Es ist anzunehmen, dass ein gefahrloser Betrieb nicht mehr möglich ist, wenn:

•das Gerät sichtbare Beschädigungen aufweist,

•das Gerät nicht mehr arbeitet und

•nach längerer Lagerung unter ungünstigen Verhältnissen oder

•nach schweren Transportbeanspruchungen.

Beachten Sie auch die Sicherheitshinweise in den einzelnen Kapiteln bzw. in den Bedienungsanleitungen der angeschlossenen Geräte.

Schalten Sie das Gerät niemals gleich dann ein, wenn es von einem kalten in einen warmen Raum gebracht wird. Das dabei entstandene Kondenswasser kann unter ungünstigen Umständen Ihr Gerät zerstören. Lassen Sie das Gerät uneingeschaltet auf Zimmertemperatur kommen.

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

Das Steckernetzgerät ist zum Anschluss an Haushaltsübliche Netzspannung von 230 V~ 50 Hz. Am Unstabilisierten Gleichspannungsausgang können Geräte mit einem Zigarettenanzünderstecker (z.B. HandyLader) direkt angeschlossen werden. Die Polarität des Zigarettenanzünder-Adapters ist innen "Plus" (+) und außen "Minus" (-). Die Stromaufnahme der Verbraucher darf den Nennstrom des Netzgerätes (1000 mA) nicht überschreiten.

Eine Überschreitung führt zur Überlastung des Netzteiles; bei einer Überlastung des Netzteiles z.B. durch Kurzschluss oder zu hohe Dauerstromentnahme, wird der Ausgang unwiderruflich abgeschaltet. Dies stellt keinen Garantiefall dar.

Ein Betrieb unter widrigen Umgebungsbedingungen ist nicht zulässig. Widrige Umgebungsbedingungen sind:

•Nässe oder zu hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit

•Staub und brennbare Gase, Dämpfe oder Lösungsmittel.

Eine andere Verwendung als zuvor beschrieben, führt zur Beschädigung dieses Produktes, außerdem ist dies mit Gefahren wie z.B. Kurzschluss, Brand, elektrischer Schlag etc. verbunden. Das gesamte Produkt darf nicht geändert bzw. umgebaut werden!

Dieses Gerät hat das Werk in sicherheitstechnisch einwandfreien Zustand verlassen.

Um diesen Zustand zu erhalten und einen gefahrlosen Betrieb sicherzustellen, muss der Anwender die Sicherheitshinweise und Warnvermerke beachten ("Achtung!" und "Hinweis!"), die in dieser Gebrauchsanweisung enthalten sind. Folgende Symbole gilt es zu beachten:

Inbetriebnahme

Verbinden Sie den Zigarettenanzünderstecker des Verbrauchers mit dem Zigarettenanzünder-Adapter des Steckernetzgerätes.

Achten Sie darauf, dass der Verbraucher uneingeschaltet mit dem Steckernetzgerät verbunden wird. Stecken Sie nun das Steckernetzgerät in eine Haushaltsübliche Netzsteckdose mit 230 V NetzWechselspannung.

Nachdem der Verbraucher eingeschaltet wurde wird der Betrieb durch eine rote Leuchtanzeige am Steckernetzgerät signalisiert.

Zum Entfernen des Verbrauchers gehen Sie in umgekehrter Reihenfolge vor!

Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig die technische Sicherheit des Gerätes z.B. auf Beschädigung des Gehäuses.

Eine Reparatur darf nur durch eine Fachkraft erfolgen. Bei eigenmächtigen Änderungen oder Reparaturen am oder im Gerät, erlischt der Garantieanspruch.

Ist das Netzgerät trotz intakter Spannungsversorgung (Netzspannung) nicht funktionsfähig bzw. nicht mehr reparierbar, so muss es nach den geltenden gesetzlichen Vorschriften entsorgt werden.

Behebung von Störungen

Mit dem Steckernetzgerät haben Sie ein Produkt erworben, welches nach dem heutigen Stand der Technik gebaut wurde und betriebssicher ist.

Dennoch kann es zu Problemen oder Störungen kommen.

Deshalb möchten wir Ihnen hier beschreiben, wie Sie mögliche Störungen beheben können:

Aus Sicherheitsund Zulassungsgründen (CE) ist das eigenmächtige Umbauen und/oder Verändern des Gerätes nicht gestattet.

Wenden Sie sich an eine Fachkraft, wenn Sie Zweifel über die Arbeitsweise, die Sicherheit oder den Anschluss des Gerätes haben.

Beachten Sie auch die Sicherheitshinweise und Bedienungsanleitungen der übrigen Geräte, die an das Gerät angeschlossen werden, sowie in den einzelnen Kapitel dieser Anleitung.

Achten Sie darauf, dass ihre Hände, Schuhe, Kleidung, der Boden und das Netzgerät unbedingt trocken sind.

Das Gerät gehört nicht in Kinderhände. Es ist kein Spielzeug.

