Dear customer! We highly appreciate you choosing VES Electric home appliances. From our side we guarantee excellent quality, perfect functioning and safety of your appliance upon keeping to all the rules of home exploitation. Before using the appliance, please, read care­fully attached instruction.
IMPORTANT
• ATTENTION! Do not operate with the appliance more than 20 seconds without interruption. After 20 seconds of continually work turn off the appliance for at least 1 minute. Let hot ingre­dients cool down before chopping them or pouring them into the blender cup.
• never touch sharp blades. They are ver y sharp and you can easily cut your fingers on them.
• do not exceed the maximum quantities and processing times.
• never touch moving parts of the appliance by your hands or by any other objects during the operating of the appliance.
• always unplug the appliance when you change/install nozzles, when you remove lids or put/remove caps.
• before you unplug the appliance always switch it off. Never use the parts to switch the appliance on and off.
• if the blades get stuck, unplug the appliance before removing the ingredients that are blocking the blades.
• never put/pour products/liquids with temperature more than 50°Ñ into the blending/chopping cup.
• never turn on the appliance when there are no products inside the grinding/blending/chopping cup.
• the grinder is intended for grinding coffee bean, never process very solid products such as nuts, bones, etc.
• if you chop meat, use only boneless meat.
• never add products/liquids in and/or out of the grinding/blending/chop­ping cup while blades in there keep moving. Wait till blades stop.
• never immerse the appliance or power cord into water.
• never use the appliance with wet hands.
• never use or save the appliance in the wet places (bathroom,
etc.).
• never use the appliance on a damp surface/floor.
• never use the appliance with an extension cord.
• before the first operating make sure that the voltage in your wall outlet is the same as on the appliance’s rating label marked.
• always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
• do not use any abrasive, chemical or alcohol-contained cleaners for cleaning the appliance.
• never use the damaged appliance or appliance with damaged cord/ plug.
• never use the appliance with the damaged wall outlet.
• never use the appliance near or on the hot surfaces.
• never let the cord hang over the edge of table or touch any hot surfaces.
• use only attachments recommended by the manufacturer.
• always unplug the appliance when it is not in use.
• never let the children operate the appliance.
• this appliance is not intended for use by persons (including chil­dren) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision concerning use of appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• give a high attention, when the appliance is being used near the children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• use only the appliance for it’s direct purpose.
• never expose the appliance to fall down or to be kicked.
• the replacement of the damaged supply cord or appliance repair must take place in authorized service center. Do not repair the appli­ance by yourself.
• while using the appliance, please, observe the safety precautions.
• incorrect operation and improper handing can lead to malfunction of the appliance and injuries to the user.
• if the appliance has been used with infringement of guide's instruc­tions, the appliance's guarantee would be canceled and consumer should repair the appliance at his/her expense.
• assemble the appliance properly before putting the plug in the wall socket.
• in order to avoid a hazardous situation, this appliance must never

be connected to a timer switch.

Safety features
Built-in safety lock
This feature ensures that you can only switch the appliance on when all the accessory parts have been placed on the base unit in the correct position. When the parts have been assembled cor­rectly, the built - in safety lock will be unlocked.

BEFORE FIRST USAGE
Remove the appliance and accessories from the package. Do not leave the packing (plastic bags, polystyrene etc.) within the reach of children since they could be dangerous. Keep the package for further storage of the appliance.
Wipe the appliance and accessories with a wet soft cloth.

Before start operating the appliance it is obligatory to clean all the nozzles and bowls according to "CLEANING AND STORAGE" section.
Unplug the appliance before assembling.
Using the appliance
Grinder.

The grinder is intended for grinding
coffee beans. Do not overload the
grinding cup. Do not use the ap­pliance to grind oily beans (e.g. peanuts) or products that are too hard (e.g. rice). Avoid touching the sharp blades. If the ingredients stick to the blade unit or the wall, remove the grinder cup from the motor unit and shake until the ingredients get loose (help with a nonmetallic shovel). Never use the grinder for more than
30 seconds without interruption. Never put products with a temperature more than 50°Ñ into the grinding cup.
Ingredients and quantities (a maximum - 1/2 the cup).
Coffee beans - 70 g.
1. Place the appliance on level and solid surface (table, etc.).
2. Open the lid anti - clockwise.

3. Load the coffee beans in the coffee bean grinding cup, fill up the container for a maximum of 1/2.
4. Close the lid and turn it until the mark on the cover fits the mark on the housing.
5. Plug the cord to the power supply. The coffee grinder has pulse operating mode. To grind coffee, keep pressing the pulse button.
6. Once the desired consistency of grinding has been reached, open the cover and pour the grounds out.
Chopper
The chopper is intended for chopping delicate and soft food such as onion, eggs, garlic, herbs, vegetables/fruits for baby food, cheese, meat without bones and sinews, apples, carrots and so on. Do not chop extremely hard food such as coffee beans or nutmeg.

Avoid touching the sharp blades. If

Never use the chopper for more than 30 seconds without interrup­tion. Never put products with a temperature more than 50°Ñ into the chopping cup.
1. Place the appliance on level and
solid surface (table, etc.).
2. Put the ingredients in the chopper cup.
3. Close the lid and turn it until the mark on the cover fits the mark on the housing.
4. Put the plug in the wall socket and switch on the appliance by pressing the button.
5. Hold the motor unit firmly with both hands when operating
the appliance.

Blender
The blender is intended for:
- blending fluids, e.g. dairy products, sauces, fruit juices, mixed drinks, shakes,
- mixing soft ingredients, e.g. pan­cake batter,
- pureeing cooked ingredients, e.g. cooked beans, preparing baby food.
Avoid touching the sharp blades. If the blades get stuck, unplug the appliance and remove the ingreddients that are blocking
the blades with a spatula. Never use the blender for more than 30 seconds without interruption. If you have not finished blending after 30 seconds, switch the appliance off and wait 1 minute before you continue using it. If the appliance becomes hot, let it cool down before you continue using it.
Never reach into the cup with your fingers or an object (e.g. a spatula) while the blender is running. Never put/pour products/liquids with temperature more than 50°Ñ into the blending cup.
Cut solid ingredients into smaller pieces (1 - 2 cm) before putting them in the blender cup. Do not process a large quantity of solid ingredients at the same time. Add a few liquids for the best work. Liquid ingredients (e.g. oil) can be poured into the blender cup through the opening in the lid while the appliance is running.
1. Place the appliance on level and solid surface (table, etc.).
2. Attach the blender blade unit to the blender cup properly. Make sure the rubber ring has been placed properly on the blender blade unit.
3. Put the ingredients into the cup. Do not fill the cup beyond the
