MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS
- ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS -
1. AT ATM WELCOME SCREEN, PRESS AND HOLD DOWN <CTRL> KEY (LOWER RIGHT CORNER OF KEYPAD), PRESS <1> KEY, THEN RELEASE
KEYS. THE TOP MENU WILL BE DISPLAYED.

2. AT THE TOP MENU, SELECT MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS OPTION. ENTER PASSWORD TO ACCESS MANAGEMENT F UNCTIONS MAIN MENU. THE MENU SCREEN (RIGHT) WILL BE DISPLAYED (ADMINISTRATION
PASSWORD ACCESS DISPLAYED).
RESETTING ERRORS
RESET ATM: OPEN THE ATM CONTROL PANEL AND LOCATE THE ON / OFF SWITCH ON THE UNITS POWER SUPPLY TOWARDS THE REAR OF THE
ENCLOSURE
. PRESS THE POWER SWITCH <OFF>, THEN <ON>.
RESET ERROR: AFTER AN ATM RESET, THE <RESET ERROR> AND <MANAGEMENT FUNCTION> OPTIONS APPEAR. SELECT THE RESET ER- ROR OPTION. IF THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN CORRECTED, THE ATM SHOULD
RETURN
TO NORMAL OPERATION.
DIAGNOSTICS
ACCESS MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS USING A CCESS INSTRUCTIONS. SELECT DIAGNOSTICS FUNCTION.
PURGE: INSTRUCTS THE DISPENSER TO REMOVE ANY JAMMED NOTES IN
PATH. THE CODE DISPLAYED FOR A SUCCESSFUL PURGE IS ‘20 20 20’.
FEED
TEST DISPENSE: INSTRUCTS THE DISPENSER TO DISPENSE ONE (1)
NOTE FROM THE CASSETTE(S) INTO THE REJECT CASSETTE/TRAY/COMPART- MENT.
THE CODE DISPLAYED FOR A SINGLE CASSETTE TDM SUCCESSFUL TEST DISPENSE IS ‘20 1 0 0 0’ AND FOR A MULTI-
CASSETTE TDM, ‘20 1 1 0 0’. THE CODE FOR AN SDD OR MINIMECH DISPENSER IS ‘20 20 21’.
TEST RECEIPT PRINTER: TESTS THE OPERATION OF THE RECEIPT PRINTER AND PRINTS A TERMINAL CONFIGURA-
TION SUMMARY.

DAY CLOSE: USED TO COMPLETE DAILY BALANCING OF THE ATM WITH
HOST PROCESSOR. THE PRINTED INFORMATION INCLUDES A TOTAL OF ALL
THE
TRANSACTIONS
SWITCHED
SINCE THE LAST DAY CLOSE. TOTALS ARE CLEARED AND
TO THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
TRIAL CLOSE: THIS OPTION FUNCTIONS LIKE A DAY CLOSE EXCEPT THE TOTALS ARE NOT CLEARED.

THE
FOR UNITS THAT HAVE AN SDD OR MINIMECH INSTALLED, YOU MAY PRINT UP
THE LAST 2045 ENTRIES. WHEN THIS OPTION IS SELECTED, ENTER A

NUMBER
FOR UNITS THAT HAVE TDMS INSTALLED, YOU MAY PRINT UP TO THE LAST 1024 ENTRIES. ENTER A NUMBER BETWEEN 1 AND 1024.
BETWEEN 1 AND 2045.
EXAMPLE: ENTERING THE NUMBER 30 WILL PRINT OUT THE LAST 30 TRANSACTION/EVENTS THAT HAVE OCCURRED.
CASSETTE SERVICE
(Multi-Cassette only)
THIS FUNCTION SETS THE DESIRED CASSETTE(S) IN SERVICE OR OUT OF SERVICE. THE CASSETTES MUST BE IN SERVICE TO ALLOW THE DIS-
PENSER TO ACCESS THE CURRENCY.
ERROR CODE 156: THIS ERROR APPEARS ON THE DISPLAY WHEN THE
CASSETTES
ARE DEPLETED OF CURRENCY OR HAVE BEEN PLACED “OUT OF
SERVICE”.
AFTER REPLACING/RELOADING THE CASSETTES (IF CURRENCY WAS DEPLETED), SELECT THIS FUNCTION TO PLACE THE
CASSETTE
(S) “IN SERVICE”, THEN EXIT OUT OF MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS AND SELECT RESET ERROR OPTION.