In gewerblichen Einrichtungen sind die Unfallverhütungsvorschriften des Verbandes der gewerblichen Berufsgenossenschaften für elektrische Anlagen und Betriebsmittel zu beachten.

Intended Use

The power pack serves for connection to the common 230 V ~ 50 Hz household supply net. Appliances with a cigarette lighter plug can be connected directly to the unstabilized direct current output (e.g. mobile phone charger). The polarity of the cigarette lighter adapter is "plus" (+) inside and "minus" outside (-). The power consumption of the appliances may not exceed the nominal power of the power pack (1000 mA).

Exceeding this leads to excess strain of the power pack. In case of an overstrain of the power pack, e.g. due to a short circuit or if the appliance consumes too much power over a longer period of time, the output is irreversibly switched off. This is not a warranty case.

Operation under adverse conditions is not permitted. Adverse conditions are:

•Dampness or excess humidity

•Dust or flammable gasses, vapours or solvents.

Another use than the one described above leads to damages to the product and is also associated with dangers like short circuit, fire, electric shock, etc. The entire product may not be modified respectively converted!

The safety notices have to be observed under all circumstances!

Safety Notices

Read the entire manual prior to commissioning. It contains important notices about proper operation.

Damages caused by non-compliance with this operating manual lead to the expiration of the warranty! We will not assume any liability for subsequent damages!

We will not assume any liability for damages to items or persons caused by improper handling or non-compliance with the safety notices! Any warranty claim will be null and void in such cases.

This appliance has left our factory in perfect safety condition.

In order to maintain this status and ensure safe operation, the user has to observe the safety notices and warnings ("Attention!" and "Notice!") contained in this operating manual. The following symbols need to be observed:

For reasons of safety and licensing (CE) it is not allowed to alter respectively modify the product.

Please contact an expert in case you have any doubts about the mode of operation, the safety or connecting the appliance.

Also observe the safety notices and operating manuals of appliances connected to the power pack as well as in the individual chapters of these operating instructions.

Make sure that your hands, shoes, clothing, the floor and the power pack are absolutely dry.

This appliance does not belong into the hands of children. It is not a toy.

In commercial institutions, make sure you observe the accident prevention regulations of the commercial trade organization for electric installations.

Operation under adverse conditions is not permitted. Adverse conditions are:

•Dampness or excess humidity

•Dust or flammable gasses, vapors or solvents.

The power pack heats up during operation. Ensure sufficient ventilation. The casing may not be covered! The arrow markings ("This side up") have to be observed.

The connection cable from the power pack to the cigarette lighter adapter may not be extended.

If safe operation can no longer be assured, put the appliance out of operation and protect it from being used again accidentally!

long storage under adverse conditions or heavy transport strain.

Also observe the safety notices in the individual chapters respectively the operating manuals of the connected appliances.

Never turn the appliance on when you bring it from a cold into a warm room. The condensation may destroy the appliance under adverse circumstances. Leave the appliance turned off until it has reached room temperature.

Commissioning

Connect the cigarette lighter plug of the appliance with the cigarette lighter adapter of the power pack. Make sure that you only connect the appliance with the power pack when it is switched off.

Now plug the power pack into a common household outlet with 230 V AC.

After the appliance was turned on, a red LED on the power pack signals operation.

Proceed in reverse order to remove the appliance.

Check the technical safety of the appliance at regular intervals, e.g. for damages on the casing. Only an expert may repair the appliance. The guarantee will be null and void in case of unauthorized repairs in or on the appliance.

If the appliance doesn't function despite an intact power supply (mains voltage) respectively can no longer be repaired, it must be disposed of according to the valid statutory regulations.

Troubleshooting

With this power pack, you have purchased a product that reflects the latest state of technology and is safe to operate.

Still there might be problems or malfunctions.

At this point, we want to tell you how to easily remedy possible malfunctions yourself.

Observe the safety notices under all circumstances!

Utilisation conforme

Le bloc d´alimentation enfichable a été conçu afin d´être branché sur une tension de réseau domestique de 230 volts - 50 Hz. Tout appareil muni d´une fiche allume-cigare tel que chargeur de téléphone portable peut être directement branché sur une sortie de tension continue non stabilisée. La polarité de l´adaptateur allu- me-cigare est positive (+) à l´intérieur, négative (-) à l´extérieur. La consommation de courant des consommateurs ne doit pas dépasser le courant nominal du bloc d´alimentation (1000 mA).

Le dépassement de celle-ci conduit à une surcharge du bloc secteur ; dans le cas d´une surcharge, par exemple par un court-circuit ou une consommation trop élevée de courant permanent, la sortie est irrévocablement désactivée. Ceci n´est pas un cas de garantie.

Le fonctionnement en présence de conditions d’environnement défavorables est interdit. Exemples de conditions défavorables :

•présence d'eau ou humidité relative de l'air trop élevée,

•poussière et gaz inflammables, vapeurs ou solvants.

