-If the TV feel cold to the touch, there may be a small "flicker" when it is turned on.
This is normal, there is nothing wrong with TV.
-Some minute dot defects may be visible on the screen, appearing as tiny red,
green, or blue spots. However there has no adverse effect on the monitor's
performance.
-Avoid touching the screen or holding your finger(s) against it for long periods of
time. Doing so may produce some temporary distortion effect on the screen.

Using the Remote Control
When using the remote control, aim it at remote sensor on the television. If there is an
object between the remote control and the remote sensor on the unit, the unit may not
operate.
• Point the remote control at the REMOTE SENSOR located on the television.
• When using this television in a very brightly lit area, the infrared REMOTE CONTROL
SENSOR may not work properly.
• The recommended effective distance for using the remote control is about 7 meters.
Installing Batteries in the Remote Control
1. Open the cover at the back of the remote control.
2. Install two AAA size batteries. Make sure to match
the “+” and “-” ends of the batteries with the
diagram inside the compartment.
3. Replace the cover.
Battery Replacement
You will need to install the batteries into the remote control to make it operate following
the instruction below.
When the batteries become weak, the operating distance of the remote control will be
greatly reduced and you will need to replace the batteries.
Notes on Using Batteries:
The use of the wrong type of batteries may cause chemical leakage and/or explosion.
Please note the following:
• Always ensure that the batteries are inserted with the + and - terminals in the correct
direction as shown in the battery compartment.
• Different types of batteries have different characteristics. Do not mix different types.
• Do not mix old and new batteries. Mixing old and new batteries will shorten battery life
and/or cause chemical leakage.
• Replace batteries as soon as they do not work.
• Chemicals which leak from batteries may cause skin irritation. If any chemical matter
seeps out of the batteries, wipe it up immediately with a dry cloth.
• The batteries may have a shorter life expectancy due to storage conditions. Remove
the batteries whenever you anticipate that the remote control will not be used for an
extended period.
• The batteries (battery pack or batteries installed) shall not be exposed to excessive
heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.
CAUTION:
• It may result in an explosion if batteries are replaced incorrectly.
• Only replace batteries with the same or equivalent type.

Cable Installation
Before the installation and use, please read carefully the relevant content in “Warning
and Safety instructions”.
1. Take out the TV from the wrapping package and put it in a drafty and flat place.
NOTE:
• When you plug or unplug the TV, computer or other equipments, you must make sure
that the AC power has been already shut down;
• When unplugging the power cable or signal cable, please hold the plug (the insulated
part), do not draw the body of the cable.
2. LAN: Use a network cable to connect the interface and the broadband network
interface.
3. DIGITAL AUDIO OUT:

The unit uses a RF remote control. When the unit is turned on for the first time and if
code pairing is not performed for the TV set, the screen will pop up the code pairing
prompt for the remote control.
Please follow the following methods to perform code pairing operations.

Turning on and off the TV
■ Turn on the TV
Connect the AC input cable, if TV has a power switch, turn it on firstly. Press the
button on remote control can turn on TV from standby mode.
■ Turn off the TV
Press thebutton on the remote control to enter standby mode.
Do not leave your set in standby mode for long periods of time. It is best to unplug
the set from the mains and aerial. When there is an accident power off, it is
recommended to unplug the power cable from the power socket.
■ No signal (In ATV mode)
When there is no signal and no button operation, the TV set will automatically enter
into the standby status after about 15 minutes. In PC-RGB mode, the TV set will
automatically turn off in 1 minute if no input signal. When VGA cable is connected,
the TV turns on automatically.
Programme Selection
■ Using the CH+/CH- on the panel of TV or on the remote control.
Press CH+ to increase channel number.
Press CH - to decrease channel number.
■ Using 0- 9 Digital Buttons.
You can select the channel number by pressing 0 to 9. (In ATV mode)
Example:
To select - channel (e.g. Channel 5): Press 5.
To select -- channel (e.g. Channel 20): Press 2 and 0 in a short time.
■ Quick switch
When there is no menu displayed while the television signal on, press the ENTER
button to enter Quick switch interface, the screen will display a list of existing
programs logo (or name) order.
Press the arrow buttons to quickly select a program, press/button to turn the
page, when need select a wanted program, press the ENTER button to the selected
program, or press thebutton to exit the fast tapping interface, then watch the
program.
Volume Adjustment
■ Press the VOL+/- button to adjust the volume.
■ If you want to switch the sound OFF, press the.

