If the room floor is higher than the f l oor i n the cutout
opening, adjust the rear legs t o a c hiev e a tota l unit rear
height of 1 / 8" (3 mm) les s th an the opening’ s rear hei g ht.

It is important to ensure t h at all dril led holes are
drilled to the correct de pt h i n or d e r to av o i d
splits i n the wood when hardware is instal led.
1. Cut the panels to the dimensi o ns l i s t ed i n the

When appl ying an integr ated panel to a unit ,
ensure that both sides a r e finish ed in order to
prevent w a rpin g. In som e overlay panel/frame
installations, the p a nel may be visible through

If the mai n control is s u s p ect e d of bei n g f a ulty , the
following procedure should be performed to verify main
con t r o l for fu nc ti onali t y.
Re lay & DC Outputs
One of the pri m ary f u nc tions of the mai n c o ntrol i s to
operate the mul t ipl e relay a n d D C outputs duri ng ea ch
cycl e. Verify p r oper operation of these relays using the
following procedure.
1. Enter “Relay T o ggle” through the service menu.
Frequently toggling the c o m p re ssor re lay coul d
force th e comp ressor in to overload. The
comp ressor will automatica lly dea c tivate d u rin g
an overl o ad and wi ll rema in deactiv a ted unti l t h e
overload switch cools. Th is cou l d take some
time. It is importan t to allow the comp ressor at
least 5 mi nutes off t i me bet w een relay cycles.

l o nger th an 5 m i nu tes , th e sw it ch w i l l tr igg e r a n err o r cod e

contents. The unit wil l cycl e on for ten mi nu tes , t h en sh ut
down for forty fi ve minutes. Th e process wil l repeat until
the problem is corr ected. All other functions of the unit
will c o ntin ue to operate n o rmally.
Evap orator Thermistors
If an ev aporat or thermi st or fails the uni t wi ll rely on a
pres et defros t tim e r duri ng defr ost cy cl es. The un it wi ll
otherwi s e operate n o rmally. Th e error will be dis p layed in
the servi c e mode “Error Log.”
