USB/IPOD® INTERFACE (if so equipped)
When a compatible USB memory device or iPod® is plugged into the USB jack compatible audio files stored on the device can be played through the vehicle’s audio system.

NAVIGATION SYSTEM (if so equipped)
Your Navigation system can calculate a route from the current location to a preferred destination. The real-time map display and turn-by-turn voice guidance will lead you along the route.
Your vehicle’s position is constantly tracked. If you have deviated from the original route, it will recalculate the route from your current location.

LOOSE FUEL CAP (if so equipped)
The LOOSE FUEL CAP indicator displays in the odometer correctly after the vehicle has been refueled.
To install the cap properly, push and turn the cap clockwise until ratcheting clicks are heard. Then press the loose fuel cap reset button the indicator light off.

TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM (TPMS)
The TPMS monitors tire pressure. If the TPMS is not functioning properly, the low tire pressure warning light will flash for approximately 1 minute and the light will remain on after 1 minute. Have the system checked by a NISSAN dealer.
If the low tire pressure warning light illuminates but does not blink, check the tire pressure in all four tires. Adjust the tire pressure to the recommended COLD tire pressure shown on the Tire and Loading Information label located in the driver’s door opening.
After tire pressures are adjusted, the vehicle will need to be driven at speeds above 16MPH (25km/h) to activate the TPMS and turn off the low tire pressure warning light.
The low tire pressure warning light may come on in very low temperatures. When the tires heat up, the light will go out.

ABS SELF-TEST (if so equipped)
This vehicle has a built-in diagnostic feature that tests the system each time you start the engine and move the vehicle at a low speed in forward or reverse.
When the self-test occurs, you may hear a “clunk” noise and/or feel a pulsation in the brake pedal. This is normal and does not indicate a malfunction.

NISSAN INTELLIGENT KEY™ SYSTEM (if so equipped)
The NISSAN Intelligent Key™ system allows you to lock or unlock your vehicle, open your trunk or rear hatch and start the engine.
To lock or unlock a door, push any door handle request switch

STARTING THE ENGINE
AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION (if so equipped) (NISSAN Intelligent Key™ models only)
Depress the brake pedal.
Push the ignition switch in.
Confirm the Intelligent Key system warning light is illuminated green.
Turn the ignition switch to start the engine.
MANUAL TRANSMISSION (if so equipped) (NISSAN Intelligent Key™ models only)
Depress the brake pedal.
Move the shift lever to N (Neutral).
Depress the clutch pedal to the floor while pushing the ignition switch in.
Confirm the Intelligent Key system warning light is illuminated green.
Turn the ignition switch to start the engine.
TURNING THE ENGINE OFF
For automatic transmission, move the shift lever to the P (PARK) position, apply the parking brake and turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position.
For manual transmission, apply the foot brake, place the vehicle in 1st gear, apply the parking brake and turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position.

WINDSHIELD WIPER SWITCH
Move the lever to the following positions to operate the windshield wipers:
01 Intermittent (INT) – Front wipers operate intermittently.
02 Low (LO ) – Front wipers operate at a continuous low-speed.
03 High (HI ) – Front wipers operate at a continuous high-speed.
04 Rear Wiper (REAR) (if so equipped) – Twist the end section to operate the first (INT) or second (ON) speed settings for the rear wiper.

Turn the fan speed control dial to the left (slow) or right (fast) to control fan speed.

Turn the temperature control dial to select the desired temperature. Turn the control dial to the left for cold air or right for hot air.

Push the VOL/ON•OFF control knob to turn the system on or off.
Turn the VOL/ON•OFF control knob to the right or left to increase or decrease the volume.

TUNE/SCROLL KNOB
To manually tune the radio, turn the TUNE /SCROLL knob left or right.
*XM® Satellite Radio is only available on vehicles equipped with optional XM® satellite subscription service.

REAR HATCH / TRUNK LID RELEASE
Unlock the rear hatch/trunk by pressing the button on the keyfob once and then perform one of the following operations:
OPENING THE REAR HATCH (if so equipped)
Push the Rear Hatch Request Switch

Pull up and out on the handle to open the rear hatch.
OPENING THE TRUNK (if so equipped)
Push the Trunk Request Switch

The fuel-filler door is located on the right, rear side of the vehicle.

CRUISE CONTROL (if so equipped)
The cruise control system enables you to set a constant cruising speed.
The system will automatically maintain the set speed until you tap the brake pedal, accelerate, cancel or turn the system off.

BLUETOOTH® HANDS-FREE PHONE SYSTEM (if so equipped)
With an overhead microphone and sound transmitted through the audio system speakers, the Bluetooth® Hands-free Phone System utilizes Bluetooth® wireless technology and voice recognition to provide hands-free cellular phone communication.