Smart Wizard
When the TV is initially powered on, a sequence of on-screen prompts will assist in
configuring basic settings.
NOTE: Make sure that the antenna or cable TV system connection is made.
■ Set you desired language.
Press the arrow buttons to select the Menu Language, and then press the ENTER
button.
Press the ▼ button to select “Next” go to next step.
■ Select your time zone.
Press the arrow button to select a time zone, and then press the ENTER button.
Press the ▼ button to select “Next” go to next step.
■ Select your TV environment.
Press the arrow button to select an Environment, and then press the ENTER button.
Press the ▼ button to select “Next” go to next step.
※Store mode is intended for in-store display.
■ Network connection (Wired/Wireless)
Press the up / down key to select “LAN” or “WiFi”, and wired and wireless network is
enabled respectively. (for details on connection, please refer to the“Network
settings”.)
NOTE:
If you select exit the network connection, follow the menu prompt to operate, the TV
will begin automatically scans and store all available channels.
Changing the Input Source
1. You can select the input source by pressing the SOURCE button on the remote
control.
Press the◄/►button to cycle through the input source, and press the ENTER button
to confirm your choice.
2. You can also pressbutton to open “Home” interface, press▲/▼button to select
the Source, then press ENTER button to enter.
Setting and tuning of many functions of this machine start from user interface.
Press MENU button on ATV signal source to open “Setting” menu, press ▲/▼ button to
select the desired sub item , press the ENTER or ► button to access the menu of the
next level.

Press MENU button under the current scenario to open menu under the current

After completing the required operation, press thekey to return level by level to the
interface of the previous level.
NOTE:
• When remote is missed or invalid, use buttons of this machine to carry out operations
on some menus, when there’s a menu display, CH+/CH-, VOL-/VOL+ and
buttons on this machine are similar to ▲/▼, ◄/►and ENTER buttons on remote;
when there’s a menu display, press MENU button on this machine to exit menu.
• Partial options in user interface will be unselect able, auto display or hidden according
to different machine types, signal sources or statuses.
• User interface could be updated via software, if there’s any difference between
instruction manual and final products, please refer to actual display.
Program Edit
Press MENU button on ATV signal source to open “Setting” menu, press ▲/▼ button to
select “Program Edit”, Press ENTER or ►button to enter the next menu.
Auto search
In the “Program Edit” submenu, when “Auto search” is selected, press the ENTER
button, and a message is displayed. Select “Yes”, the TV will begin scanning all the
channels available in your area. After searching, you can watch TV programs.
NOTE:
• Depending on the reception condition the progress bar may not advance for several
minutes complete channel scan, please be patient.
Catch the logo
When entering “Setting” →“Program Edit”→“Catch the logo”, press the left / right key to
select the corresponding channel, press the ENTER key to confirm, press the direction
key to move the rectangle box, and press the ENTER key to set the picture in the
current rectangle box as the station symbol of the program, so as to replace the
previous station symbol.

Channel sorting
When entering “Setting”→ “Program Edit”→“Channel sorting”, press the direction key to
select the program to be firstly sequenced, and press the ENTER key to list the
selected program into the sequencing list. When the sequencing is completed, select
and click “Save and exit”, and then you can watch programs in accordance with the
sequence you want.
All settings
Press thekey on the remote control to enter “All settings” interface, press the up /
down key to selecting the corresponding options.

Network settings
You can set up your TV so that it can access the Internet through your local area
network (LAN) using a wired or wireless connection.
■ Connecting to a Wired Network
• You can attach your TV to your LAN using cable in three ways:

TV to an external modem using a Cat 5 cable. See the diagram below.

• You can attach your TV to your LAN by connecting the LAN port on the back of your
TV to a IP Sharer which is connected to an external modem. Use Cat 5 cable for the

• Depending on how your network is configured, you may be able to attach your TV to
your LAN by connecting the LAN by port on the back of your TV directly to a network
wall outlet using a Cat 5 cable. See the diagram below. Note that the wall outlet is
attached to a modem or router elsewhere in your house.

If you have a Dynamic Network, you should use an ADSL modem or router that
supports Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP). Modems and routers that
support DHCP automatically provide the IP address, subnet mask, gateway, and DNS
values your TV needs to access the Internet so you don’t have to enter them manually.
Most home networks are Dynamic Networks. Some networks require a Static IP
address. If your network requires a Static IP address, you must enter the IP address,
subnet mask, gateway, and DNS values manually on your TV’s Cable Setup Screen
when you set up the network connection. To get the IP address, subnet mask, gateway,
and DNS values, contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP). If you have a Windows
computer, you can also get these values through your computer.

To set up the Cable Network settings:
Step 1: Pressbutton to open “All settings” interface, press ▲/▼ button to select
Network, then press ENTER button to enter.
Step 2: Press ▲/▼ button to select “Cable”.
Auto: press ▼ button to select

You can connect your TV to your LAN through a standard wireless router or modem.

