INSTRUCTIONS FOR
REF.TEMP/OTB/A
1.
Isolate router from power supply. Turn
router upside down.
2.
Place offset base plate on router base,
line up screw holes with holes in plate.
Hand tighten pan head screws into
tapped holes in router base.

Put line-up taper pin through hole in
offset plate and slide into collet
assembly. Hand tighten collet nut.
5.
Gently release plunge. Line-up taper pin
will self centre in plate hole. Once
centred lock plunge knob/lever again.
Tighten fixing screws. Remove line-up
taper pin. Offset base plate is now ready
for use.
6.
Plunge router down and lock plunge
knob/lever.

By rotating the offset base plate a
groove can be cut 1.0mm wider on the
next pass. By rotating plate again the
groove will be 1.0mm wider again.
