Ultra Induction Fajita Skillet Heater
DESCRIPTION
The Vollrath Ultra fajita skillet heater offers simple, onetouch operation. It works with the two standard fajita
pans and heats room-temperature pans to sizzle
temperatures.
The fajita skillet heater comes complete with a 6 ft.
(182.8 cm) power cord and plug. The case is made
from 18-gauge 304 stainless steel with a vitro ceramic
top. The ceramic top is easily cleaned with a mild
cleaner.
The fajita skillet heater is equipped with a variety of
safety features including:

❑ Small-article detection
❑ Pan auto-detection function
300°F - 350°F (148°C - 176°C)
❑ Setting 3 heats a pan from room tempera
400°F - 500°F (204°C - 260°C) in 60 seconds
❑ Firewall control protection
❑ Commercial high-flow fan for extra durability
❑ 90% efficiency rating
❑ Sloped control panel for runoff of liquid spills
❑ Rubber feet to prevent slipping of appliance
❑ Unit comes with cord and plug and does not
require hard wiring
❑ Full two-year parts and labor warranty
IMPORTANT
❑ This appliance is intended for use with cast iron
fajita pans.
❑ This appliance is intended for use with
induction-ready cookware.
❑ All models require unrestricted intake and exhaust
air ventilation for proper operation of the controls.
The maximum intake temperature must not exceed
110
F (43C). Temperatures are measured in
ambient air while all appliances in the kitchen are
in operation.
❑ Countertop models require a minimum clearance of
4 inches (10.2 cm) at the rear and 1 inch (2.5 cm) at
the bottom.
