“Air Dam” which Surrounds the Pans, and Promotes Temperature
Maintenance

Plenum Chamber Directly to the Food Pans Enveloping Each Pan
in Refrigerated Air
• Positive Pressure and Unique “Air Jacket” Technology Allow Cold
