5. Overview
Refer to the illustrations on page 2 of this manual.
6. Installation
Refer to the illustrations on page 2 of this manual.
1. Choose a location for the camera, keeping the following guidelines in mind:
o Do not install the camera in locations where extremely high or low temperatures or excessive
vibrations may occur.
o Avoid mounting the camera near strong electromagnetic fields.
o Do not aim the camera at the sun or other extremely bright objects.
o Do not install behind a glass (or other) window as this will impact image quality.
2. Mount the mounting bracket [7] on a wall or ceiling with the 3 included screws.
3. Screw the camera on the bracket with the camera connection screw [5]. Note that the camera has
two mounting holes on either side, for wall or ceiling mounting.
4. Point the camera towards the field of interest and secure it by turning the butterfly nut [6].
5. The other side of the RG58U cable must be connected to connector [F] of the coaxial power supply.
6. Connect a monitor (not incl.) to connector [G] (cable not incl.).
7. Plug the mains connector [C] in the mains (230 V / 50 Hz).
8. Switch on the coaxial power supply with switch [A]. The status LED [B] turns green.
