Bediening en onderhoud

Verwijder alle verpakkingen van het apparaat.
Controleer of de spanning van het apparaat overeenkomt met de netspanning van uw woning.
Voltage 220V-240V 50Hz. Sluit dit apparaat uitsluitend aan op een geaard stopcontact.

Eerste gebruik

Was de losse delen goed af met warm water, gebruik desgewenst wat afwasmiddel.Deze
delen zijn niet vaatwasmachine bestendig. Neem de binnenkant van de machine af met een
vochtige doek en droog deze goed. Dompel het apparaat nooit onder in water!
Het apparaat kan bij het eerste gebruik wat geur en rook verspreiden, dit is normaal. Plaats het
apparaat altijd in een goed geventileerde ruimte en op een stabiele ondergrond.

Gebruik

De popcorn maker is geen speelgoed! Zorg dat dit apparaat niet door minderjarigen wordt
gebruikt zonder toezicht van een volwassene.
De popcorn maker maakt van een handvol pofmaïs in circa 3 minuten een grote schaal
popcorn.Het apparaat is voorzien van een maatbakje om de te gebruiken hoeveelheid pofmaïs
af te meten en om eventueel boter in te smelten.
Vul het maatbakje(nr.1) met pofmaïs. Strooi vervolgens de pofmaïs in de popcornkamer(nr.3)
van het apparaat. Voeg geen andere ingrediënten toe in het apparaat zoals olie, zout of suiker.
Sluit de popcorndeksel(nr.2) Gebruik voor het opvangen van de popcorn een hittebestendige
schaal die onder de opening van het apparaat past.Steek nu de stekker in het stopcontact en
activeer het apparaat met met de aan/uitschakelaar(nr.5) aan de zijkant van het apparaat.
Na circa 3 minuten zijn de meeste korrels ontpopt en is de popcorn klaar om genuttigd te
worden. Voeg naar uw wensen poedersuiker voor zoete popcorn toe of zout voor hartige
popcorn. Strooi deze ingrediënten over de reeds gemaakte nog warme popcorn.
Indien gewenst kan het maatbakje(nr.1) tijdens het proces gebruikt worden om boter in te
smelten. De boter dient voor het activeren van het apparaat in het maatbakje te worden
geplaatst. De gesmolten boter kan na bereiding van de popcorn gebruikt worden om over de
popcorn uit te schenken.
Schakel het apparaat uit met de aan/uit schakelaar Wacht met het openen van de deksel
minimaal 10 minuten er kunnen nog maïskorrels uitschieten.
Laat het apparaat na ieder gebruik minimaal 10 minuten afkoelen. Het apparaat is voorzien
van een over verhitting beveiliging waardoor de machine automatisch afslaat als hij oververhit
raakt. Wanneer de temperatuur is gedaald tot een normaal niveau functioneert het apparaat
weer normaal.

Schoonmaken van het apparaat

Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact en laat alles afkoelen.
Maak de popcorn maker na ieder gebruik goed schoon; dit voorkomt dat voedselresten
vastkoeken. Gebruik geen schurende of agressieve schoonmaakmiddelen.Dompel het
apparaat nooit onder in water of andere vloeistoffen. Het apparaat en de hulpstukken zijn niet
vaatwasmachine bestendig. De buitenzijde kunt u met een vochtige doek afnemen.

Operation and maintenance UK

Remove all packaging of the device.
Check if the voltage of the appliance corresponds to the main voltage of your home.
Rated voltage : AC220-240V 50Hz. Only connect this appliance to an earthed socket.

First use

Clean all loose parts, these are not dishwasher safe.Clean the housing with a damp cloth.
Never immerse in water! At the first use the machine can spread some smell and smoke, this
is normal. Always place the machine in a well ventilated area and on a flat and stable surface.

Use

The popcorn maker is not a toy! Do not allow minors to opperate this appliance.
Children should be closely supervised by an adult when the appliance is in use.
The popcorn maker makes a large dish op popcorn from a handful of corn in about 3 minutes.
A small cup is provided for measuring out the required amount of corn and for melting butter if
reguired.
Fill the measuring cup(no.1) with corn. Spread the corn around the popcorn chamber(no.3) in
the machine. Only corn is required for making popcorn,never put other ingredients, such as oil,
suger or salt into the popcorn chamber! Lose the popcorn lid(no.2). Use a heat resisted dish
which will fit under the opening of the machine to catch the popcorn as it is made. Plug in the
machine and switch it on using the On/off switch(no.5) on the side of the popcorn maker. After
about 3 minutes most of the grains will have exploded and the popcorn is ready to eat.
Sweet popcorn can be made by shaking caster sugar over the just made warm popcorn.
Flavoury popcorn can be made by adding some salt to the popcorn.
If disired the measuring cup can be used to melt butter during the process. Butter must be
placed in the measuring cup before the popcorn maker is switched on. The melted butter can
be spread over the popcorn after it is made.
Then switch off the machine again by moving the main switch to “off”. Do not open the lid for
at least 10 minutes after the machine has stoped.
After each use, let the machine cool down for about 10 minutes. The popcorn maker has an
overheating security device which will switch the machine off automatically if it becomes
overheated. The machine will function normally once the temperature has dropped down to a
normal level again.

