Produktbeschreibung
Die direktionale Zimmerantenne ist mit einer Reverse-SMABuchse ausgestattet, über die Sie sie mit Ihrem Access Point oder
drahtlosen Netzwerkadapter verbinden können.
WARNUNG: Die Antenne lässt sich von 0° bis 180° neigen
und um 360° drehen. Das interne Antennenkabel ist starr
befestigt. Drehen Sie die Antenne deshalb nicht über 360° hinaus.
Befestigung an Wand/Oberfläche (Antennenfuß mit
eingelassenen Magneten)
Sie können die Antenne mit Hilfe der beiliegenden Klemmen und
Schrauben an einer Wand anbringen oder einfach an einer
Metalloberfläche anheften.

2. Installation der Hardware
Für die Verbindung mit dieser Antenne empfohlene
Geräte
Drahtlose Basisstationen mit abnehmbaren Antennen:
Die Antenne erzeugt ein 80° breites, gerichtetes Signal, mit dem
die Signalübertragung konzentriert und in Ihrem Heimbüro
größere Reichweiten erzielt werden können.
Drahtloser PCI-Adapter oder IP-Kamera mit abnehmbarer Antenne
Empfehlung:
Aufgrund des bidirektionalen Charakters von
WiFi-Geräten (Empfangen/Senden) ist zu empfehlen, dass Sie
sowohl die AP-Basisstation als auch die Gegenstelle mit einer
externen Antenne versehen.

Empfohlene Anbringungsorte
Die TEW-AI86D hat eine gerichtete Signalabdeckung von 80°. Der
ideale Anbringungsort liegt deshalb in einer Ecke des jeweiligen
Bereichs.
Sie können die Antennen aber auch an der Seite bzw. am Rand
des gewünschten Bereichs befestigen, um Übertragungen durch
lange Räume/Gänge zu ermöglichen.

Befestigungsvarianten und Aufbau des
Antennenfußes
Lesen Sie bitte die folgenden Installationshinweise,
bevor Sie die Löcher in die Wand bohren.

Gewichtsplatte entfernen
Nachdem Sie die Bodenplatte aus ihrer Fassung genommen
haben, ziehen Sie die Gewichtsplatte aus den Halterungen, so
dass die Löcher für die Schrauben zugänglich werden.
Um das Gewicht zu vermindern und die magnetische
Anziehungskraft zu erhöhen, sollten Sie unbedingt die
Metallplatte entfernen, bevor Sie die Antenne an der Decke,
einem Raumteiler oder einer metallischen Oberfläche
anbringen.

WARNUNG: Achten Sie bitte darauf, dass der Abstand
zwischen der gewählten Antennenposition und dem AP bzw. der
Gegenstelle nicht zu groß ist (Antennenkabel ist 1 Meter lang).
Nachdem Sie die korrekten Bohrpunkte an der Wand
gekennzeichnet haben, bauen Sie den Antennenfuß wieder
zusammen, ohne das Metallgewicht einzusetzen. Die Klemmen
sollten nicht herausragen.
Zu den Schrauben
Sobald Sie ein Loch in die Trockenmauer/Gipsplatte gebohrt
haben, stecken Sie den Plastikdübel hinein (3mm-Bohrer). Lassen
Sie, wie in der Grafik gezeigt, etwa 3 bis 5 mm der
Gewindeschraube hervorstehen.

Die Deckenbefestigung ist dann zu empfehlen, wenn Ihre
drahtlose Basisstation hinter einer Zwischendecke verborgen ist
oder eine Diebstahlschutzhülle verwendet wird.

Limited Warranty
TRENDnet warrants its products against defects in material
and workmanship, under normal use and service, for the
following lengths of time from the date of purchase.
TEW-AI86D/TEW-AI86DB - 3 Years Warranty
If a product does not operate as warranted above during the
applicable warranty period, TRENDnet shall, at its option and
expense, repair the defective product or part, deliver to
customer an equivalent product or part to replace the
defective item, or refund to customer the purchase price paid
for the defective product. All products that are replaced will
become the property of TRENDnet. Replacement products
may be new or reconditioned.
TRENDnet shall not be responsible for any software,
firmware, information, or memory data of customer contained
in, stored on, or integrated with any products returned to
TRENDnet pursuant to any warranty.
There are no user serviceable parts inside the product. Do
not remove or attempt to service the product by any
unauthorized service center. This warranty is voided if (i) the
product has been modified or repaired by any unauthorized
service center, (ii) the product was subject to accident, abuse,
or improper use (iii) the product was subject to conditions
more severe than those specified in the manual.
Warranty service may be obtained by contacting TRENDnet
office within the applicable warranty period for a Return
Material Authorization (RMA) number, accompanied by a copy
of the dated proof of the purchase. Products returned to
TRENDnet must be pre-authorized by TRENDnet with RMA
number marked on the outside of the package, and sent
prepaid, insured and packaged appropriately for safe
shipment.

BY LAW TRENDnet ALSO EXCLUDES FOR ITSELF AND ITS
SUPPLIERS ANY LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT
OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), FOR INCIDENTAL,
