Limited Five Year Warranty

What is Covered by this Warranty - TriStar, L.L.C. warrants the TriStar PureStar 2000 & PureStar 3000, to the consumer subject to the

conditions below, against defects in workmanship or material, provided that the products are returned to the TriStar distributor from which it
was purchased within the following time periods: 5 years from the date of purchase on the motor & fan; 1 year from the date of purchase on all
other parts (except filters).

How to Obtain Warranty Service - Upon contacting and returning, at consumer’s sole cost and expense, the product with proof of
purchase (including purchase date) to the TriStar distributor from which it was purchased within the above time period, TriStar will repair or
replace and return the product, without charge and within a reasonable period of time, if its examination discloses any part to be defective in
workmanship or material. If TriStar is unable to repair the product after a reasonable number of attempts, TriStar will provide either a refund
of the purchase price or a replacement unit, at TriStar’s option.

What is Not Covered by this Warranty - This product is intended for household use only. Ordinary wear and tear shall not be considered a
defect in workmanship or material. These warranties do not apply for loss or damage caused by accident, fire, abuse, misuse, modification,
misapplication, commercial use, or by any repairs other than those provided by an authorized TriStar location.

Exclusion of Other Warranties and Conditions - EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, TRISTAR MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY
OF ANY KIND. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability for Special, Incidental or Consequential Damages - TRISTAR SHALL NOT IN ANY CASE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, GUARANTEES
OR REPRESENTATIONS, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. Such excluded damages include, but are not
limited to, loss of profits or revenue and loss of the use of the products.

For U.S. Application Only - This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Some states do not allow limitations on warranties, or on remedies for breach. In such states, the above limitations may not apply to you.

For Canadian Application Only - Exclusion of Subsequent Owners: Except as otherwise required by applicable legislation, this warranty
is not transferable. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from province to province.
Some provinces and territories do not allow limitations on warranties, or on remedies for breach. In such provinces or territories, the above
limitations may not apply to you.

If any provision of this warranty or part thereof is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality
and enforceability of the remaining provisions or parts thereof will not in any way be affected or impaired within the jurisdiction of that court. This
entire warranty shall continue to be valid, legal and enforceable in any jurisdiction where a similar determination has not been made.

Ce qui est couvert par la garantie - TriStar garantit le PureStar, Model 2000 & PureStar 3000 au consommateur contre tout défaut de matériau ou de fabrication, sous

réserve des conditions ci-dessous et que le produit visé soit retourné à un distributeur TriStar là où il a été originalement acheté, à l intérieur de ce lapse de temps: 5 ans
à partir de la date d’achat y compris le groupe moteur-ventilateur; 1 an à partir de la date d’achat y compris toutes les autres pièces (excepté les filtres).

Comment exercer cette garantie - Sur appel et retour du produit à ce dernier, (avec preuve d’achat comportant la date de cet achat) à un distributeur TriStar là
où il a été originalement acheté, aux frais exclusifs du consommateur et dans le délai prescrit ci-dessus, TriStar réparera ou remplacera et retournera le produit
sans frais et dans un délai normal, si son examen révèle un défaut de matériau ou de fabrication. Si, après un nombre raisonnable de tentatives, TriStar n’est pas
en mesure de réparer le produit, elle en remboursera le prix d’achat ou elle le remplacera, à son gré.

Ce qui n’est pas couvert par cette garantie - Ce produit est destiné à un usage domestique seulement. L’usure normale n’est pas considérée comme un défaut
de matériau ou de fabrication. Cette garantie ne s’applique pas en cas de pertes ou de dommages résultant d’un accident, d’un incendie, d’unusage impropre,
abusif ou anormal, d’une modification, d’un usage commercial, ou encore de toute réparation faite ailleurs qu’à un établissement TriStar agréé.

Exclusion d’autres garanties et conditions - SOUS RÉSERVE DES DISPOSITIONS PRÉVUES AUX PRÉSENTES, TRISTAR N’ÉNONCE AUCUNE REPRÉSENTATION
OU GARANTIE ET, EN OUTRE, DÉCLINE EXPRESSÉMENT TOUTE AUTRE GARANTIE DE QUELQUE NATURE QUE CE SOIT, EXPRESSE OU IMPLICITE, Y COMPRIS
TOUTE GARANTIE IMPLICITE DE QUALITÉ MARCHANDE OU DE CONVENANCE À UN USAGE PARTICULIER.

