LIFETIME RETURN-TO-BASE WARRANTY
This product comes with a lifetime return to base warranty. I f y ou have a problem you are
required to provide a DETAILED DESCRIPTION of the fault.
Some Vision product s are very technical a n d require troubleshooting all elements of the
installation as it ma y n ot be the Vision produ ct a t fault. Because of this the manufacturer may
refuse to replace the item if an adequate de scription is not prov ided.
• This warranty app lie s only to the original purchaser and is not tr a nsferable.
• This warranty protects you against the following:
o Failure of any components, including the power supply.
o Damage when the product is first removed from its packaging if re ported within
24 hours of purchase.
• If the product is DOA (dead on arrival), you have 21 days from purchase date to notify the
national distributor via your AV reselle r .
• The original purchaser is responsible for shipment of the product to the Vision’s appointed
service centre.
• The liability of Vision is limited to the c o st of replaceme nt of the faulty unit under warranty
except for death or injury (EU85/374/EEC).
• If the product is end of line (E OL) the Vision will provide a c r e dit instead of replacement.
• This warranty does not protect this produc t a gainst faults cause d by abuse, misuse,
incorrect installation, unstable or faulty power input, or modification.
Vision aims to send a r e placement item within 5 working days however this may not always b e
possible, in which ca se it will be sent as soon as practicably possible. UK End users and r e se llers

2-YEAR ONSITE WARRANTY (UK ONLY)
The manufacturer provides an onsite warranty for the first two years taken from date of sale.
This service can be re quested at the url above an d is provided at the manufacturer’s discr etion.
• This service is only pr ovided for products wh ich are difficult for an end user to get at
and replace.
• The manufacturer w ill n ot provide the onsi te service if
o The reseller or end user has been abusive
o The user has is taking u nfair advantage of th is service
• The manufacturer w ill pre-qualify the vis it to ensure the fault relates to the Vision
product.
The engineer visits ar e timed to ensure you are onsite and the room is accessible. A re visit
WILL NOT be provided if access to the room is n o t provided at the arranged time. Enginee rs will
wait 15 minutes only.
