Product Description
Typical Applications
Vibra-Tite 420 will seal and lock pipe thread fittings and components. Typical Application includes plumping pipes and fittings, sprinkler heads and connectors, and pipe plugs.
Properties of Uncured Material
Chemical Type: Anaerobic Appearance: White Toxicity: Low Solids: 100% Viscosity @ 25ºC, cP Brookfield RVF, Spindle 7 @ 2 rpm: 175,000 to 525,000 Specific Gravity: 1.10
Typical Curing Performance
Cure Speed
The cure speed is dependent on temperature and substrates. Typical full cure in 72 hours.
Compatible Primers
Primers such as Vibra-Tite Excel 611 (Primer N) or Vibra-Tite Excel 612 (Primer T) can be used. The use of primers can cause loss of strength and performance should be tested.

General Information
Storage
Product should be stored in a cool and dry location at temperatures between 14°F (-10°C) to 86°F (30°C). Shelf life is 2 years from date of manufacture when stored at 72±8°F (22±4°C).
Note
Apply to clean fittings filling the 2nd and 3rd threads. Prevent uncured sealant from entering the system by not filling the first thread.

IRRITANT: Contains Methacrylate Esters which may irritate eyes, respiratory organs and skin. In case of contact with the skin, wash immediately with plenty of water.
