ALL NEW WALK-THROUGH DESIGN
The new walk-through design on TRUE PS recumbent
bikes accommodates users of all tness levels with
safe and easy access on and off the machine. In
addition, our PS100 bike offers an ergonomic seat back
that can be adjusted to t your comfort level.
TRUE HRC (HEART RATE CONTROL)
®
The PS100 + PS50 are equipped with contact heart
rate monitoring system as well as a wireless telemetry
system, both of which assist users in maintaining their
optimum heart rate and maximizing their workout
results. HRC Cruise Control™ is also included, which
allows the user to “lock in” on a specic target heart
rate. Once the target is set, TRUE HRC Cruise Control
will adjust resistance automatically throughout the
duration of the workout to maintain the targeted heart
rate (operates just like the Cruise Control in your car).
Heart rate training is the most effective method for
achieving your goals since weight loss requires you
to maintain a lower heart rate than a cardio
endurance workout.
