TPE-101I
Der TPE-101I verfügt über einen RJ-45-Anschluss für die Datenübertragung,
einen RJ-45-Anschluss für die Stromversorgung über Ethernet (PoE) und einen
Netzanschluss. Er ist außerdem mit zwei LEDs zur Anzeige von
Stromversorgung und PoE ausgestattet.

TPE-102S
Der TPE-102S verfügt über einen RJ-45-Anschluss für die Stromversorgung
über Ethernet (PoE), einen RJ-45-Anschluss für die Datenübertragung und
einen Anschluss für das Jumper-Kabel. Er ist außerdem mit zwei LEDs zur
Anzeige von Stromversorgung und PoE ausgestattet.

3. Installation der Hardware
Nutzung des TPE-101I für ein PoE-Gerät
1. Verbinden Sie das Netzteil mit dem Anschluss DC 48V In.
2. Verbinden Sie den Umschalter über ein Kat.-5-Kabel mit dem Data-In-Port
des TPE-101I.
3. Verbinden Sie den Anschluss PoE OUT des TPE-101I über ein Kat.-5-Kabel
mit dem PoE-Gerät.

Nutzung des TPE-102S für ein nicht
PoE-fähiges Gerät
1. Verbinden Sie einen PoE-Injector über ein Kat.-5-Kabel mit dem TPE-102SAnschluss PoE IN.
2. Verbinden Sie einen Umschalter, Access Point oder drahtlosen Router über
ein Kat.-5-Kabel mit dem Data-Out-Port des TPE-102S.
3. Verbinden Sie den Netzanschluss des Umschalters, Access Points oder
drahtlosen Routers über das Jumper-Kabel mit dem DC5V-OUT-Port des
TPE-102S.

Nutzung des TPE-101I und des TPE-102S für ein
nicht PoE-fähiges Gerät
1. Verbinden Sie das Netzteil mit dem Anschluss DC 48V In.
2. Verbinden Sie einen Port des Umschalters über ein Kat.-5-Kabel mit dem
Data-In-Port des TPE-101I.
3. Verbinden Sie den Anschluss PoE OUT des TPE-101I über ein Kat.-5-Kabel
mit dem PoE-IN-Port des TPE102S.
4. Verbinden Sie ein nicht PoE-fähiges Gerät (z. B. einen Access Point) über
ein Kat.-5-Kabel mit dem Data-Out-Port des TPE-102S.
5. Verbinden Sie den Netzanschluss eines nicht PoE-fähigen Geräts (z. B.
einen Access Point) über das beiliegende Jumper-Kabel mit dem DC5VOUT-Anschluss des TPE-102S.

Troubleshooting
Why is the POWER GOOD LED off on the TPE-101I?
Q1:
Make sure that the PoE splitter or PoE device is connected properly to the
A1:
TPE-101I.
Why are both LEDs off on the TPE-102S?
Q2:
Make sure that the PoE injector or TPE-101I is connected properly to the
A2:
TPE-102S. (See 3.Hardware Installation)
Will the TPE-101I work with any PoE device?
Q3:
The TPE-101I follows the IEEE 802.3af standard, so any PoE device that
A3:
follows the IEEE 802.3af standard will work with TPE-101I.
Will the TPE-102S work with any non-PoE device?
Q4:
Non-PoE devices such as access points will work with the TPE-102S only if
A4:
the non-PoE device operates at 5V.
I connected my non-PoE device into the TPE-102S, but my switch does not
Q5:
recognize the device.
Power cycle the non-PoE device by either pulling out the power adapter
A5:
connector from the PoE injector or disconnecting the CAT 5 cable from the PoE
OUT port. Reinsert the connection after 5-10 seconds have elapsed.
