TROUBLE SHOOTING

If you experience a problem, you should narrow down if the problem is with a faulty
cable, or a faulty snap-in module. For example, if you cannot get the VGA output of
your computer to work:

1. Test a short 2m VGA cable between the projector and computer to make sure
it is working

2. Cut one end off the same cable, strip back wires, and attach to the
techconnect module.

If the image is now displayed, the problem is with your long cable and you should
replace it. If the problem persists, you have either wired the wrong cables to the
wrong terminals, or the module is faulty.

WARRANTY

This product comes with a 2-year return to base warranty, effective from the date of
purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
For the avoidance of doubt, this will be taken from the information held by the
appointed national distributor at the point of sale. The liability of the manufacturer
and its appointed service company is limited to the cost of repair and or replacement
of the faulty unit under warranty, except for death or injury (EU85/374/EEC). This
warranty protects you against the following:

• Failure of any snap-in components

• Failure of cables if reported within 24 hours of purchase.

• Corrosion if reported within 24 hours of purchase.

If you find you do have a problem with this product, you should contact the AV reseller
you purchased this product from. The original purchaser is responsible for shipment of
the product to the manufacturer’s appointed service centre for repair.
We will endeavour to return repaired units within 5 working days, however this
may not always be possible in which case it will be returned as soon as practically
possible. In line with our WEEE commitments, the manufacturer endeavours to replace
the faulty parts of the product rather than replacing the whole unit. This warranty does
not protect this product against faults caused by abuse, misuse, incorrect installation,
unstable or faulty power input, which might be caused by ignoring the guidelines set
out in this manual.
If failure is not covered by this warranty, the owner will be given the option to pay for
labour and parts to repair the unit at the service company’s standard rate.

PROBLEMES EVENTUELS

Si vous avez des problèmes, repérez d’abord si cela provident d’un cable défectueux
ou d’un module encliquetable. Par exemple, si la sortie VGA de votre ordinateur de
marche pas:

1. Faîtes le test avec un cable VGA court, de 2 m, entre le projecteur et l’ordinateur,
afin de vous assurer de son bon fonctionnement.

2. Découpez une extrémité du dit cable, découvrez les fils et attachez au module
techconnect.

Si l’image est maintenant visible, le problème reside dans votre cable long et vous
devez le remplacer. Si le problème persiste, vous avez branché les mauvais cables
dans les mauvaises bornes, ou le module est défectueux.

GARANTIE

Ce produit a une garantie de 2 ans qui prend effet le jour de l’achat. Cette garantie
concerne uniquement l’acheteur initial et n’est pas transférable. Afin d’éviter tout
doute, l’information référante sera celle du revendeur du lieu d’achat.Si le produit
est défectueux à l’arrivée, vous avez 21 jours à partir de la date d’achat pour en
avertir le grossiste via votre service audio visuel. La responsabilité du fabricant et
du revendeur est limitée au coût de reparation et du remplacement de l’unité sous
garantie, excepté la mort ou des dommages (EU85/374/EEC). La garantie vous
protège contre :

• Défaut de modules encliquetables

• Cables défectueux si vous nous en notiez dans les 24h qui suivent l’achat.

• Corrosion. si vous nous en notiez dans les 24h qui suivent l’achat.

Si vous avez un problème avec ce produit, vous devez contacter le revendeur.
L’acheteur d’origine est responsable de la livraison du produit au centre de service de
réparation.
Nous ferons de notre possible pour vous retourner les unités réparées sous 5 jours
ouvrables. Cependant, ceci n’est pas toujours possible auquel cas nous nous
engageons à vous la faire parvenir le plus rapidement possible. Conformément à nos
engagements WEEE, le fabricant s’engage à, dans la mesure du possible, remplacer
la pièce défectueuse plutôt que l’unité dans son intégralité. Cette garantie ne protège
pas l’unité contre des défauts causés par abus, mauvaise utilisation, installation
incorrecte ou alimentation défectueuse, issus d’un mauvais suivi des conseils dans ce
guide.
Si la faute n’est pas couverte ci-dessus, l’acheteur aura le choix de payer pour la

RESOLUCION DE PROBLEMAS

Si experencía un problema, debera identificar si el problema es con un cable
defectuoso o un módulo de fijación defectuoso. Por ejemplo, si no funciona la
potencia VGA de su computadora:

1. Prueba un cable de 2m entre el proyector y la computadora para verificar que
funciona

2. Corte un lado del mismo cable, desmonte los alambres, y conecte al módulo
techconnect.
Si sale un imágen, el problema es con su cable largo y debera reemplazarlo.
Si el problema persiste, el módulo esta defectuoso, o ha conectado los cables
incorrectamente a los terminos.