Most wireless network systems incorporate a security system that requires devices that
access the network through an access point or wireless router (typically a wireless IP
Sharer) to transmit an encrypted security code called an access key.
To set up the Wireless settings:
Step 1: Pressbutton to open “All settings” interface, press ▲/▼ button to select
Network, then press ENTER button to enter.
Step 2: Press ▲/▼ button to select “WiFi”.
Auto : The Network function searches for
available wireless networks. When done,
it displays a list of the available networks.
In the list of networks, press the ▲/▼
button to select a network, then press
the ENTER button. input the correct

Add: You can also add a WiFi network manually by selecting Add others.
WPS: Press ▲/▼ button to select WPS, then press ENTER button, follow the
menu prompt to operate.
NOTE:
As there are many brands of routers and the performances, the network signal
reception effects of a device directly influences your experience to use a smart
network TV.
■ Network Testing
When entering “Network”→“Network testing”, the current network connection is
tested.
■ Wi-Fi Hotspot and Settings
Wi-Fi Hotspot: By default it is disabled, when it is enabled,
can be used as
a simple router, and the other devices can access the network via
the hot spot name and the hot spot password prompted by the system;
Wi-Fi Hotspot Settings: The user can customize to set the hotspot name and
password;
NOTE:
The password shall have at least 8 characters
When the WiFi hot spot is enabled, the wireless network is disabled, and if it is
required to use the TV set to access the Internet, connect the wired network.
Home Operation Introduction
Home is an entry interface for all the other functions, which could enter from this
interface layer by layer.
Via using home menu function, different needs of users could be met, making them fully
enjoy video and audio effects brought by the machine.

Press arrow buttons to cyclically select all options. Press ENTER button to enter a
small window for selection. Pressbutton to exit home interface.
Step 1: Press(home) button to enter home interface.
Step 2: Press ◄/► button to select App Store, then press ENTER button.
Step 3: Press arrow buttons to select options, press ENTER button to enter the
selected option, and then please carry out subsequent operations according to
hints on menu.
When entering "App Store" for the first time, if network connection is normal,
system pops up a disclaimer, then press ▲/▼ to read carefully, if you agree
with terms in this agreement, please press ◄/► button to select “Agree”, and

After signing of the service agreement, a one-click installer list will display,
containing applications recommended to you for installing.
Step 4: Pressor(home) button to return to home interface.
■ Application
While entering “Home”→“APPStore”, the focus is on the application type label by
default, on the top is the search box, and on the bottom displays the corresponding
content list of the current application. The two buttons on the bottom are download
management and update management.
Press the direction key to move the focus, and press the ENTER key to click various
buttons to perform the corresponding operations. In case of multi-page display, press
/
thekey to page up/down.
Press thekey to return to the type of the previous level or return to the main scene
interface.

■ Application Downloading
While entering “Home”→“APPStore”, when the focus is on the application list, use the
prompt below the menu to select and click “Free”; or select and click the “Check” button
to enter “Application detailed display”, and then select and click the “Free” button, and
the system will start the background download into the local or USB storage device.
Note: When downloading application programs, you should ensure that the network
works properly, and the USB storage device is not be removed, and the power supply is
not shut off, otherwise downloading fails.
■ Application Rating
When entering “Home”→“ APPStore”→ “Check”, use the prompt below the menu to
select and click the “Mark” button.
When entering, please follow the screen prompt to operate.
■ Application Download Management
When entering “Home”→“APPStore”→ “Download”, the status of the application being
downloaded can be viewed, including the progress, name, and size of the application
being downloaded and installed.
Press the down button or the ENTER button to enter the detailed list interface being
downloaded, and use the prompt below the menu to select and click the “Start/Pause”
or the “Delete” button to perform the corresponding operation.
The three buttons on the bottom are: Start all, pause all, and delete all, and you can
select and click the buttons to perform the corresponding operation.
■ Application Update
If there is any updated application, the “Update” prompt displays the number of updates,
and you can select and click the “Update” button for the corresponding item, or directly
click the “Update all” button on the bottom, and the system performs the updating
operation.
■ Search
You can enable this function to perform the fuzzy search of an application, and the
system automatically prompts you the relevant information about the hot searches.
When entering “Home”→“ APP Store”→ “Search”, input some or all of the words of the
application in the text input box (for the input operations, refer to “Operating Instructions
With Soft Keyboard Input” for details), and below the menu, the hot searches are
displayed at the same time, and then you can press the ENTER key to start searching.
When the searching is completed, press the down key to enter the search result list
interface, press the direction key to select the required search result, and then press
the ENTER key to start downloading.

