INTRODUCTION

Thank you for choosi ng a Vello Lens Ad apter. The Vello C mo unt adapte r allows you to m ount

photo lenses to your c amera. Vello Lens Ada pters fit securely to the lens, but not so tightly t hat

they are d icult to re move. Plea se follow the se instru ctions to mo unt and remov e your Vello

Lens Adapter.

Alth ough the len s will t physicall y, automat ic diaphra gm (AE meter ing) and ot her funct ions dependent

on commu nicatio n between t he camera body and lens w ill be disrupted by a lens adapter. You wi ll

need to set exposures manuall y or meter in aperture priority (stop-down) mode. Focusing to i nnity i s

retained.

TO MOUNT THE LENS ADAPTER

1. Rot ate the len s adapter cl ockwise o nto

the cam era until i t is secure.

2.Line up the al ignment do ts on the len s and

the len s adapter.

3. Rotat e the lens unt il it locks i nto place.

4. If desired , you can re- align the lens to a

speci fic positio n. To re-align t he lens, use a
2 mm flat- head screwd river to loo sen the
three screws on the le ns mount. Rotate
the len s to the desir ed position, and
tighten the three screws.

TO REMOVE THE LENS ADAPTER

1. P ull and hold th e release pi n on the lens

adapter.

2. Rotate t he lens to re lease.

3. Rota te the lens adapter to remove.

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Vello provides a limited warranty to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in
materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of one (1) year from the original
purchase date or thirty (30) days after replacement, whichever occurs later. Vello’s responsibility with
respect to this limited warranty shall be limited solely to repair or replacement, at Vello’s discretion,
of any product that fails during normal consumer use. Inoperability of the product or part(s) shall be
determined by Vello. If the product has been discontinued, we reserve the right to replace it with a
model of equivalent quality and function.

To obtain warranty coverage, contact Vello to obtain a return merchandise authorization (“RMA”)
number, and return the defective product to Vello, along with the RMA number and proof of
purchase. Shipment of the defective product is at the purchaser’s own risk.

This warranty does not cover damage or defect caused by misuse, neglect, accident, alteration,
abuse, improper installation or maintenance. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, VELLO MAKES
NEITHER ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES NOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT
NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may also have
additional rights that vary from state to state.