Cleaning of the device

First remove the plug from the wall-outlet and allow all the parts to cool down before cleaning
them. Clean the popcorn maker after each use to prefent leftover food from sticking. Do not
use abrasive or strong detergents. Never immerce the device in water or other liquid. The
device and the accessories are not dishwasher save.
The outside can be wiped with a damp cloth.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

• Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.

• To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plug or appliance in water or

any other liquid.

• Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow the device to cool
before putting on or taking off parts. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged
cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or has been damaged in any
manner.

• The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer
may cause injuries and invalidate any warranty you may have.

• Do not use outdoors, or on or near direct heat sources

• Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces or come

into contact with the hot parts or allow the product to be situated underneath or close
to curtains, window coverings etc.

• This appliance is for household use only and only for the purpose it is made for.

• The appliance must be placed on a stable, level surface.

• This appliance is an attended appliance, and as such should never be left ON or

whilst hot without adult supervision.

• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical,sensory or mental

capabilities,or lack of experience and knowledge,unless

they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.

• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

Fonctionnement et maintenance

Retirez tous les matériaux d'emballage de l'appareil.
Vérifiez si la tension requise par l'appareil correspond à celle de l'alimentation secteur de votre
habitation.Tension nominale : CA 220-240V 50Hz. Branchez cet appareil à une prise avec
terre incorporée.

Première utilisation

Nettoyez toutes les parties qui s’enlèvent, celles-ci ne sont pas lavables au lave-vaisselle.
Prenez la base avec un tissu humide.
Ne jamais immerger dans l’eau! Lors de la première utilisation, l’appareil peut dégager un peu
d’odeur et de fumée, cela est normal. Placez toujours l’appareil dans une zone bien aérée et
sur une surface plate et stable.

Utilisation

La machine à popcorn n’est pas un jouet ! N’autorisez pas les mineurs à se servir de cet
appareil. Les enfants doivent être toujours sous la surveillance d’un adulte lorsque cet appareil
est en cours d’utilisation.
La machine à popcorn permet de faire un grand plat de popcorn à partir d’une poignée de
maïs environ en 3 secondes. Une petite tasse est fournie pour mesurer la quantité exigée de
maïs et pour faire fondre du beurre si nécessaire.
Remplissez la tasse dose (n°.1) avec du maïs. Etendez le maïs autour de la chambre
d’éclatement à popcorn (n°3) dans la machine. Seul du maïs est requis pour faire du popcorn,
ne mettez jamais d’autres ingrédients, comme de l’huile, du sucre ou du sel dans la chambre à
popcorn ! Fermez le couvercle à popcorn (n°2). Utilisez un plat résistant à la chaleur qui ira
sous la machine pour recueillir le popcorn lorsqu’il est fait. Branchez la machine et allumez-la
en utilisant le bouton marche/arrêt (n°5) sur le côté de la machine à popcorn. Après environ 3
minutes, la plupart des grains auront explosé et le popcorn sera prêt pour être mangé.
Le popcorn doux peut être fait en saupoudrant du sucre en poudre au-dessus du popcorn
chaud qui vient juste d’être préparé. Le popcorn savoureux peut être faire en ajoutant du sel
sur le popcorn.
Si vous le souhaitez, la tasse dose peut être utilisée pour faire fondre le beurre pendant le
processus. Le beurre doit être placé dans la tasse dose avant que la machine à popcorn soit
mise en marche. Le beurre fondu peut être répandu sur le popcorn après sa préparation.
Ensuite, éteignez la machine en tournant le bouton principal sur éteindre. N’ouvrez pas le
couvercle pendant au moins 10 minutes après que la machine soit arrêtée.
Après chaque utilisation, laissez la machine refroidir pendant au moins 10 minutes. La
machine à popcorn est équipée d’un appareil de sécurité qui éteindra la machine
automatiquement si elle venait à surchauffer. La machine fonctionnera normalement une fois
que la température sera revenue à un niveau normal à nouveau.

Nettoyage de l’appareil

Enlevez d’abord le cordon d’alimentation de la prise et attendez que toutes les parties soient
refroidies avant de les nettoyer.
Nettoyez la machine à popcorn après chaque utilisation pour empêcher la nourriture restante
de coller. N’utilisez pas de détergents abrasifs ou forts. N’immergez jamais l’appareil dans
l’eau ou tout autre liquide. L’appareil et ses accessoires ne sont pas lavables au lave-vaisselle.
L’extérieur peut être essuyé avec un tissu humide.