GARANTIA

Este producto viene con una garantía de 2 años regreso a base, efectivo desde la
fecha de compra. La garantía se aplica solamente al comprador original y no es
transferible. Para evitar cualquier duda, esto se tomará de la información guardada
por el distribuidor nacional al punto de venta. La responsabilidad del fabricante y su
compañía apuntada es limitada al costo de reparación o el reemplazo del producto
defectuoso bajo garantía, a excepción de muerte o de lesion (EU85/374/EEC). Esta
garantía lo proteje contra lo siguiente:
1 Falla de cualquier componente de fijación
2 Falla de cables, si es reportado dentro de 24 horas despues de compra
3 Corrosion si reportado dentro de 24 horas despues de compra

PROBLEMENOPLOSSER

In geval van problemen dient u vast te stellen of het probleem is ontstaan door een
defecte kabel of door een defecte snapdekselmodule. Bijvoorbeeld, indien u de VGA­output van uw computer niet aan de gang krijgt:

1. Test een korte 2m VGA-kabel tussen de projector en de computer om zeker te zijn
dat het werkt.

2. Snijd een kant van dezelfde kabel af, strip de draden en bevestig deze aan de
Techconnectmodule.

Als u nu beeld krijgt, ligt het probleem bij de lange kabel en dient u deze te
vervangen. Indien het probleem blijft bestaan, heeft u ofwel de verkeerde kabels aan
de verkeerde eindpunten bevestigd of is de module defect.

GARANTIE

Dit product heeft een teruggeefgarantie van 2 jaar beginnend op de dag van
aankoop. Deze garantie is alleen geldig voor de koper en kan niet worden
overgedragen. Om enige twijfel te voorkomen, zal deze informatie niet voorkomen
op de informatie van de aangewezen nationale distributeur op het verkooppunt. De
aansprakelijkheid van de fabrikant en diens aangewezen servicebedrijf is beperkt tot
de reparatiekosten en/of vervanging van het gebreken vertonende deel waarvoor
deze garantie geldt, behalve in geval van overlijden of letsel (EU85/374/EEC).
Deze garantie beschermt u tegen:

• Fout in een snapdekselonderdeel.

• Wanneer dit binnen 24 uur na aankoop wordt vastgesteld.

• Corrosie wanneer dit binnen 24 uur na aankoop wordt vastgesteld.

Indien u toch een probleem met dit product ondervindt, dient u contact op te nemen
met de audiovisuele verkoper bij wie u dit product kocht. De koper is verantwoordelijk
voor het transport van het product naar het reparerende servicecentre aangewezen
door de fabrikant.
We proberen de gerepareerde onderdelen binnen 5 werkdagen terug te sturen. Dit is
echter niet altijd mogelijk. In zo’n geval sturen wij het gerepareerde onderdeel zo snel
als de praktijk dat toelaat terug. Overeenkomstig onze WEEE-verplichtingen probeert
de fabrikant foutieve onderdelen van het product in plaats van het hele product
te vervangen. Deze garantie is ongeldig bij gebreken veroorzaakt door misbruik,
verkeerd gebruik of incorrecte installatie die veroorzaakt kunnen zijn door het niet
nakomen van de richtlijnen in deze handleiding.
Indien het gebrek niet door deze garantie wordt gedekt, heeft de eigenaar de
keuze om voor de werkuren en gerepareerde onderdelen te betalen tegen het
standaardtarief van het servicebedrijf.

FEHLERBEHEBUNG

Falls Sie auf ein Problem stoßen, sollten Sie eingrenzen, ob es sich um ein fehlerhaftes
Kabel oder Einsteck-Modul handelt. Falls z.B. die VGA-Ausgabe Ihres Computers nicht
funktioniert:

1. Testen Sie dieses mit einem kurzen 2m-VGA-Kabel zwischen dem Projektor und dem
Computer, um festzustellen, ob es funktioniert.

2. Schneiden Sie ein Ende dieses Kabels ab, legen Sie die Drähte frei und verbinden
Sie diese mit dem Techconnect-Modul.

Falls das Bild nun angezeigt wird, liegt das Problem bei Ihrem langen Kabel und
Sie sollten es ersetzen. Falls das Problem weiterhin besteht, haben Sie entweder die
falschen Drähte mit den falschen Anschlüssen verbunden oder das Modul ist fehlerhaft.

