten zijn
hiervoor niet geschikt.

Voorbereidingen
Gebruik een rolmes of de rand van een verfkrabber om de af te
stomen gebieden lichtjes te voorzien van een kruiselingse inkeping.
Bediening
Verwijder de vuldop en vul het apparaat met schoon water tot aan de MAX niveau-
•
indicator. Plaats de dop weer terug (Afb. 1+2).
Schroef de slang op de gegroefde uitgangen van de boiler en stoomplaat. Handvast is
•
voldoende. Niet te strak vastdraaien (Afb. 3+4).
Sluit het netsnoer aan, steek de stekker in het stopcontact en schakel het apparaat in (Afb. 5).
•
Zorg bij het aansluiten van het netsnoer dat de ap volledig is geopend en
dat de stekker volledig kan worden ingestoken. Raadpleeg het schema
hieronder. Als de ap de ribben van het netsnoer aanraakt, kan het mogelijk
niet volledig in het apparaat worden gestoken

Het kan tot 15 minuten duren voordat er stoom ontstaat, afhankelijk van de
•
hoeveelheid water en de temperatuu (Afb. 7).
Laat het apparaat niet onbeheerd achter en houd kinderen en dieren uit de ruimte.
•
Net voordat de stoomproductie op gang is, bubbelt er wat water uit de stoomplaat.
•
Houd rekening met uitstromend heet water voordat de stoom vrijkomt.
•
Houd de stoomplaat gedurende circa 10 seconden tegen het behang. Het behang
•
zou nu eenvoudig af te steken moeten zijn met een behangsteker (Afb. 9).
Voor sommige soorten behang is meer stoom nodig dan voor andere. Gebruik de
•
stomer totdat het water bijna op is, trek de stekker uit het stopcontact en laat het
apparaat minstens 2 minuten afkoelen (Afb. 11).
LET OP! Waarschuwing: hete vloeistof of stoom kan brandwonden veroorzaken.
Gevaar van verbranding. Stoom kan ook condenseren tot kokende druppels.
Richt de stoom niet op elektrische apparaten. Gevaar van verbranding wordt
op de dop weergegeven met een van deze symbolen.
Let op voor stoom - Na gebruik het apparaat volledig laten afkoelen en legen.
Bewaar het apparaat altijd leeg.

Voor een juiste werking van uw apparaat dient u het regelmatig te
ontkalken. Afhankelijk van de waterhardheid dient u de behangstomer

na 10 tot 15 vulbeurten te ontkalken. Apparaten die defect raken door
gebrek aan ontkalking vallen niet onder de garantie!
Gebruik een standaard ontkalkingsmiddel. Neem de instructies van de fabrikant in

acht voor gebruik!
Meng het ontkalkingsmiddel met water (verhouding 1:1).

Vul de behangstomer met ongeveer 2,5 liter ontkalkingsoplossing.
•
Schakel de behangstomer 10 minuten in.
•
Schakel de behangstomer weer uit en maak het netsnoer los.

Laat de ontkalkingsoplossing 30 minuten inwerken.

Milieu
Het toestel met toebehoren en verpakking moet milieuvriendelijk gerecycled

3+1 jaar garantie
De garantie bedraagt 3 jaar, gerekend vanaf de dag van verkoop (kassabon). De garantie
wordt met nog eens 12 maanden verlengd, als het apparaat binnen 4 weken na de
aankoop op internet op www.wagner-group.com/3plus1 geregistreerd wordt. Een
registratie is alleen mogelijk, als de koper toestemming verleent voor het opslaan
van de gegevens die hij daar moet invoeren. De garantie omvat en is beperkt tot
het gratis verhelpen van eventuele gebreken, die aantoonbaar te wijten zijn aan het
gebruik van niet onberispelijk materiaal bij de fabricage of montagefouten of tot het
kosteloos vervangen van de defecte onderdelen. De garantie geldt niet in geval van
beschadigingen te wijten aan ondeskundig gebruik of ondeskundige inbedrijfname.
Degarantie vervalt bij zelfstandig uitgevoerde montages of reparaties, die niet in
onze bedieningshandleiding zijn vermeld. De aan normale slijtage onderhevige
onderdelen zijn eveneens uitgesloten van garantie. Industriële toepassingen zijn
van aansprakelijkheid uitgesloten. Wij behouden ons het recht op garantieclaim
uitdrukkelijk voor. De garantie vervalt indien het apparaat door andere personen
dan het Wagner-personeel wordt geopend. Transportschade, onderhoudswerkzaam
heden evenals schade en storingen door ondeskundige onderhoudswerkzaamheden
zijn uitgesloten van garantie. De garantie geldt alleen als het aankoopbewijs en de
volledig ingevulde garantiekaart kunnen worden voorgelegd. Tenzij de Wet anders
oordeelt, zijn garantieclaims uitgesloten voor alle persoonlijke ongelukken, materiële
schade of verdere schade voortvloeiend uit een schadegeval, in het bijzonder
indien het apparaat voor een andere toepassing dan in de bedieningshandleiding
beschreven werd gebruikt, niet volgens onze bedieningshandleiding in bedrijf werd
genomen of onderhouden, of indien reparaties zelfstandig door niet deskundigen
werden uitgevoerd. Wij behouden ons alle reparaties en reparaties in onze werkplaats
voor, die buiten het aangegeven bestek van deze handleiding vallen.

