Heated holding and pizza display cabinet capable of holding
54 boxed 16" pizzas.

Heavy duty 20 gauge polished stainless steel cabinet with
welded tubular steel inner frame for increased durability.

Full size tempered glass door.

Magnetic action door latch.

Recessed control panel includes power “on” and heater “on”
indicator lights, dial thermostat adjust up to 190°F.

Fully insulated: 2” in top, 1½" sides.

MODEL: VHDPD Series Heated Pizza Display Cabinet
SPECIFICATIONS:
Pizza display cabinet, Vulcan-Hart Model No. VHDP5. Heavy duty
20 gauge polished stainless steel cabinet with welded tubular
steel inner frame for increased durability. Cabinet capacity is 9
shelves with each hold two 16" pizza boxes per rack, with the
capability of holding 54 boxed pizzas. Complete with 5 pairs of
universal tray slides and 5 wire racks, both easily removable for
cleaning. Fully insulated, 2" in top and 1½" in sides. Full size
tempered glass door with magnetic action door latch.. Recessed
control panel includes power “on” and heater “on” indicator lights,
dial thermostat adjustable up to 190°F, and temperature read-out
dial. Two 1,000 watt metal sheathed heating element, 16.6 amps
total draw. Requires 120 volt, 60 Hz, single phase power supply.
Furnished with 6' power cord and NEMA 5-20 plug.
Exterior dimensions: 24¾"w x 38"d x 62¼"h on 5” casters
(2 swivel with brakes, 2 rigid).
