Fig. 16 The black fibre filter bag is located on the underside of the top section of your VO-3000 and protects
the motor from dust and debris during dry vacuuming. Fig. 17 This filter can be removed and lightly swilled under cold water to remove any debris. Ensure it is completely
dry before replacing. Attention: The black fibre filter bag must always be used when dry vacuuming.

Storage
Fig. 18 Tube sections and tools can be stored inside the vacuum cleaner. Fig. 19 When not in use, the flexible tube can be stored as shown.
Important notes/ troubleshooting
1) If the suction is significantly reduced, the filter may require cleaning.
2) During wet vacuuming, if the float rises and blocks suction, you will notice the change in the sound that the
machine makes. This is a safety feature and is intended to prevent continued use when the recovery tank is full of liquid. Switch off the appliance, empty the liquid, re-assemble and then restart.
Important safety information
Always remove the re-useable black fibre filter bag before wet vacuuming.
Do not dry vacuum without the re-useable black fibre filter bag in place.
Ensure that all accessories, filter and extension tubes are thoroughly dry before dry vacuuming.
The plug must be removed from the mains socket outlet before cleaning or maintaining the appliance.
If the mains cable and /or plug is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualified persons, in order to avoid hazard.
