M25SM – 25W MEGAPHONE

Thank you for buying the M25SM! It features an adjustable shoulder strap and detachable microphone for optimal ease
of use. Please read the manual thoroughly before bringing this device into service. If the device was damaged in transit,
don't use it and contact your dealer.

2. General Guidelines

• Damage caused by disregard of certain guidelines in this manual is not covered by the warranty and the dealer will

not accept responsibility for any ensuing defects or problems.

• Note that damage caused by user modifications to the device is not covered by the warranty.

• Keep the device away from children and unauthorised users.

• Do not shake the device. Avoid brute force when operating the device.

• Do not allow operation by unqualified people. Any damage will probably be due to incorrect use of the device.

• Only use the device for its intended purpose. Using the device in an unauthorised way will void the warranty.

3. Use

1. Open the battery compartment (#1), insert 8 D-type

batteries (mind the polarity) and close the battery
compartment.

2. Set the selection switch (#2) to 'siren' for siren sound or to

'talk' to talk through the microphone (#6).

3. Press the talk button on the megaphone (#3) or the

microphone (#5) to activate the megaphone.

4. Push the microphone talk button (#5) upwards to lock it for

continuous operation. Push and pull it down to release it.

5. Adjust the volume (#7). Do not bring the microphone too close to the speaker horn to avoid feedback howling.

4. Cleaning and Maintenance

1. All screws should be tightened and free of corrosion.

2. The housing and visible parts should not be deformed or tampered with.

3. Wipe the device regularly with a moist, lint-free cloth. Do not use alcohol or solvents.

4. There are no user-serviceable parts.

2. Algemene Richtlijnen

• De garantie geldt niet voor schade door het negeren van bepaalde richtlijnen in deze handleiding en uw dealer zal

de verantwoordelijkheid afwijzen voor defecten of problemen die hier rechtstreeks verband mee houden.

• Schade door wijzigingen die de gebruiker heeft aangebracht aan het toestel vallen niet onder de garantie.

• Hou dit toestel uit de buurt van kinderen en onbevoegden.

• Schud het toestel niet dooreen. Vermijd brute kracht tijdens de installatie en de bediening van dit toestel.

• Ongeschoolde personen mogen dit toestel niet gebruiken. Schade is meestal het gevolg van foutief gebruik.

• Gebruik het toestel enkel waarvoor het gemaakt is. Bij onoordeelkundig gebruik vervalt de garantie.

3. Gebruik

1. Open het batterijvak (#1), plaats 8 batterijen van het type

D (let op de polariteit) en sluit het batterijvak.

2. Zet de keuzeschakelaar (#2) op 'siren' voor een sirene-

geluid of op 'talk' om door de microfoon (#6) te spreken.

3. Druk op de praatknop op de megafoon (#3) of de

microfoon (#5) om de megafoon te activeren.

4. Druk knop #5 naar boven om doorlopend te kunnen

praten. Trek hem naar beneden om hem te ontgrendelen.

5. Regel het volume(#7). Breng de microfoon niet te dicht bij

de luidsprekerhoorn om feedbackgehuil te vermijden.
