Mirage® Induction Fajita Skillet Heater
DESCRIPTION
The Vollrath Mirage® fajita skillet heaters offers simple,
one-touch operation. They works with the two standard
fajita pans and heat room-temperature pans to sizzle
temperatures.
The fajita skillet heaters come complete with a 6 ft.
(182.8 cm) power cord and plug. The case is made from
18-gauge 304 stainless steel with a vitro ceramic top. The
ceramic top is easily cleaned with a mild cleaner.

The fajita skillet heaters are equipped with a variety of
safety features including:

❑ This appliance is intended for use with cast iron
fajita pans.

induction-ready cookware.
❑ All models require unrestricted intake and exhaust air
ventilation for proper operation of the controls. The
maximum intake temperature must not exceed 110

C). Temperatures are measured in ambient air
while all appliances in the kitchen are in operation.
❑ Countertop models require a minimum clearance of
4 inches (10.2 cm) at the rear and 1 inch (2.5 cm) at
the bottom.
