a stued toy. Please ensure there is no loose string if hanging the product
around the neck of the stued toy; loose string may get tangled around
your child's neck. Please be careful not to wind the string around your
child's body.
May cause injuries. Please take care not to injure yourself with the

needle when sewing this product on to a stued toy.
May cause heat generation, fire, and leakage. Please take care not to

stick the needle inside the body of the product when sewing it on to a

If there is a problem with the product within six months of purchase while using the product
under normal conditions as described in the User Manual, we will repair or replace it
free of charge if requested by the original purchaser. In case you wish to request repair
during the warranty period, please contact us in advance and include proof of purchase
showing the original purchase date and send prepaid to the customer support address
listed which will be provided upon contacting us via email. The product may not be accepted
for repair if advance notice is not given. This warranty is only valid within the United States.

A fee will be charged for repairs during the warranty period that are a result of the following:
1. If the customer is not able to present proof of purchase showing the original purchase date.
2. Failure or damage caused by inappropriate handling such as dropping or impacting them
while transporting or moving them after purchase. 3. Failure or damage caused by a natural
event such as a fire, earthquake, floor or lightning, or abnormal voltage. 4. Failure or damage
caused to the product as a result of connecting to other equipment. 5. Repairs, adjustments
or modifications not performed by our company or service organizations not specified by
our company. 6. Failure or damage caused by not following the instructions for use or
precautions in the User Manual.

Batteries are consumable parts that degrade over time with normal use. The deterioration
of batteries is a characteristic and not a problem. The internal battery cannot be replaced
