1. Introduction

Do not dispose of the unit (or batteries) as unsorted municipal waste; it should be taken to a specialized

This device should be returned to your distributor or to a local recycling service.

Thank you for buying the ZL1000G! Please read the manual thoroughly before bringing this device into service. If the
device was damaged in transit, don't install or use it and contact your dealer.

2. Features

• luminous intensity of 1000000 candela, the beam has a max. reach of 1.5 miles

• H3-6V 55W halogen bulb (LAMP1000N). Spares can be ordered separately.

• rechargeable sealed 6V 4Ah lead acid battery is built in.

• equipped with a rotating handle and a stand

3. Charging

a) with an AC/DC adapter (included)

Insert the DC plug in the jack on the handle and plug the other end in an AC outlet. Put the lock switch in the OFF
position. The LED indicator will light to indicate that the spotlight is charging (± 15 hours).

b) with a car plug (included)

Insert the DC plug in the jack on the handle and connect the other end with the cigarette lighter socket of your car.
Put the lock switch in the OFF position. The LED indicator will light to indicate that the spotlight is charging (± 3

hours).

4. Important remarks

- Do not turn the spotlight on while it is charging.

- Do not place the spotlight face-down on a hot surface.

- Do not leave the switch locked in the "ON"-position when unattended.

- Keep the spotlight away from children.

- Never touch the lens or the bulb.

- The battery can be charged using either an AC or a DC power source, but the spotlight is not designed to operate

directly from them. The spotlight may be damaged if used while connected to either a DC or AC power source.

- Do not charge the battery for more than 24hrs at a stretch (with adapter).

- Do not completely discharge the battery prior to recharging it, as this may shorten the life of your battery.

- Make sure the battery is fully charged before storing the spotlight for long periods. This will help to preserve

optimum battery life.

- Do not disassemble the battery and do not remove any parts that are connected to the battery terminals.

- DO NOT EXPOSE THE BATTERY TO EXTREME TEMPERATURES TO AVOID ALL RISKS OF EXPLOSION.