Toute utilisation autre que celle décrite précédemment provoque l'endommagement de ce produit. De plus, elle entraîne l'apparition de risques de courts-circuits, d'incendies, d'électrocution, etc. Toute transformation ou modification de l'ensemble de l'appareil est interdite !

Avant de mettre en service le produit, veuillez lire intégralement le mode d’emploi; il renferme des indications importantes pour le bon fonctionnement du produit.

Tout dommage résultant d’un non-respect des présentes instructions a pour effet d’annuler la garantie ! Nous déclinons toute responsabilité pour les dommages consécutifs ! De même, le constructeur n’assume aucune responsabilité en cas de dommages matériels ou corporels résultant d’une utilisation de l’appareil non conforme aux spécifications ou d’un non-respect des présentes instructions ! De tels cas ont pour effet d’annuler la garantie.

Du point de vue de la sécurité, cet appareil a quitté l’usine en parfait état.

Afin de maintenir le produit dans cet état et d’assurer un fonctionnement sans risques, l'utilisateur est tenu d’observer les consignes de sécurité ainsi que les avertissements (« Attention ! » et « Indication ! ») figurant dans le présent mode d'emploi. Les pictogrammes suivants doivent être respectés :

Pour des raisons de sécurité et d'homologation (CE), toute transformation ou modification de l'appareil, réalisée à titre individuel, sont interdites.

En cas de doute à propos du mode opératoire, de la sécurité ou du branchement de l’appareil, adressez-vous à un spécialiste.

Respectez également les consignes de sécurité et les modes d’emploi des autres appareils raccordés à l'appareil considéré ainsi que les différents chapitres de ce mode d’emploi.

Veillez impérativement à ce que vos mains, vos vêtements, le sol et le bloc d’alimentation soient toujours secs.

L'appareil doit être maintenu hors de la portée des enfants. Il ne s’agit pas d’un jouet.

Dans les installations industrielles, il convient d’observer les consignes de prévention d’accidents relatives aux installations et moyens d’exploitation, édictées par les syndicats professionnels.

Le fonctionnement en présence de conditions d’environnement défavorables est interdit. Exemples de conditions défavorables :

présence d'eau ou humidité relative de l'air trop élevée, poussière et gaz inflammables, vapeurs ou solvants.

L´appareil chauffe durant le fonctionnement ; veillez à assurer une ventilation suffisante ; le boîtier ne doit être recouvert ! Observez la flèche-repère (« This side up » = ce côté dirigé vers le haut).

Le câble de liaison du bloc d´alimentation à l´adaptateur allume-cigare ne doit en aucun cas être prolongé!

Lorsqu’un fonctionnement sans risque de l’appareil n’est plus assuré, il convient de mettre celui-ci hors service et de le protéger contre toute mise sous tension involontaire.

Un fonctionnement sans risque n’est plus assuré lorsque :

•l'appareil est visiblement endommagé,

•l'appareil ne fonctionne plus et

•après un stockage durant une période prolongée dans des conditions défavorables ou

•suite à de sévères contraintes liées au transport.

Respectez également les consignes de sécurité contenues dans les différents chapitres, respectivement dans les modes d’emploi des appareils raccordés.

N´allumez jamais tout de suite l'appareil lorsqu'il vient d'être transporté d'un local froid à un local chaud. L’eau de condensation qui se forme en pareil cas risque, le cas échéant, de détruire l'appareil. Attendez jusqu’à ce que l’appareil ait atteint la température ambiante pour le brancher.

Mise en service

Reliez la fiche allume-cigare du consommateur à l´adaptateur allume-cigare du bloc d´alimentation enfichable.

Veillez à ce que le consommateur soit désactivé pendant le raccordement au réseau d’alimentation. Enfichez à présent le bloc d´alimentation dans une prise de courant domestique d´une tension alternative de réseau de 230 volts.

Le consommateur mis en marche, un témoin lumineux rouge sur le bloc d´alimentation signalise le fonctionnement.

Pour enlever le consommateur, procédez dans l’ordre inverse !

Contrôlez régulièrement la sécurité technique de l’appareil en vous assurant par ex. de l’absence d’endommagements au niveau du boîtier.

Une réparation doit être effectuée uniquement par un technicien spécialisé. La garantie expire en présence de modifications réalisées de manière arbitraire sur ou dans l’appareil.

Si le bloc d´alimentation ne fonctionne pas, bien que l'alimentation (tension du secteur) soit en ordre de marche, ou s'il n'est plus possible de le réparer, il convient de procéder à son rejet conformément aux prescriptions légales en vigueur.

Dépannage

Avec le bloc d´alimentation, vous avez acquis un produit à la pointe du perfectionnement technique et bénéficiant d'une grande sécurité de fonctionnement.

Il est toutefois possible que des problèmes ou des pannes surviennent.

Vous trouverez ci-après plusieurs procédures vous permettant de vous dépanner le cas échéant :
