1. This Seabreeze "Turbo-aire"TM high velocity fan was engineered and produced by the leading Canadian fan manufacturer,
Seabreeze Electric Corporation. The result is a fan that is unique; "Turbo-aire"TM, the world’s first aerodynamic house fan which provides greater total room comfort than any other fan. Because of its patented aerodynamic design, only "Turbo-aire"TM can produce such a highly focused column of air. The "Turbo-aire"TM can be used as a ventilation fan, a wall mount fan or as a hassock fan.

2. Please read carefully before putting into use. By so doing, you will help assure a long life and trouble free performance for the fan and real hot weather comfort for you and your family.
POWER SUPPLY
3. Your Seabreeze "Turbo-aire"TM is intended for operation only on 117 volts 60 HZ A.C. outlet. This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.
TO START FAN: slide switch from "O" position to ("l") low, ("ll") medium or ("lll") high speed.
TO TILT FAN: swivel fan housing in any desired position and tighten both side knobs to secure the flow of air. (figure1)

HASSOCK FAN: when used in this vertical tilt position, this exceptionally strong, smooth air flow pulls in surrounding air to create a powerful venturi effect. (figure 2)

WALL MOUNT APPLICATION: You can use your "Turbo-aire"TM as a wall fan by using the resin bracket available from the manufacturer. An order form is enclosed.
"TURBO-AIRE"TM CARE
The electric motor in the "Turbo-aire"TM is permanently lubricated at the factory and never needs lubrication. The "Turbo-aire"TM fan will give you many years of quiet, depend-
able performance. However, dirt build-up does affect the performance of this finely engineered machine. You must, therefore, periodically remove the accumulated dirt with a damp cloth.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
1.Unplug the fan from the electric outlet.
2.Gently remove back safety grilles. Begin by grasping the grille on either side of the top prong and firmly push the grille away from the housing.
3.Wipe outside and inside surfaces of grilles with a damp paper towel to remove accumulated dirt and dust.
4.With a fresh, damp paper towel, wipe inside and outside surfaces of fan housing,
blades and hub to remove dirt and dust. 5. Replace back grille. First, position the grille so the outside spiral stops at the bottom hole. Insert the bottom prong into the fan housing. Then work your way up to the top hole. Be sure grille snaps firmly into place.
WARRANTY
To the original Purchaser (or gift recipient) of this cooling fan for home use, Seabreeze Electric warrants that any part of the product which proves defective in material or workmanship within the two years from the date of purchase or receipt, will be repaired or replaced, free of charge.
This warranty shall apply only to a cooling fan which has not been subject to misuse, neglect, accident or to any of the following conditions:
1.That it has not been repaired or altered so as to affect its reliability;
2.That it has never been connected to an incorrect power supply (see nameplate inside the front grille of fan);
3.That it has not been dropped, jarred or otherwise damaged.
RAPID REPLACEMENT WARRANTY SERVICE
Should your Seabreeze "Turbo-aire"TM fan require service during the two year warranty period, please return the fan in a well packed carton, transportation prepaid, to the address below for our rapid replacement warranty service.
Kindly include your bill of sale and current address inside the carton. Seabreeze will ship you a replacement fan, no charge, transportation prepaid.
AFTER WARRANTY TRADE IN POLICY
For repairs to your Seabreeze "Turboaire"TM fan beyond the two year warranty period, Seabreeze Electric offers a trade-in policy of your old "Turbo-aire"TM fan for a brand new unit, complete with a two year warranty.
Simply ship the fan in a well-packed carton, transportation prepaid, to the address below.
Please include a money order for $50.00 to cover labour and handling, along with your delivery address. The replacement fan will be returned, transportation prepaid, within ten working days.
