INSTALLING THE XCELERATOR IP GATEWAY
2
If the Xcelerator IP gateway is to be wall mounted, print a copy of the wall mount template from the documentation CD for use in lining up the screw mounts with the mounting holes in the gateway. To mount the Xcelerator IP on a table or other flat surface, insert the Xcelerator IP gateway unit into the provided stand.
Next, mount the antenna to the threaded connection on the upper side of the Xcelerator IP gateway chassis. Once mounted, the antenna must be fully extended for proper operation as depicted in the diagram.

A blue LED above “Power” on the front of the Xcelerator IP will indicate the gateway is powered and ready to continue with the installation of the unit.

On new installations, or if the system is defaulted, the Xcelerator IP will start with a configuration Wizard to assist with the installation. Refer to the Administrator Guide for details on the programming of the Xcelerator IP.
