Vortexx products are proudly designed and manufactured in Michigan with local and imported components. We exclusively use premium grade Honda Engines to power our Pressure Washers and we strive to use only quality grade materials and test all components for your satisfaction and safety. When operated and maintained according to the instructions in this manual, your Vortexx pressure washer will provide many years of dependable service.
Read this manual carefully and become familiar with your pressure washer. Know its applications, its limitations and any hazards involved. Upon delivery, inspect your unit for damage and if something appears to be damaged, le a claim with the transportation company immediately. Be sure that all damaged parts are replaced and that the mechanical problems are corrected prior to operation of the unit. Understanding the Machine Safety Labels
The machine safety label shown below is placed on your machine to draw attention to potential safety hazards.
Hazard Symbols and Meanings
Safety Rules: This is the safety alert symbol. It is used to alert you to potential personal injury hazards. Obey all safety messages that follow this symbol to avoid possible injury or death. The safety alert symbol ( ) is used with a signal word (DANGER, CAUTION, WARNING) to alert you to hazards.
DANGER indicates a hazard which, if not avoided, will result in death or serious injury.
WARNING indicates a hazard which, if not avoided, could result in death or
serious injury.
CAUTION indicates a hazard which, if not avoided, might result in minor or moderate injury and or potential damage to property or equipment.
Warning Label
A warning label (Figure 1) is provided on your unit to inform you of potential safety hazards. If the label becomes damaged or illegible, replace it by contacting your local Vortexx dealer to obtain a new one or requesting one by sending an email to info@vortexindustriesinc.com.

1. Spray Tips Detergent, 0°, 15°, 25° and 40°: for various high pressure cleaning applications.
2. High Pressure Hose

10. Fuel Valve Used to turn fuel supply on and off to engine.
11. Recoil Starter Used for starting the engine manually.
12. Throttle Lever Sets engine in starting mode for recoil starter.
13. Engine Switch Set switch to “On” for recoil starting. Set switch to “Off” to stop a running engine.
14. Air Filter Protects engine by ltering dust and debris out of intake air.
15. Fuel Tank. Fill tank with regular unleaded fuel. Always leave room for fuel expansion.
16. Spray Gun and Extension with trigger lock.
