INSTALLATION NOTES
SYSTEM RULES These two rules will help you understand what is possible with this product:
Rule 1: This product use s 10 channels. Each transmitter needs to use a different chan nel ,
therefore you can have up to 10 transmitters in th e sam e WiF i environment.
Rule 2: Only 2 receivers at most can be linked to a transmitter.
DISPLAY SLEEP
The Rx will stop outputting HDMI if no source i s present for 10 minutes. This allows the disp la y to go to sleep when the s ource is off.
SWITCH TIME Can be up to 7 seconds because an EDID has to hap p e n ea ch time .
FREQUENCY SPECTRUM
This product uses 5GHz WIFI channels so it can be affected by ou tside interference in the same way as any wifi device. This prod uct uses non-DFS channels.
IR PASSBACK If using a source de vic e w hich has a remote control, this product allows the remote to be pointed at the display in the remote location. The IR signal is relay ed from the Rx to the Tx to the source device.
To make this happen the IR blaster and receiver cables mush be used.
The diode on the blaste r must be as close as possible to the source IR receiver.
The diode on the receiver must be in line-of-sight of the r e mote control.

MATRIX
1. Connect sources to Tx, and displays to Rx
2. Set each Tx to different channels. You cannot have two Tx sharing same channel.
3. Adjust channel on each Rx to switch which source is shown.
The maximum number of devices in a matrix system is 2 x 2.
Because you can use 10 x Tx simultaneously you co uld have 5 discrete matrix systems, or a blend of Matrix, Distribution, and Switching systems running a t the same time.
DISTRIBUTION
Shows content from one source on two displays.
1. Connect source to Tx , a n d displays to Rxs
2. Set them all to the same channel.
Because you can use 1 0 x Tx simultaneously you could have 10 discrete Distribution systems, or a blend of Matrix, Distribution, and Switching systems runnin g at the same time.

SWITCHING
Up to 10 sources, and one receiver.
1. Connect sources to Tx s, a nd display to Rx
2. Set each Tx to different channels.
3. Change channel on Rx to determine which source it displays.
It is possible to have m ultiple switching systems in the same environment; the limitation is the number of Tx in total: 10.
Because you can use 1 0 x Tx simultaneously you could have a blend of Matrix, Distribution, and Switching systems running at the same time.
PRESENT BUTTON
If you have just one display, you can use PRESENT button on the front panel of Txs (or remote control).
This button sends a command to Rx saying “switch to my channel”. To activate set dip switch on rear o f a ll devices to “1RX”.
`
If system has more than one receiver this function cannot be used.