Attenzione! Leggere tutte le istruzioni. L’inosservanza delle istruzioni riportate nel seguito
può causare la folgorazione elettrica, incendi o gravi lesioni.
a) Tenere pulita e ben illuminata la propria postazione di lavoro. Il disordine e
la scarsa illuminazione possono causare incidenti
b) Non lavorare con l’apparecchio in ambienti a rischio di esplosione in cui
siano presenti liquidi, gas o polveri inammabili. Gli attrezzi elettrici generano
scintille che possono incendiare la polvere o i vapori.
c) Durante l’uso dell’attrezzo elettrico tenere lontano i bambini o le persone
estranee. In caso di distrazione, si può perdere il controllo dell’attrezzo.
d) La spina di collegamento dell’apparecchio deve essere adatta alla presa.
La spina non deve essere modicata in nessun modo. Non utilizzare spine
adattatrici per apparecchi collegati a terra. Le spine non modicate e le prese
adatte ad esse riducono il rischio di folgorazione elettrica.
e) Evitare il contatto del corpo con oggetti messi a terra, ad esempio tubi,
radiatori, cucine elettriche e frigoriferi. Se il corpo è collegato a terra, il rischio di
folgorazione elettrica aumenta.

Istruzioni di sicurezza per vaporella staccaparati
Attenzione! Lavorando con il vapore caldo (min. 100°C), vi è il rischio di gravi scottature.
Quando la valvola di sicurezza (5 A) viene attivata a causa di sovrapressione
dovuta al funzionamento non corretto dell'unità, si può vericare l’emissione di
vapore caldo e acqua bollente. Cambiare posizione con cautela durante l’uso.
Il vaporizzatore, il tubo essibile e la piastra a vapore possono essere molto
caldi. Indossare sempre indumenti/guanti di protezione adatti. Utilizzare
l’unità solo con acqua pura senza alcun prodotto o additivo. Non accendere
l’unità se vuota.
Non puntare la piastra a vapore/barra verso persone, animali o oggetti sensibili alla
temperature. Assicurarsi sempre che l’unità sia appoggiata in modo stabile al
pavimento in posizione orizzontale (Fig. 6).
Non salire né posizionare oggetti sull’unità o sul tubo del vapore. Non torcere
eccessivamente o piegare il tubo del vapore e non bloccare mai la valvola. Trasportare
l’unità solo utilizzando l’impugnatura. Non utilizzare mai il tubo del vapore o il cavo elettrico
a questo scopo. Non immergere l’unità in liquido. Ogni volta che si sostituisce l’accessorio
per le operazioni di riempimento e svuotamento o quando il vaporizzatore non viene
utilizzato (anche nelle pause di lavoro), staccare la spina dalla presa elettrica. Non riempire
mai eccessivamente l’unità. Staccare la spina di rete in caso di riempimento eccessivo o
guasto. Utilizzare soltanto parti di ricambio e accessori WAGNER originali! Attenzione!
Pericolo di cortocircuito! Coprire le prese e gli interruttori e non esporli al vapore. Quando
si utilizza un cavo di prolunga: lunghezza max 10 m e sezione del cavo di almeno 3x1

. Evitare di danneggiare l'apparecchio! Quando si lavora vicino a basi di legno/

gesso e materiali verniciati, questi possono essere danneggiati dal calore o dal vapore.
Rimedio: utilizzare una protezione di cartone o metallo. L'unità si spegne automaticamente
in caso di surriscaldamento. Dopo circa 10 minuti l'unità si riaccende automaticamente. Il
tempo di vaporizzazione è di circa 70-80 minuti. Non lasciare mai l'unità senza controllo
se l'interruttore è acceso. Tenere l'unità lontana da bambini e animali. Non lasciare mai
fuoriuscire il vapore no a svuotare completamente il serbatoio.
Uso previsto
L'apparecchio Steam Wallpaper Stripper è destinato esclusivamente a essere utilizzato
per staccare la carta da parati.
Per garantire una lunga durata dell'apparecchio, lavarlo immediatamente e accuratamente
dopo ogni utilizzo.
ATTENZIONE! - Il vapore può sgretolare l'intonaco fragile, crepato, poroso o debolmente
legato. Prima di iniziare il lavoro, eseguire un controllo su una piccola supercie. Non
tenere la piastra vapore troppo a lungo nella stessa posizione e fermarsi se l'intonaco
inizia a rompersi.