■ Enter/Exit the local media
When the USB storage device is correctly inserted into the USB interface of this unit
and is automatically detected, the system displays the option menu. Press the left / right
key to select, and press the ENTER key to confirm whether to enter or not.
You can also enter the “Media” through the main scene.
When entering, please follow the menu prompt to operate. Press thekey to
perform the return operation.
■ Safely Unload USB
To ensure the security of the USB storage device and the saved data, before removing
the device from this unit, please manually unload it.
When entering “Media”→ “Menu”→“Uninstall USB Device”, select the disk to be
unloaded, press the ENTER key, and the system will display the prompt, and at this
time press the left /right key to select “Confirm”, and press the ENTER key to unload,
and then the USB storage device can be removed.
NOTE:
※ If the disk is currently being read and written, unloading can be performed only after
stopping operation.
※ Press the power button to power off and this unit will automatically perform disk
unloading before powering off;
※ Never directly pull out the power plug to power off the unit when the disk is being
read and written, so as to avoid file or disk damage.
Multi-screen Sharing
■ Introduction of Applications
Multi-screen sharing application realizes sharing Apple mobile devices as well as
devices supporting DLNA or media resources such as video/audio and pictures to be
demonstrated and played on smart TV set, making sharing of digital media content
easy to use.
Using Multi-screen sharing applications requires TVs that have been installed with
Multi-screen sharing applications, devices providing media resources to be
shared(such as, Apple mobile devices, PC installed with Windows Media Player 11
or other DMC applications), and mobile phones with DMC function to be connected
in the same local area network.

This section is an introduction of the functions and basic operations of user settings
of Multi-screen sharing.

1. Turning on of Interactive
Service
Once Interactive Service is turned on,
you can find the service in the player
list of DMC or AirPlay device list of
Apple devices.
2. Startup
If both Interactive Service and Startup are turned on, Interactive Service will be
started automatically before the TV is powered off.
If Startup is turned off, Interactive Service won’t be started automatically after the
TV is powered on.
■ Introduction of AirPlay Sharing Functions
This section mainly introduces how to share the images, audios and videos in Apple
devices through AirPlay with TVs.
1. Image Sharing
Single image sharing: open the image viewing application in an Apple device to
view one image, and select the Multi-screen sharing service name in the list of
icon “
” , then the image will be displayed on the TV; slide to switch images in an
Apple device and the image displayed in the Apple device will be displayed on TV.
PowerPoint sharing: open the image viewing application in an Apple device to
view one image, and select the Multi-screen sharing service name in the list of
icon “” , start the PowerPoint presentation in the Apple device, then the image
will be displayed on the TV.
2. Audio Sharing
Open the local audio player application in an Apple device to play the audio, and
select the Multi-screen sharing service name in the list of icon “” to share the
audio with a TV.
Internet resources sharing: open the internet audio player application in an Apple
device, to play the audio, and select the Multi-screen sharing service name in the
list of icon “” to share the audio with a TV.
During audio sharing, the Apple device can control the audio play, such as pause,
play and volume adjustment, and etc..
3. Video Sharing
Open the local video player application in an Apple device to play the video, and

video with a TV.
Internet video sharing: run the internet video player application to play the video
and select the Multi-screen sharing service name in the list of icon “” to share
the internet video with a TV.
During video sharing, the Apple device can control the video play, such as pause,
play and volume adjustment, and etc..
During video sharing, fast forward and rewind can be achieved through the left
and right arrow buttons on remote control or the Apple device.
■ Introduction of DMR Sharing Functions
This section mainly introduces the ways to share the images, audios and videos in
devices supporting DLNA through DLNA with TVs.
1. Image Sharing
Single image sharing: open the Windows Media Player in PC, and select the
Multi-screen sharing service name under the “Play” item by right click, then the
image will be displayed on the TV.
PowerPoint sharing: open the Windows Media Player in PC, and select multiple
images, and select the Multi-screen sharing service name under the “Play” item
by right click, then the images will be displayed on the TV.
During image sharing, pause, play and stop can be realized by DMC terminal;
2. Audio Sharing
Open the Windows Media Player in PC, choose one audio, and select the
Multi-screen sharing service name under the “Play” item by right click, then the
audio will be played on the TV.
During audio playing, play control, such as pause, play, stop and volume
adjustment can be achieved by DMC or TV remote control.
During audio playing, fast forward and remind can be realized through DMC
progress and the left and right arrow buttons on remote control.
Other DMC applications: open a DMC application, select the Multi-screen sharing
service name in the player, then the audio can be played on TV.
3. Video Sharing
Open the Windows Media Player in PC, choose one video, and select the
Multi-screen sharing service name under the “Play” item by right click, then the
video will be played on the TV.
During video playing, play control, such as pause, play, stop and volume
adjustment can be achieved by DMC or TV remote control.