OU IMPLICITES, D’UNE VIOLATION DE CONTRAT, DE NÉGLIGENCE OU D’AUTRES THÉORIES JURIDIQUES. Ces dommages exclus comprennent, sans s’y limiter, la
perte de profits ou de revenus, et la perte de jouissance du produit.

Thank you for purchasing a TriStar PureStar portable air filtration system. With proper
care and maintenance, your PureStar system will provide many years of reliable service,
improving the quality of your air.

INSTALLATION

1. Place the unit in the area where you want the cleanest air.

2. Plug the unit into a grounded outlet.

3. Turn the unit on by rotating the control dial until you hear or feel it click. The unit will start
on the “HIGH” position. To reduce the airflow continue to rotate the control dial clockwise.

4. To turn the unit off, rotate the control dial counter-clockwise past the “HIGH” position until
you hear or feel the click.

CAUTION

1. Make sure the cord is not in the path of people walking or where

anything can be rolled over it.

2. Do not place any objects on top of the unit or allow anyone to sit on it.

3. NEVER place any liquids or plants on the unit. Moisture could leak into

the unit and damage the filter media or electrical components.

4. The air filtration system discharges the cleaned air through the vents

near the bottom. On “HIGH” the velocity of the
air coming out is high to enhance circulation throughout the area
being cleaned. If the airflow is bothersome or creates a draft, turn the
unit until the air is directed toward an unoccupied area of the room.

NOTE: You may notice a slight “new” smell from the unit when your first turn it on. This is
normal and harmless and will dissipate within a few days.

THREE-STAGE FILTRATION

STAGE 1: Prefilter

Removes large particulates and odors.
Extends the life of the HEPA filter.

STAGE 2: HEPA filter

99.97% efficient @ 0.3 microns. Removes

dust, pollen, bacteria, animal dander,
attached viruses, cigarette smoke, radon
daughters and more.

STAGE 3: V.O.C. filter

Removes odors and hazardous chemicals
that may off-gas from cleaners, paints,
solvents, carpets, furniture and other items
containing synthetic materials.

INSTALLATION

1. Placez l’appareil là où vous désirez avoir l’air le plus propre possible.

2. Branchez l’appareil dans une prise de courant mise à la terre.

3. Mettez l’appareil en marche en tournant le bouton de contrôle en sens horaire jusqu’à ce que vous l’entendiez
ou que vous le sentiez s’enclencher. L’unité se mettra en marche à haute vitesse. Pour réduire le débit d’air,
tournez le bouton de contrôle en sens horaire.

4. Pour arrêter l’appareil, tournez le bouton de contrôle en sens anti-horaire jusqu’à ce que vous dépassiez la
position «HIGH» ou jusqu’à ce que vous entendiez ou sentiez un déclic en position «OFF»

MISE EN GARDE

1. Assurez-vous que le cordon d’alimentation électrique ne se trouve pas dans une aire de circulation ou à un
endroit où on pourrait rouler quelque chose sur le cordon.

2. Ne placez aucun objet sur le dessus de l’appareil et ne permettez à personne de s’y asseoir.

3. NE PLACEZ JAMAIS de liquide ni de plante sur l’appareil. L’humidité pourrait s’infiltrer dans l’appareil et
endommager le filtre ou les composants électriques.

4. Le système laisse sortir l’air propre par des évents situés près du bas de l’appareil. Lorsque l’appareil
fonctionne à grande vitesse, l’air est expulsé à grande vitesse pour améliorer la circulation de l’air dans tout le
secteur. Si le débit élevé d’air cause des problèmes, tournez l’appareil vers un endroit inoccupé de la pièce.

PRENDRE NOTE : Vous noterez peut-être une légère odeur de «neuf» lorsque vous mettrez l’appareil en marche la
première fois. C’est normal et inoffensif; cette odeur se dissipera en quelques jours.

FILTRATION À 3 STADES

STADE 1 : Préfiltre

Retire les grosses particules et les odeurs. Prolonge
la durée de vie du filtre HEPA.

STADE 2 : Filtre HEPA

Efficacité de 99,97 % @ 0,3 microns. Retire la
poussière, le pollen, les bactéries, la squame
animale, les virus connexes, la fumée de cigarette,
les descendants du radon, etc.

STADE 3 : Filtre des COV

Retire les odeurs et les produits chimiques
dangereux en provenance des produits de
nettoyage, des peintures, des solvents, des tapis, de
l’ameublement et des autres matières synthétiques.