PROTEGGETE LA VOSTRA CASA - Per evitare che si formino macchie di vapore sui tappeti
e sulla tappezzeria, si raccomanda di posizionare l'unità su un supporto di materiale rigido
e piano. Accertarsi che l'unità non possa scivolare o inclinarsi. Teli antipolvere e giornali
non sono adatti.

"Segnare l'area da ripulire con linee leggere diagonali utilizzando un
apposito strumento da taglio o il bordo di un raschietto da pareti."
Funzionamento
Rimuovere il coperchio e riempire l'unità con acqua pulita no all'indicatore di livello
•
MAX. Reinserire il coperchio (Fig. 1+2).
Avvitare il tubo essibile ai raccordi lettati della caldaia e della piastra vapore; è
•
suciente stringere a mano. Non stringere eccessivamente (Fig. 3+4).
Collegare il cavo di alimentazione dall'unità alla presa di corrente e accendere (Fig. 5).
•
Quando si collega il cavo all'unità, assicurarsi che il coperchio sia
completamente aperto e non ostacoli l'inserimento della spina. Fare
riferimento al disegno sotto. Se il coperchio tocca le nervature del gruppo
cavo-connettore può ostacolare il completo inserimento nell'unità.
Set di cavi
Possono occorrere no a 15 minuti (circa) prima che venga prodotto il vapore, in
•
funzione della quantità e della temperatura dell'acqua di riempimento (Fig. 7).
Non lasciare l'apparecchio senza sorveglianza e tenere bambini e animali domestici
•
fuori dalla stanza.
Appena prima di raggiungere la piena produzione di vapore, si forma una piccola
•
quantità di bolle e acqua sulla piastra vapore.
Attenzione alla fuoriuscita di acqua calda prima dell'emissione di vapore.
•
Tenere la piastra vapore a contatto con la carta per ca. 10 secondi. A questo punto la
•
carta dovrebbe staccarsi facilmente utilizzando un raschietto per carta da parati (Fig. 9).
Alcuni tipi di carta possono richiedere più vapore rispetto ad altri. Azionare
•
il vaporizzatore no a che il livello dell'acqua è basso, quindi staccare l'unità
dall'alimentazione elettrica e lasciarla rareddare per almeno 2 minuti (Fig. 11).

Attenzione! Avvertenza: Il liquido e il vapore possono essere bollenti. Pericolo di
ustioni. Il vapore può inoltre condensare in gocce bollenti. Il vapore non
dovrebbe essere diretto verso apparecchiature elettriche. Il pericolo di
ustioni è segnalato sul coperchio da uno dei due simboli.
Attenzione al vapore - prima di rimuovere il coperchio e riempire l'unità. Una
volta terminato il lavoro, fare rareddare completamente l'unità e svuotarla.
Riporre sempre l'unità vuota.
Prima di allentare il coperchio, fare sempre rareddare l'unità per
almeno 2 minuti. Attenzione! Pericolo di ustioni! (Fig. 11).

Decalcicazione

Una regolare decalcicazione è essenziale per il corretto funzionamento
dell'apparecchio. In base alla durezza dell'acqua, decalcicare

l'apparecchio dopo averlo riempito per 10–15 volte. I difetti dovuti a una
inadeguata decalcicazione non sono coperti da garanzia!
Utilizzare un normale prodotto anticalcare. Seguire le istruzioni per l'uso del

produttore!
Miscelare il prodotto anticalcare con acqua (rapporto 1:1).
•
Riempire l'apparecchio con circa 2,5 litri di soluzione anticalcare.
•
Accendere l'apparecchio per 10 minuti.
•
Spegnere l'apparecchio e scollegare la presa dalla rete.
•
Lasciare agire la soluzione anticalcare per 30 minuti.
•
Quindi svuotare completamente l'apparecchio.
•
Sciacquare accuratamente l'apparecchio per due o tre volte con acqua pulita per

rimuovere tutti i residui di soluzione anticalcare.
Conservazione

Indicazione per lo smaltimento