Other DMC applications: open a DMC application, select the Multi-screen sharing
service name in the player, then the video can be played on TV.
■ FAQ
1. Occasionally failing to find multi-screen interactive service.
Answer: Make sure LAN network for device works normally; try reconnecting

wireless LAN, and restart multi-screen sharing service.
2. Multiple DMCs could control the same DMR.
Answer: Multiple DMCs controlling the same DMR is not restricted by DLNA
protocol actually.
Detailed instructions are as follows:
When the first DMC device is connected to TV set, and the second DMC device is
also connected to play any resource during playing, at this time, status of the first
DMC is also under playing, which could control playing status of the current TV
set.
3. DMC status fails to update after reverse controlling on playing status at TV
set.
Answer: No update on DMC after reverse controlling on playing status may be
caused by failing to realize status synchronization on DMC or related bugs.
4. If any other DMC or AirPlay attempts to control playlist of Windows Media
Player, playlists of theirs will be controlled instead.
Answer: When Windows Media Player is being controlled, it will find the next
resource after stopping, so it will access to TV set and play.
5. After some DMC control terminals exit, multimedia content accessed could
still be played on TV set.
Answer: When applications of some DMC control terminals exit, they will not notify
DMR to stop playing, so after DMC exiting, playing on TV set will continue.

iSmart TV
Installation and connection
1. In order to allow you experience iSmart TV function, you can download
application by scan the QR code from the home interface or App store, which can
be installed to your Android or IOS mobile device, like smart phone or tablet.
2. Your TV and mobile phone must be connected in the same network, and the
network needs Internet access. Open the application installed on your handheld
device after the device access to the network; select the TV in the device list to
connect.
Enter iSmartTV
Open the iSmart TV application, Desktop is divided into three main modules:
“Mine”, “Remote”, “Game”.
As shown below:
Mine function:
Click and open Mine function, the screen will display mine page contents. Such as
“Scan”, “Local share”, “TV To Phone OPT.”, “TV settings”, “About” etc.
Scan: you can by scan the QR code to download application.
Local share: iSmart TV will find multimedia files on your mobile phone and help you
to categorize files. You can share these multimedia files to the TV easily by clicking
the file. You can experience excitement and pleasure from the big-screen!
TV To Phone OPT.: select “Default”, “High Quality” and “Fluent” to adjust program
picture quality.
TV settings: can set up the TV function, such as “Network”, “Scene mode”,
“Source”, “Channel”, “Volume” etc.

Remote(Control by Virtual buttons)
Your cell phone can be a TV remote control. You can use Virtual Buttons to control
the TV in the application, such as Off, Home, Menu, Back, Prog+/-, Vol+/-, etc. In
order to achieve the function of arrow keys that right and left, up and down, you just
need to slide in the blank interface of the middle screen. Let you control the TV
without remote.

Click to active sport ++game pad.
Click to active touch game pad.
Click to active standard G-sensor game.
Click the four direction keys, Ok key, Menu key, Back key to Executive
game-related operations.
TV to phone and Sound to phone

Maintenance
Early malfunctions can be prevented. Careful and regular cleaning can extend the
amount of time you will have your new TV. Be sure to turn the power off and unplug the
power cord before you begin any cleaning.
Cleaning the screen
1. Here’s a great way to keep the dust off your screen for a while. Wet a soft cloth in a
mixture of lukewarm water and a little fabric softener or dish washing detergent. Wring
the cloth until it’s almost dry, and then used it to wipe the screen.
2. Make sure the excess water is off the screen, and then let it air-dry before you turn
on your TV.
Cleaning the cabinet
To remove dirt or dust, wipe the cabinet with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Please be sure
not to use a wet cloth.
Extended Absence
If you expect to leave your TV dormant for a long time (such as a vacation), it’s a
good idea to unplug the power cord to protect against possible damage from
lightning or power surges.
Disposal of old electrical appliances
The European directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment (WEEE), requires that old household electrical appliances must
not be disposed of in the normal unsorted municipal waste stream. Old
appliances must be collected separately in order to optimize the recovery
and recycling of the materials they contain, and reduce the impact on human
health and the environment.
The crossed out “wheeled bin” symbol on the product reminds you of your
obligation, that when you dispose of the appliance, it must be separately
collected.
Consumers should contact their local authority or retailer for information