GARANTIE

Dieses Produkt wird mit einer 2-jährigen Werksgarantie geliefert, die ab dem
Kaufdatum gültig ist. Diese Garantie gilt nur für den ursprünglichen Käufer und ist
nicht übertragbar. Um Zweifel zu beseitigen, ist dies den Informationen seitens des
autorisierten nationalen Händlers am Verkaufsort zu entnehmen. Die Haftung des
Herstellers und seiner autorisierten Dienstleistungsgesellschaft ist auf die Kosten für
die Reparatur und den Austausch des fehlerhaften Geräts, für das Garantie besteht,

RICERCA GUASTI

In caso di problemi è necessario verificare se il problema riguarda un cavo o un
modulo snap-in difettoso. Per esempio, se non è possibile far funzionare l’uscita VGA
del computer:

1. Testare un cavo corto VGA da 2m tra il proiettore e il computer per assicurarsi che
funziona

2. Disinserire un’estremità dello stesso cavo, speli i cavetti posteriori e fissi al modulo
techconnect.

Se l’immagine viene ora visualizzata, il problema riguarda il cavo lungo e occorre
sostituirlo. Se il problema persiste sono stati collegati i cavetti sbagliati ai terminali
sbagliati o il modulo è difettoso.

GARANZIA

Questo prodotto è dotato di una garanzia return to base di 2 anni, valida dalla
data dell’acquisto. Questa garanzia è valida solo per il primo acquirente e non è

di AV presso cui è stato effettuato l’acquisto. Il primo acquirente è responsabile della
spedizione del prodotto al centro assistenza del produttore per la riparazione.
Sarà compiuto ogni sforzo per restituire le unità riparate entro 5 giorni lavorativi,
se ciò non fosse possibile la restituzione avverrà al più presto. In conformità con
gli obblighi imposti dalla direttiva WEEE, il produttore compirà il massimo sforzo
per sostituire le parti difettose del prodotto invece di sostituire l’intera unità. Questa
garanzia non protegge il prodotto contro i guasti provocati da abuso, uso improprio,
installazione non corretta o alimentazione di corrente instabile o difettosa, che
possano essere causati dalla mancata conoscenza delle linee guida riportate in
questo manuale.
Qualora il guasto non sia coperto da questa garanzia, il proprietario avrà la
possibilità di pagare la manodopera e i pezzi per riparare l’unità alla tariffa standard
richiesta dalla società di assistenza.

W przypadku natraenia na problem należy zawęzić jego możliwą przyczynę do
konkretnego wadliwego przewodu lub modułu. Jeżeli, na przykład, nie udaje się
wyświetlić sygnału VGA z komputera:

1. Za pomocą krótkiego, 2-metrowego przewodu VGA, połącz projektor z komputerem,
i sprawdź, czy takie bezpośrednie połączenie działa.

2. Odetnij jeden z końców tego samego przewodu, odsłoń końcówki jego żył i podłącz

je do modułu techconnect.
Jeżeli uda się tym razem wyświetlić obraz, problem tkwi w użytym wcześniej długim

GWARANCJA

Niniejszy produkt jest objęty 2-letnią gwarancją typu Return to Base (naprawa w punkcie
serwisowym), o okresie biegnącym od daty zakupu. Gwarancja ta przysługuje tylko
pierwszemu nabywcy i jest nieprzenośna. W celu uniknięcia nieporozumień, tożsamość
pierwszego nabywcy jest określana na podstawie ewidencji prowadzonej przez wyzna­czonego dystrybutora w kraju zakupu produktu. Odpowiedzialność producenta i wyzna­czonego przez niego dostawcy usług serwisowych z tytułu niniejszej gwarancji jest
ograniczona do wysokości kosztu naprawy lub wymiany wadliwego produktu, za wyjątkiem
przypadków poniesionej przez konsumenta śmierci lub obrażeń (dyrektywa 85/374/EWG).
Niniejsza gwarancja chroni nabywcę w zakresie:

sprzedawcą sprzętu audio-wideo, u którego został on nabyty. Pierwszy nabywca jest
odpowiedzialny za przesłanie produktu do autoryzowanego przez producenta

serwisowego w celu dokonania naprawy. Producent dołoży starań, aby naprawiony
produkt został zwrócony w ciągu 5 dni roboczych, może to jednak w niektórych
przypadkach nie być wykonalne i jego zwrot nastąpi wówczas później, w najwcześniejszym
możliwym terminie. Dążąc do realizacji wytycznych dyrektywy WEEE, producent
preferuje naprawę przez wymianę wadliwych części produktu od wymiany całego
urządzenia na nowe. Niniejsza gwarancja nie chroni konsumenta przed wadami
