Q: How to recharge the handset battery of our phone?
A: You have to put the Handset back on the Base Unit, and if you performed this action correctly, the CHARGE LED will blink. Some devices will take around 12 to 16 hours to have the battery fully charged.
Q: Suppose I recharge the phone and the charge light does not come on what do I do?
A: First of all locate the AC Adaptor and check if it is connected to the Base Unit and wall socket. Make sure the Handset is positioned correctly on the Base Unit and the charge contacts are not covered with dust.
Q: I am on call and I want to change the volume how can I do that?
A: During calls you may choose loud earpiece speaker volume or softer volume via the VOLUME button placed on the Handset.
Q: Is it possible to save telephone numbers in the memory?
A: Yes, the Handset will allow you to save up to ten numbers in its memory.
Q: There is an audio disturbance while I am talking on phone how can I stop that?
A: You are recommended to use the CHANNEL button placed in the Handset which will allow you to switch to another channel enabling operation to be clearer.
Q: How do I access the Redial feature?
A: To redial the last number called, press the REDIAL button when in TALK mode.
Q: What are the effects of being out of range with my Handset set?
A: The Handset may not ring or connect on incoming calls. To establish a connection, move closer to the Base Unit.
Q: How do I mute a call during the conversation?
A: During the conversation press the MUTE button on the Handset. You will be able to hear the other party but they won’t be able to hear you. To continue with the call just press TALK or MUTE again.
